Helpful and friendly service at this road trip stop! Calm environment. Go to spinach wrap and marshmallow bar food-wise. Plenty of good options still though whether breakfast or lunch sandwiches. Still the fruit and cheese box option too. And the guaranteed blonde espresso to give ya a kick back on the road. Clean and fast Starbucks. The staff was friendly and worked fast to get your drinks ready.

Still waiting for them to take our order at the drive thru. Eventually after I said hello they came on and didn"t understand who we were picking up a mobile order. Been 10 minutes and they hadn't started on it. Line is slow as well. Should be snappy and quick with the drinks. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. If they were quick perhaps they would have more tips. read more

I had a Vente iced white Mocha latte and it was perfect. the Espresso was superb not overly bitter it was very smooth, And added a banana walnut pecan loaf and it was delicious. very fresh I had it warmed and it complimented the beverage perfectly. read more

With that being said, the wait times in the morning are higher than other Starbucks who are used to a high volume of customers (and probably therefore are more bountifully staffed) such as the Starbucks on Washington Rd. right across the border in Augusta. It's conveniently located off of Exit 5. For those in North Augusta and Graniteville, it beats having to travel to Augusta or Aiken. read more

Order at counter and take out or eat in. There's a drive thru. In house special. 6 chicken nuggets and fries$5. Buff spicy sauce already added makes it's hard to eat by hand. Big meaty bites of chicken. Ask for fork I just thought the nuggets were lukewarm and nice spicy sauce. Wouldn't do again unless to keep the sauce off the nuggets. And why am I ordering chicken at a beef place. Nice options for kids for sure. There's always some way to score a deal...mail coupons or in store specials! If you don't order on a mobile app don't bother coming in and ordering a drink in person. Yesterday afternoon the drive thru line was long so I went inside and walked right up and ordered there was no line. I stood there for fifteen minutes and saw at least six cars in drive thru get their orders and inside they were busy making drinks for mobile orders. I finally had enough and asked if I was getting my drinks today. A girl quickly got on it. I asked do mobile orders have priority over a living breathing customer with cash in hand ordering inside. I was told YES! My blood pressure was thru the roof. They were working as hard as they could but the system is flawed. I am 62 years old and not tech savvy. Is this the way of the future? Stopped by this place yesterday and it was the best coffee I've had from Starbucks in a looong time. The place is cute looks kind of new. The lady taking my order and at the window was super sweet and friendly. I ordered a ice caramel macchiato upside down with extra caramel. It's made wrong more often then not and taste bitter, but not here. I was a barista for 5 years with the company and I know how hard y'all work and stress this job can bring. Most of the time the baristas just get crap and poor reviews they rarely get to hear anything positive, but I want to let y'all know y'all are doing an amazing job and to keep it up! read more

Went to this starbucks MULTIPLE times and today specifically... they were closed by 7:47 when online and even on yelp they are not supposed to be closed until 8:00. I see at least 3 people walking around inside. Once I left the store I decided to call, yet I saw 3 people not a one answered whatsoever. Kind of ridiculous to turn down service because they are wanting to close earlier. RIDICULOUS. Do better. ‍ read more

Super clean inside! 5 stars! The worker handled the order well and even made sure to repeat like any other Starbucks would. Anyways, they had friendly customers and they also had a charging station. The scenery there was quiet majestic due to how clean the inside of this Starbucks was. Overall, I recommend this place a lot if you're looking to enjoy having some nice time alone inside. read more

Every single time I visit this Starbucks, they do not have what I want from their menu. Ordering something different each time, but still disappointed by substituting something else. The sugar content is so high on all their drinks, that I've just ordered their brewed coffee and have to add my sugar or skim milk as they just dump in without measuring. One time I was told they don't use skim milk and only have 2% or milk alternative. Can make a better cup myself and is 100 fold cheaper anyway. Done with Starbucks gauging. Overpriced and undervalued. Sandwiches are dry, flavorless and overpriced. read more
