We stopped in with my two daughters and the place looked nice, clean, and surprisingly not very busy. We spent a few minutes looking over the menu, but unfortunately we weren't greeted right away and had to walk up toward the register to get someone's attention. Once we did, the gentleman who helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered our questions and helped me decide what to order for my girls. My daughters both ordered the new Butterfly Drink and immediately became obsessed with it! The only odd thing was that one drink came out first, and then we had to wait a few more minutes for the second one even though they were the exact same order. That small delay aside, the drinks were a hit, the service was helpful, and my girls left happy. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and we'd definitely stop by again. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - New York, New York

It was freezing out and I needed a hot, caffeinated beverage asap. I placed a mobile order at this location and walked over, which was ready as soon as I arrived in just a few minutes. This is a tiny Starbucks with no seating, very much a grab and go type of place. Despite it being in the middle of the day it was busy -- too busy for me to be able to get anyone's attention and ask for some cinnamon for my cappuccino. After a few minutes of trying to wave someone down I cut my losses and headed out with my beverage, sans cinnamon. Even though I didn't get the topping I wanted, it was a good cappuccino. I don't think that this location has a bathroom either, so something to be aware of if you're in the area and see this Starbucks location pop up and think you'll be able to grab a seat and use the restroom - choose a different one if you're looking for that. read more

Placed a mobile order at 10:57 AM. The location was not busy at the time only a few customers were finishing up, and three customers who arrived after me placed orders at the register and walked out with their drinks before mine. These were not mobile orders. After waiting, I asked about my order and provided my name. One of the baristas (female head and face covered) did not respond verbally, went to the machine, pulled the sticker, and held it up toward me without explanation. I waited over seven minutes total while at least three customers were served before me. Not to mention, my order was incorrect. When I asked for a cup sleeve, none were available at the counter. Instead of placing them neatly on the counter or handing one to me, the barista tossed a bundle of sleeves toward me with attitude and rude. At this time, there were multiple employees present. One barista left the area and went to the back while my order was still pending. Another employee remained by the register despite there being no customers to assist. This raises the question: where was my order, and why did it take so long when it was not rush hour? The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. read more

Good location. Right on park ave . Close to a lot of office buildings . You would t spot this Starbucks as it is hidden inside :). Always love Starbucks coffee but this time I tried a caramel frappe. It was ok . Was tooooo icy ! I think half of the cup was ice and only half was coffee .. service was good . Was quick . The interiors was good . But they had very few tables and few of them occupied it with their laptops working from there . Overall a good experience ... 4 stars . read more

A lovely spot to stop to get away from the fall sunshine. We grabbed some drinks and were on our way out quickly.

Okay I rarely take the time to leave a Starbucks review (I don't know why this is, maybe I should do it more often), but I had to come here and write a POSITIVE review for the service here. I interacted with FOUR different employees here and they were all so warm, kind and made me feel welcome. Okay, as someone who hasn't lived in NYC very long but has had to adapt to the impersonal ways of this city...it surprised me. I came here in the afternoon on 2/12 around 1 pm on a Monday if you can give these employees some praise! The only feed back I'd give is there are three high top tables and only 3 chairs. If yall could add some more chairs, that would be awesome! read more

First of all there are no less than 3-4 persons behind that counter on a slow day,yet the wait time is extremely long. Second if you spend $20 why are they charging for a bag?! 5cent. Then the bag broke and the cashier didn't want to give another one or a refund. She stated it's non refundable! Do better Starbucks. read more

Pretty decent Starbucks location on Park Ave. Clean and well maintained. Friendly baristas. Nice seating area roomed behind the main counter. Widow seating too. Got some work done here today. Wifi was strong. Music levels were low and not set so loud you couldn't concentrate. 6 train subway stop right next to it. read more

Falak has a nasty attitude and was concerned with being on her phone and chatting rather than offering better frontline customer service.

This Starbucks is located on Park Avenue. It was clean when I showed up. I came here looking for the Starbuck city mug; unfortunately, I didn't find it here. Apparently this Starbucks doesn't get a lot of the City Mug at this location. Drinks are average and are pretty much the same at any Starbucks location. read more

The staff are wonderful - friendly and efficient. They seem to enjoy one other and work well as a team. I sat for a while and saw them handle the flow of customers, very consistent with some high traffic mixed in. Great store! read more

Nice location located near NYU Langone Tisch Hospital. I stopped here on the way to my COVID test and it was nice to kill time there with a hot coffee in the cozy seating area. I ordered from the app and it was filled quickly. read more

As with most Manhattan locations being frequented at 9:12am on a weekday: order ahead. It's the only sane way to coffee before work. I order ahead 90% of the time and I can't remember more than once or twice when my gallon of iced coffee wasn't ready for me when I got there. Conclusion: the order ahead folks are on their game. The other 10% of the time I'm not rushing so I wait in line. There's usually a notable wait, but it's evident that all baristas and other Starbuckey folks are doing their best. The main inconsistency? The temperature inside. Sometimes it's temperate, maybe even cold. Sometimes it's boiling hot for no reason. Nobody ever seems to say anything about it either way, so it's a moot point; but when there's a Starbucks every 77 feet...I guess the little things stick out. read more

Loved this Starbucks! I accidentally spilled my drink putting it into the cup holder of my stroller and a sweet employee with short, blonde, and curly hair helped me get cleaned up! She even remade my drink for me even though it wasn't their fault I spilled it. It was the sweetest experience at any Starbucks I have ever been to. I wish I could've gave her a hug because she made my entire day! read more

