I don't know what it is but every time I order a shaken espresso here it is always poorly made and tastes like just milk. I just went in the drive through for a shaken expresso and it just looked like a latte, no espresso on the bottom at all which is what the shaken espresso should look like with the splash of milk on top. Didn't have time to ask for a remake but disappointed because that is $6+ for a poorly made drink. read more

They advised new Fall drinks. I bought the Chai fall flavored one at the Starbucks on the east side of town 5 days ago. I went to thid one yesterday and they are out of Chai and its been a week! So today I tried the Menasha one and they are out! This screams of upper level management MIS- management. I just thought it was one location but its two. I was happy af when my son mentioned Starbucks on our way out the door. It was a gorgeous morning as.a backdrop for our errand running. We go through the drive thru which is always busy and before a wink we were.in front of the computer screen with the emerald green and white mermaid. My adrenalin was pumping and excited is an understatement. My son ordered an iced caramel coffee and I ordered the iced mancha? green tea. OMG. In addition, my son ordered two breakfast sandwiches that had fresh egg, gouda cheese, and bacon. I am on cloud 9 at this juncture. We are immediately at the window and Paris hands us our meal and drinks with an upbeat voice and a beautiful smile. Paris. Girl, I love your long hair and give you some serious props. When you age and start getting hot flashes, you'll be wearing it up alot!;) I've never been to Paris and it's been a long time since I've been to starbucks. Yikes - visited this location while in town. This is not your typical Starbucks. There was a mess of supplies around the cash registers, employees were uncoordinated and frustrated with each other on orders, and they couldn't decide between writing and printing drink orders. The lead barista was in a position to do others jobs to help compensate. read more

This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area until recently. They fired a bunch of older workers and hired a bunch of young workers who are plain stupid. EVERY time I go to Starbucks, they make something wrong and I'm starting to get fed up with it. The last time I went, the worker nearly made me want to just leave because she was so dumb and couldn't figure out a simple order. She also made the drink completely wrong but I just gave up and threw it out. Today, I stopped by to get a green tea with raspberry syrup and I was clear when I said GREEN. I didn't try my drink until I got to work and I read the side and found it said BLACK. It tastes awful. Starbucks, please read this all and talk some sense into the people who can't figure anything out. It is the young people not the elders (the elders were the BEST ). Lucky me I had some time to kill and was glad they were open on a Saturday evening (a lot of other coffeeshops close so early). Was a little tricky to figure out how to get there with the roundabouts and one way roads, and the parking lot is a little tight. I do like it's layout inside. It's more open than other Starbucks as it has a high ceiling and there's a long high table with a dozen seats. Plenty of lower tables on the far end of the shop and some and window counter seating. Like a lot of other Starbucks the service was great and the staff are very welcoming. It's nice to hear staff saying hi to customers about by name. It shows the appreciate loyal customers and will spend some time to chit chat with them. I'm not a fancy coffee drinker, but was happy with me plain earl grey tea. read more

Its Starbucks for god sake. What's next a Yelp review of McDonald's? This review is more about the staff. Beyond friendly, welcoming and genuine. Dave, for example, can engage you, read you and take care of you more efficiently than some of the most experienced head waiters I've met. We stopped in at Starbucks on our way home from a friends. We had a long drive ahead of us and need a pick me up. This location has both a parking lot and a drive thru. This location also is very close to the freeway on and off ramps. After parking in the lot we enter and we're greeted by Sarah. She is very kind to us while gathering our order. After collecting our payment she begins to prepare our drinks. Within a few minutes we had our drinks and were ready to hit the road again. This was a very pleasant experience. Fastest Starbucks in the valley. Starbucks is always pretty consistent so I really appreciate the speed it takes to get drinks at this one.

Store is nice , staff is great. I've come here for about 9 years. I tolerated the removal of the garbage can at the drive thru, then I tolerated how slow the lines were at the drive thru. I stopped going because I felt like they thought I had disease. When I have to hold the cc reader and plug my own card into it, I draw the line. For me to pay 4 dollars for a cup of coffee you'll need to do much better. But I do thank the general manager for helping me decide whether or not I should do business there. Seeing these ideas must have come from him/ her. McDonald's has the same tasting coffee for about 2 dollars less and they will take my credit card and they do have a trash can at the drive thru. read more

Although it is a Starbucks, I agree with the other reviewer that the staff here is excellent. The store is small, but extremely busy, both with the drive through, as well as the counter. That being said, there is never more than a couple minutes wait, and the counter staff and baristas are really friendly. There is comfortable seating, and lots of parking. There is easy access to Hwy 41, with just two roundabouts between the highway and this shop. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks. Most of the time, there is a friendly, chatty barista taking the orders, which is great customer service. There is sometimes a long wait in the drive-thru at this location, but that's not really anyone's fault and is probably the same at many Starbucks locations. Once I even got a gift card for the long wait, which I wasn't expecting. Out of all the times I've been here (which is a lot), my drink only got messed up once. read more

Best staff ever! I travel a lot and stop by various Starbucks places. Hands down, I've never been treated better than by the staff in Neenah. The drive thru ladies always are so nice and even strike up conversations with my kiddos when they're with me. They are always very quick and get my order right. I do with they had a 2nd window or another location as you have to wait for the drive thru wrapped all of the way around to the street, but that's just because they're so awesome! read more

Ordered and paid for a drink and did not receive it after 20 minutes, even with all my friends ordering after me and have already gotten theirs. I go up to ask and they simply look at me and look away. I eventually leave after 30 minutes of not getting my drink and being ignored. Multiple disappointments of the Neenah Starbucks store as they are not able to pour the coffee that is advertised as brew of the day; at 9am in the morning. Literally just went through the drive thru, and I want to thank you for the HOT coffee!! I have been to several other Starbucks in the Oshkosh area and my last three visits I was holding a very hot coffee cup with lukewarm coffee inside. I'm not sure if there are heating lamps that the empty cups sit under to give the impression of hot coffee, but thank you Neenah Starbucks for warming me up on this cold day! read more

Went here recently on a Sunday when all other places were closed. Starbucks is a good standby for good enough coffee. This location is a tad small. They were also blasting the Packers game through their speakers. If I was interested in that, I would not be at a coffee place. That made it a little difficult to enjoy. read more
