Needed to get on the road for a 9 hour drive and decided Starbucks would be the best way to start our drive. Went to the drive thru and the staff member was super bubbly and friendly. Ordered a classic oatmeal and two pumpkin cream cold brew. Unfortunately, when we got to the drive thru window they were out of oatmeal at 840am. Got a bagel but the only option was plain. So I got a bagel with cream cheese instead. Coffees were great and perfect amount of pumpkin flavor. Bagel was slightly toasted and warm. Tasted fine for a boring plain bagel. Food and drink came out decently fast. Service was excellent though! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

TERRIBLE customer service. There are at least six employees working not a single one even welcomes you or says hello. You stand at the register for minutes, ZERO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. We are humans with real orders, not everything is behind a screen or mobile order. Coffee, tea, pastries, are suppose to be a treat and motivation booster... you aren't suppose to walk into a Starbucks and feel like a burden, it should be an uplifting experience. Will never come back to this location again. read more

I need to update my review from many moons ago lol. This Starbucks has improved drastically. My drinks have been perfectly made multiple times! Definitely my to go to place. The employees here are also friendly and always smiling. Inside or the store is also very clean and spacious for work and/or studying. read more

Awful experience. The girl at the register was incredibly rude to my 80 yr old mother, in a wheelchair. Even the man in line behind us was surprised. Never stopping here again. read more

Starbucks has changed significantly within the last decade. They use to be my go to coffee shop. I do not frequent as much anymore since quality is not all there or maybe it's this store.. My drinks are either watered down, burnt, or just not made right. read more

I had frequent this establishment for a couple weeks. I was charged different rates nearly every time. The prices ranged from $4.88- $5.78 (with tax). I asked about the random changes in prices. I was told that the prices just went up the night before. A 20% increase is pretty high for a nightly change. I obviously canceled my order because I felt I was being lied to. Suffice to say I tried ordering via app the following day and the charge was $4.25 pre tax. This is a sad issue with Starbucks. I have had this issue across the country to where prices are never standard. If the credibility of the staff is willing to charge randomly for your beverage/food what could possibly be happening behind the scenes.. read more

Depends on who's working mostly but can be very slow like 20 minutes to get a drink via mobile order. Place is kinda dirty and beat up too

Chase made my day! warm smile, optimistic, and knows how to make a perfect matcha drink and i don't say that often!

I'm pretty consistent with what I order from the bucks, Wifhout getting too deep into it I always order Ristretto shots in addition to the shots already in the drink, it is very RARE to get the drink I actually order. Some baristas are on it and make the drink I order, not sure if some simply don't care or what the deal is, this location being one that completely gets it wrong every time. I do have to give them credit in which the line even though can be long gets gone through in a decent amount of time but if I get my drink fast and it's wrong doesn't really weigh out. Just be cautious if you modify your drinks in any way and they get it wrong just let them know. read more

Ordered a drink, literally only got 3 sips. The whole cup was filled with ice. Very disappointed.

Worst location ever!!! I live just about next door so I've given them far too many chances, most all of which I regret. They ALWAYS: (1) Ask me what my order is after I've ordered and paid when I'm waiting which is lazy in itself. (2) Put meltable items (cake pops, chocolate covered almonds, etc with hot foods so they essentially are globs when I pick them up. (3) Warm up items I order cold (Croissants, etc.) and then get pissed when I give it back and ask for what I ordered. (4) Replace items they're out of without asking if it's okay (chocolate covered almonds are a terrible replacement choice for plain regular almonds , chocolate covered coffee beans are not a replacement for chocolate covered almonds, etc!). (5) Give me part of my order and then tell me to have a great day and close the drive-thru window... I ordered 5 items today, the cashier tried to send me off 3 times in one order alone... but this happens FREQUENTLY here... which also makes it impossible to send someone to pick up the order because you can't trust the Cashier to care about anything other than taking money. (6) On several occasions, I've asked for napkins only to be given the paper towel they use behind the bar for spills... what the?! I've used the app to reach out to this location before a while ago (twice) about messed up orders... no response at all... not even after following up. When I drive miles further to other locations... it's like a breath of fresh air... real customer service, correct orders and a professional vibe. I hope they replace this Starbucks location with a competitor coffee company. read more

Absolute trash went through the driveway ordered a shaken espresso. Literally tasted like nothing but. Reamer. No coffee at all. Had to pull around and go inside. Asked for a cold brew and sweet cream. Same freaking thing. All cream. Starbucks isn't supposed to shake up your drink the espresso should be visible. Trash Starbucks. And I'm salty because I am on a road trip from Atlanta to Kentucky and I had to come out of my way to go here and it was an absolute waste of time and money read more