Very friendly, capable, thoughtful staff at this conveniently located, clean Starbucks. Enjoyed the pleasant vibe, happy music on a warm Friday morning. Good coffee as always, and a tasty sample of spicy dragonfruit drink. read more

NO SEATING walked in and walked straight out because they closed off the main seating area. All that's left is a couple of tall tables with uncomfortable stools. please let people use seats since you are meant to be a cafe. read more

This Starbucks has the best employees I ever met! Story time: I was driving down Park Ave, just finished my class, and I was driving passed the Starbucks. I saw that two employees were handing out these tiny delicious looking samples of Java Chip coffee with whip cream and cookie crumbs on top. I see this and my mouth starts to water. I literally PULLED OVER cuz it was free and looked hella fine. I pull over a block away and started running to the employees... but then I see some lady take THE LAST CUP. I was so upset. I ran up to the employees asking if that was the last one. They said yes and I was heartbroken. But this one employee, Density, this lifesaver, this wonderful human being, turned to me and said "I'll make one for you, I got you." My tears of heartbreak instantly turned to tears of pure joy. I follow her inside and she made me TWO SAMPLE CUPS!! This person, Destiny, deserves a billion dollar raise and a 50 billion share of the Starbucks company for her kindness. I'm officially in love, and now will be coming to this Starbucks whenever possible. SHOUT OUT TO DESTINY!! read more

Frankly I'm not here to complain about the drinks itself. Rather than their employee. He was busy on his phone uninterested. Straight up attitude!' Turn me Off so Much I ended up going to dunkin instead! I Asked for suggestions, unbothered. I asked what's the tye dye drink And he simply said "it's a Bunch of powder" with rolling his eyes and staring at his phone. I swear if I didn't have manners to just walk away I would have slapped that phone off his freaking hand! Never coming to this location !!' read more

Tiny store with minimal seating and the kind of sassy baristas who play the "can't hear you through your mask" game, then get upset when you speak loudly, then still can't get the order right unless you're craving a side of attitude. Unless you work in the same building, avoid this sasserific hole in the wall. There turn out to be plenty of coffeehouses in this section of Park Avenue where you don't have to settle for SBUX's mediocre coffee and pastry. Barista did me a favor by starting the transaction so rudely that I gave up and went to Pret. read more

Visiting from Cali. My guest had to have Starbucks. Completely unprofessional, but keep in mind I am a administrative supervisor. Music loud, dancing, finger poping, and singing Chris Brown. No uniformity to the uniform. I think the male manager was wearing a fish hat. I love seeing employees having fun at work, but do your job. All the fun caused someone to forget my shot of espresso in my Carmel Mach. Well, at least the employees are having fun...and I tipped. Insert F bomb here. My guest graphics was correct. read more

It's hard to differentiate one Starbucks from the next, but having thoughtful employees is one way to do so. I stopped in 5 minutes before closing for a black coffee and the staff gave me a cup on the house. Knowing they were going to toss it in 300 seconds anyway, it was a small gesture that went a long way to make the store stand out. Thanks, "Park Ave between 31st and 32nd, kinda hidden in the building" Starbucks! read more

I like how this Starbucks has seating in the cut at the back of the store hidden from view. The view from the bar stools is nice as one can observe the hustle and bustle of Park avenue. Another great thing about the location is really great customer service. Shout out to the barista for giving me extra caramel in my drink. read more

Number of visits - 10+ Absolutely love love love the staff here. They're super friendly, full of energy and really get your morning going. Sometimes lines can be super long, but they really do try to rush things out the door for you. Team is amazing and really knows how you like your drinks. Always addressing you by your name when you're in and out the door, even if they're not serving you. Love love love! Really wish I could've given them a five star rating! One downfall is that they run out of ingredients pretty often. Found myself swapping my drinks because there's a shortage of almond milk which sucks since I can only have that and not the other milk alternatives. The cinnamon raisin bagel here is also a popular item for breakfast so there's been plenty of times I needed so make a swap out for that along with regular cream cheese for reduced fat. Sad face! read more

It's not everyday I check my coffee before drinking it, this Starbucks made this the new norm for me after finding hair in my cup of Joe.

a nice stylish buckys on park ave off 32ndst where i can stop to take a break before continuing my walk to the upper east side. nice amount of seating from side counter seating, tables and large padded seating in back. plenty of room to order and pick up your drink order , food items are in plain view so you dont have to guess whats available. strong wifi , music on level 3 and i was able to enjoy my decaffeinated cappy and fruit cup without having some random stranger breathing on my neck. i do like how starbucks upgraded its bland interior to a more hip tropical vibe look. overall a good starbucks to enjoy a hot or cold beverage with no hurry to leave feeling. p.s. the gal barista who made my cappy was beautiful( sorry but its true, not my fault that god's greatest creation is the female). read more

I whipped out of a third world country to America & my first stop was this Starbucks. The drink did my taste buds wonders. They never hesitate on maximum flavor. I'd like to thank the positive staff in this Starbucks for making my stay a tad bit more magical. Fellas this ones the one! read more

This Starbucks is possibly the worst I have ever been to. The employees are rude and clearly hate their jobs. I ordered ahead, and as I stood there waiting, watched the lady make every drink for the people who ordered in store after I arrived. They failed to make the breakfast order and gave me a drink 2/3 full. When I kindly asked her to fill it since I ordered a venti, she proceeded to fill with cold milk. It's convenient, but terrible in every way possible. If I liked Dunkin' Donuts, I'd take my business across the street. read more
