I wasn't looking for a refund or a replacement--I simply thought they should know. Unfortunately, the manager who answered did not identify himself, and when I asked for his name, instead of simply telling me, he asked who I was. When I told him I was a customer who was there earlier in the day, he then identified himself as Chris. I also found his response to my concern to be very unapologetic, which was disappointing. From a place that prides itself on its desserts, I honestly expected better. I'm hoping this was just a fluke with one batch, because I would hate to see a longtime favorite change for the worse. But since the new owners took over, I have noticed that there just doesn't seem to be the same consistency that I remember from the previous owners. Very disappointing, especially because I had been looking forward to that Boston cream pie and had even recommended it to my friend.

All of their food items are made to order (well, I suppose except for the soup which is home made and just dished out to order). They even have soup flights on certain days! I need to go back and try that because every soup I've ever had here has been delicious. They have the standard coffee menu but also always have some unique and quirky seasonal options. They also have smoothies, bubble teas and some other unique creations. They have tasty breakfast and lunch sandwiches, breakfast scrambles, mac and cheese and a variety of sandwiches. You can easily customize your meals and the staff is great about providing recommendations. It can take awhile to get your food/drinks, but that is because everything is made to order. It can also move as slow as molasses and be out of a lot of key things. Their bagels never seem fresh. They always seem dry and hard regardless of the time of day when they are ordered. There are times I think I could put cream cheese on three additional bagels and still have enough and there are times where I wonder if they forgot the cream cheese there is so little there. (my kids always want their bagels which is why I even ever still order bagels from here). All that being said, the staff is almost always friendly, especially in the morning when it could be easy to be grumpy because of how crazy busy it is. The store and the parking lot always seem well maintained as well. I wish there was another closer dunkin, but honestly, from what I've heard the experience might be pretty similar even at a different location.

Terrible. Go there if you don't mind getting burned. For whatever reason, the cups and lids at this location are frequently problematic resulting in leaks or the lids not staying on. Several times, while drinking coffee from here, the lid has popped off leasing to me being burned, including blistering of my abdomen and leg. Multiple other times I have had to trade in coffee from this location at other Starbucks because it was leaking. I have continued to go because of location convenience and my assumption that this just had to be bad luck. Today I bought coffee. The lid popped off when I put it in my car's cup holder. I returned it for a new lid. This one also popped off just from holding the cup. When I tried to return it, I was dismissed. I left it on the counter and left without being offered a refund. I will get my coffee at Sheetz from now on. Save yourself the pain and frustration. Go elsewhere! read more

Stopped by this Starbucks in Murrysville and ordered ahead through the mobile app for a quick treat. Picked up my order through the drive-thru, and the experience was seamless. The wait was short, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Of note, I didn't visit during peak hours, so things were running smoothly. The drink was made perfectly and hit the spot. There were also stairs leading to a second floor, which I wasn't able to check out, along with a bunch of tables outside as well. For our coffees this morning, I got a large hot oatmeal cream pie latte while my wife got a large iced spooky Samoa cold brew. The wait before we received our coffees and were on our way was somewhere between 15 and 30 minutes, and it took longer than expected, probably due to poor timing on our part. At least the coffee here was quite good. The coffee flavor itself was strong and shone through, and it definitely tasted fresh roasted. The oatmeal cream flavor was also present, with some oatmeal up front and a marshmallow-like flavor toward the finish. My coffee even came with a small oatmeal cream pie as well. My wife also enjoyed her Samoa cold brew and thought the coconut flavor was really good. Finally, my daughter really enjoyed the cute images on both cups and asked that we save them both. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. While I wasn't a fan of the wait, I did think that both the coffee and flavorings were good here, and I would definitely be interested in trying more.

Even though I was not in a hurry, the service was definitely on the slower side. I would estimate it took around 15 minutes before I had both drinks and when I got back to the car, both of my twins immediately asked what had taken so long. Thankfully the coffee itself ended up being really good. My latte had a great cinnamon flavor along with a nice sweetness and it tasted like real cinnamon instead of just syrup flavoring. My wife also enjoyed her mocha. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future.