This location has the best employees!! I go here about 2 times a week!! They are always quick and get my order right!! The employees are friendly and always have a smile on their faces which makes the service & experience even better!! This morning in particular I was in a hurry the line was backed up and in the rush of me ordering I forgot to say "almond milk" instead of regular. I am extremely sensitive to dairy products and I can not drink my coffee with milk in it. So i got up to the window apologized & they remade my drink with a smile on their face and were so kind!! That just really made me want to brag on this location and how KIND the employees are!! If you get your coffee here you won't be disappointed:) read more

I came through drive thru. The venti cup of tea was filled to the rim and when she handed it to me, the top came off and spilled on my right hand burning my right hand. It was so hot. She took it back and gave it to me without changing the top or cup and then it spilled again when she gave it to me all in my car on my pants and floor. Did t ask to take it back or replace it. Just got my pants from dry cleaning too and had to go back in my lunch break to change. As well as I had a burn in my hand. They didn't offer me nothing. Just wanted a new cup with a new top. She barely said sorry. Will not return there again. read more

I've been here (this location) maybe a dozen times, both ordering in app and drive through and over all its been fine. Drive through customer service is good and the drinks have been correct. Ordering in app has been hit or miss though. It's not been done on time in several attempts. It's so prevalent that I end up going to the Old Fort Starbucks (over by home Depot). Still for quick drive through service this starbucks had been good. read more

This location is a mixed bag - sometimes you'll get your order quickly and it'll be done well, but more often that not, you'll be waiting along with numerous other mobile order customers for 10 to 15 minutes wondering where your order is. The location on the corner of John Rice and Fortress is much more consistent, so I now choose that location over this one. read more

Worst staff!! I went into use the bathroom and order in person . I walked in and no acknowledgment no greeting I went to try and order and no employee looked at me. I stood there for like 2 mins then decided to use the restroom and order on my phone cuz that's the only way I'd get their attention . Came out of the bathroom they still didn't look at me or ask anything then I waited for my mobile order and the girl was like did you have a mobile order ! I'm like duh in my head. I've visited this location numerous times, via drive through. Which is always a lengthy wait, so I decided to place a mobile order while en route (on Friday 3/10/17 @ 6:15pm). The estimated time for preparation was 4-9 minutes. Order placed: 6:15pm Went inside: 6:19pm Left establishment: 6:42pm I waited inside at the counter without a greeting (even after making eye contact with 3 of the 4 employees). The barista seemed busy with other orders, so I waited, periodically looking down at the time on my phone but mostly keeping awareness with the staff. After I noticed the barista was cleaning off counters and restocking I mentioned that I had a mobile order. After making the drink Venti Hot Americano (that did not taste good), delivering it to me without a sleeve (which she had provided with other orders while I was waiting), I had to ask for a stopper (which she handed to me with complete annoyance). There was no apology for my wait, no ownership of how my order was completely forgotten. No smile, no "Thank you, have a good evening". I would give negative stars if that were an option. read more

The WORST Starbucks ever. I come here all the time and they have yet to get my order right. And usually my cup is all stained down the side with spilt coffee. One of my favorite SBUX locations in Murfreesboro, this location is a relatively new stand- alone store located in a strip mall facing Medical Center Pkwy just down from Chilis. Pros: - Lots of seating, indoor and out with a large patio out front - Well stocked supply of syrup flavors - Clean - Fast, accurate service - Good staff recommendations Cons: - Limited parking out front. Use the side lot tl;dr: Good location, you should go. read more

Avoid. Walked in with my backpack and duffle. No patrons in store. Stopped more than 20 feet from the counter to put my mask on to be respectful. As I am opening the mask lifting it to my face I was asked if I have a mask. I raise it 6 inches higher to show them I had it in my hand. The reply was "Oh..." I order my house coffee to wait for my wife to pick me up. Now mind you they watched me walk in with my duffle and backpack. Clearly wouldn't do that if I had my car. I walk to the front of the store and watch outside for my wife to arrive. I am then (politely I will add) asked to leave because the store is not open to patrons. There is no sign on the door saying this. I am only told this after I order and stand at the front. I wouldn't have ordered the coffee had I known that. I would have went to the restaurant next door. No rational thought involved in these actions. I have been on the fence about continuing patronizing them based on the bad corporate publicity they earned themselves due to their treatment of the police. This ends it for me at Starbucks. Will not step foot in another Starbucks. read more

This is hands down the slowest Starbucks drive-thru in Murfreesboro, quite possibly the entire state. I assume there's a closed Starbucks somewhere in Tennessee and they may actually reopen, hire staff, and be able to serve you before this Starbucks gets your drink to you. If you like to sit in the sun while your car idles, breathing the exhaust fumes from the car in front of you, then this is the place to go. It's quicker to drive over to the shop on Rutherford by Woodbury and get your coffee there. read more
