I visited this location on a warm day to get a refresher because I was thirsty. The customer service was quick and I enjoyed my drink. I love Starbucks refreshers. The location wasn't too busy for a Saturday afternoon. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area. read more

11:30 on Sunday, 2/23/2025. No greeting just, a" what do you want?" This location has the milk out for your own pouring. There was no regular milk out and I went to counter where the lady who n felt very bothered "Do you want it in the side?" I said yes and she trusted it at me so fast it went flying into a customer sitting behind me. She also took 10 minutes to make me a cup of ice. I was parched so I stopped by the next starbucks I saw. The interior is clean and modern. There were 2 people waiting to order before me. I waited maybe 3-5 minutes before it was my turn to order. But...as I stepped up to the counter, they decided to do a drawer change...without any word or comment. 5 minutes passed, and one of the employees then said "it'll just be a few more minutes". It seemed like they were having trouble with a code or something. The lady that took my order was nice. I got two drinks and it was good, like standard Starbucks but it also took awhile for me to get my drink. read more

I like a nicely designed Starbucks and this is one of them. The floor to ceiling windows make you're in a much bigger space. Service here was friendly and fast especially when ordering on the app. The store was clean and so was the restroom. I could sit here all day and people watch. read more

SERIOUSLY!!! It's 12:56pm on Thanksgiving Day. I wanted to treat myself to a pumpkin latte ( delicious) and a chocolate brownie. I ordered the latte which was very tasty but there was a lot of room left for more actual coffee. That is not the issue, the damn brownie which I looked forward to NEVER arrived!! I waited, sat down, and used the stopwatch on my phone after waiting at least a minute before timing it. 4:50 minutes later, NO brownie. I asked for a refund which I got it, $9.95 and I left pissed on Thanksgiving Day!! FYI: I left a 20% tip, unreal!! Would I go back? Hard to say. read more

I love a pretty Starbucks. It's so hard not to walk in after seeing how beautiful the store looks from the outside. I came here for a medicine ball tea cuz i was feeling a bit under the weather and the tea is the best thing on earth! (Secret menu item i believe). The store was pretty empty, and they worked pretty fast on my order. They didn't have the honey, but it was still delicious. The workers were pretty cool considering it was the day after Christmas. I typically go everyday to the Starbucks reserve nearby but I went here for the first time three days ago and have come everyday since because the staff is so amazing and welcoming. Just in the couple minutes I was there I was so impressed how they know so many of their customers by name who live in the neighborhood. Seriously the best people working at this location. Easily the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been in, all the employees are so enthusiastic and kind and excited to talk to you.

I feel kind of strange Yelping a Starbucks, but the fact of the matter is, I recently visited this location and everyone was so friendly. I took my toddler there on Friday afternoon (Dec 27th) to get a promised hot chocolate on a cold day. The barista (I think her name was Jessie) was super friendly and engaging with my daughter. The barista who made our drink was also very friendly. I appreciated the clean bathroom, too. Basically it was a perfect respite from the cold and the crowds because the staff were so nice. read more

Spankin' new Starbucks on the border of Chelsea and the W.Village, located near 8th Ave and 14th Street. Huge windows for people watching. Plenty of cushy bench seating and electrical plugs! I get excited about electrical plugs because they are becoming harder and harder to find and my laptop battery sucks monkey nuts. read more

The store was clean and organized and we received our order quickly and correctly. What honestly is more important than that is how kind and engaging the partners were. The person taking our order, I believe was named Shay, made my nephew very happy. Complimented his shoes and made a genuine connection. My sister loved her drink and cranberry orange scone and got it very quickly. read more

The customer service here is quite awful, the manager here today was yapping away with a group of friends/family while other baristas were handling orders. The baristas themselves had terrible attitudes when handling customers orders, slump shoulders, eye rolling, and small gestures that make the customer experience feel bad. Plus the restroom looks like they've been letting homeless people hang out in there (no offense to the homeless). All in all, would never come back here, if you come here just buy a water pay in cash to avoid talking and just leave. read more

GTL FTW! I got scolded by someone for visiting the bucks while on vacay. "There are so many cool coffee shops in NYC why were you going to Starbucks?" I needed my GTL fix but of course. Plus NYC is not like LA. In LA I'm always looking for the next best coffee shop with the free WiFi and outlets galore. In NYC, for me, it's all about the next best meal. I swipe my gold card or use my bucks app to pay and I'm hydrated and happy. The staff here was surprisingly very neighborly. The plush booth seating was comfy and lined with a row of outlets. There is a bathroom at this location so that is a plus. If I lived in NYC, I think this would be my bucks. read more

I recently changed jobs and had to find a new Starbucks on the UES, and all I can say is I miss 14th and 8th so much!!! Staff is always friendly, service always so fast despite being busy. I will pay $4.75 for a nice Grande Iced Latte Mocha or however the barristas say it, gees its so confusing to order a cup of coffee. I want to sound hip and correct, aah fuck it one iced latte with chocolate syrup why cant I say that? Well this is a hidden gem on the West Side of Manhattan, service is fast and reliable. And best of all it is never really crowded. Since when did Starbucks get so pissy with their bathroom policy? For two years I have given this location lots of my money in lunch break coffees, lattes and sandwiches and today they wouldn't allow me the passcode on the bathroom after asking politely for it. On top of it, the first cashier I asked told me to wait, made me wait while ringing up 3 customers, and didn't even have the decency to tell me he wasn't able to give it to me. I had to ask a barista to be briskly told that even though I bought a sandwich at another location just an hour ago they couldn't give me the code because I didn't buy anything at that location. Starbucks could care less about my wallet as it's a half a drop in the bucket but I'm not patronizing that location anymore. 1 star for rudeness and for treating me like a bum who walked in off the street. read more
