My search for a good coffee shop led me to Starbucks to meet up with a friend. I haven't been to a Starbucks that makes drinks in mugs but this one did! I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was also exceptionally nice even though they were quite busy. The interior was like all Starbucks, I wish their high top tables had backrests instead of none because it was uncomfortable. Overall, I gave them a three because their coffee was wayyyyyy too sweet. I couldn't even taste the coffee in it. The London fog was better but they made it with only 1 pump of syrup. If I have to go to a Starbucks this one was okay. Maybe get it half sweetened if you don't like drinks sweet. read more

The past few times I've been here has really been a let down. Water down coffee, burnt coffee, change in recipe (matcha) suppose to be better but it's not. Quality is just not there anymore. There are other coffee shops in the area that are much superior. read more

Honestly I don't hate any Starbucks location unless it's closed. Today a quick stop for their 50% off deal was a must. They're fast, nice, and easy in and out. Their location is a nice one with plenty of room to sit and socialize or just work ( who wants to do that though) . One of my go to locations for Starbucks. read more

Caramel crunch Frappuccinos are my go to drinks. They're very good on a hot summer day. My wife enjoys their pink drinks and my son loves their Java chips. We all win drinking Starbucks. Friendly staff here and the location is very local to me. They are super fast and do not take a long time like the one down the street. read more

I think customers should get a code on their receipt that allows them 30 minutes of internet and that's it. But something else for more time. Service here is always helpful and friendly. I actually have two Starbucks near by and this location is my favorite of the two. They have ample parking and three ways to enter their lot so you're never locked in by traffic. This location also never runs out of drinks like the other location on Cason Ln. Inside is just like any Starbucks you'll come across with tables for anyone wanting to sit and chat. I appreciate that the drinks are always consistently made. There is also a drive-through and online ordering for convenience. read more

It's funny. Some people either love or hate Starbucks. I, personally, think Starbucks is not bad. I like to get on the go drinks and snack especially when I travel. And when I am home, I will come to this location for some really good tea!! Such was the case today. I was in need of a zero calorie tea drink with zero caffeine. The Iced Passion Tango Tea fits the bill in a flavourful way!! The drive through folks are nice and usually pretty quick to get you through. The location is convenient to my home and the boss bear likes the coffee (Pikes Peak) a lot. It's a win-win! Travelers will appreciate how it is a pretty easy to get to locale just off I-24 on Fortress (prefer this one over the hard to get to one on Old Fort). The people (employees) at this new starbucks need some more training in how to treat your paying customers. They rude and got attitudes... They suck!!! I won't be back to THIS LOCATION!!! Note: There are other starbucks that are great out there's and I have visited them all over North America and overseas (Japan); there are nicer people working at them... This particular establishment is nice inside but they have no people skills (SUCKS) per the employees... Don't waste your time go to another one... I would have given them a 0-star if I could. Management need to handle this concern, unless they part of the problem... Key to success is good people skills; take care of the customer. Zero Stars would be best. I was not wearing a mask and tried to order. I was denied my order because I had no mask on. Mind you 8 other patrons were sitting there with NO MASK ON. I do not wear a mask due to a medical condition as I informed the common laborer working the order station. She asked for proof. Number one that is not allowed per the ADA! I was denied due to possible contamination. Well we would not have any contact number one. Number two I could not use the drive thru with an oversized work truck. Number three in the time this robot took to argue I could have ordered, paid for and received my beverage without any contact. This is totally pathetic of an entity. As per Desiree's request (my drive through personality just now) I am going to finally review my favorite Starbucks! Let me say this: hands down, this is the most well organized Starbucks I've had the pleasure of driving through, and I do it almost every day. These guys are great, ALWAYS pleasant when taking your order, super kind at the window, funny, full of personality and you can genuinely tell that they enjoy being there to make sure everyone gets their fix! Even when there is a long line for drive through, it moves quickly and my order is always correct. They are rarely out of my favorite things, and are quick to recommend new things to try. I live in Franklin, but work here in the Boro and I won't even go to the local Starbucks because they are so poorly run. This is the only one I'll spend my money at! Overall, this location is a pretty good one, with consistently tasty, well-made drinks (sometimes you'll get one that's less than stellar, but not often) and friendly employees. The only minor complaint I have here is that they seem to have more trouble than some other locations in town at keeping certain items in stock, like the nitro cold brew and some breakfast options (my husband frequently stops by here on his way to work, and it's a bit of a crapshoot sometimes whether they'll have the sous vide egg bites or one of their sandwiches). And there are times when online ordering is not available, which, when my husband is hustling it to work and needs to be able to just run in, grab his order, and hop back in the car instead of waiting in line inside or in the drive thru, can be a bit annoying. But overall, we're happy with our experiences here! read more

Best Starbucks I've been to. From the atmosphere to the customer service. They were giving away samples of their nitro cold brew. I loved it. It was so smooth and creamy but I had already ordered an iced coffee. The barista saw how much I liked the nitro cold brew and let me upgrade my iced coffee to the nitro cold brew with no additional charge. Made my morning!
