The staff for one I drive for Medicaid I come in everytime I'm in town. I ordered the new mocha drink 2 shots of expresso used 25 of my stars drink was still almost 10 dollars they were rude I walked away to get a cart to sit and listen to them talk about me for about 5 mins till one of the girls walked out and saw me told another manager he said he'd let their manager know.wont ever return they have one other one in that town I suggest you go there it's cheaper and you don't have to be disrespected.The first Manager was great. I get coffee everyday in Greenville and I know how much things cost I know a shot isn't a 1.00 I know the stars only take a dollar off still no excuse for all that mature workers don't wast your time go to target that part is great!! read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced. When I got in line there was two cars in front of me, thinking it would go by fast... but no. I was in line for almost 30 minutes. Only three people working, and there were no customers inside the building. read more

This Starbucks tends to be good but customer service can be less than mediocre. As I was being handed my drink, my whole body was practically out my car window and the worker didn't mind to reach any further than extending their arm. I had to open my car door and grab it, I said apologies out of the awkwardness, and they didn't say a word and proceeded to close the drive thru window. I always get iced drinks, which yes, have ice, but the last few times it's more like ordering coffee with my 6 dollar ice. Make your hours and stick to them. Supposed to be open until 9pm but your ovens are already shut down at 2:30pm... bs. Cars in the drive thru are 10 deep, but you're closing. I have had a good experience every time I come to this location. They move through orders quickly and professionally. The store is also really clean with multiple tables for working. My only complaint is that the location is about 10mins from campus. They also provide coffee donations for fundraising events and setting up the donation is incredibly easy. You just provide a flyer for the event and set up the date. They provide coffee, sugar, stirrers, and cups. I really enjoy this location and definitely recommend visiting it. read more

Probably the best Starbucks I have been to! Very friendly staff. My Mom didn't know exactly what she wanted because she doesn't frequent Starbucks very often. The staff was very helpful in helping my mom decided what she wanted to get. The staff here really knows their coffee and all items on the menu! Place was very clean and had very fast service. Has a small patio outside if you would like to enjoy your beverage in the sun. Although, I didn't see a trash can outside. I'll definitely be back if I am ever in the area again! read more

Poor customer service from the girls working on Easter Sunday. No greeting when I walked in, no smiles, made my drink room temperature and when I asked for a remake, she made a big deal about it. Unnecessary drama from a corporate retail cafe robot. I will not be returning. Note to manager: review the customer service policies in your training materials with your staff. Review for drive in and mobile orders.... This is the second time in the past couple week that I have ordered 2 Americano each with an extra shot and have gotten a really bad piss warm cup of coffee. This time I called the store and they offered I could drive back and exchange them. What is the point of drive through or a mobile order if I have to turn around on the highway and backtrack because people are too lazy to do their job correctly. Love this Starbucks. Our family travels alot so I have a lot of different Starbucks to compare this too, and this one is my favorite. This has been my go to Starbucks for 6 months and now that our stay in MI is over I will miss this place. Very clean, and super friendly staff. My first time at this starbucks was so wonderful it kept me coming back even though it was not that close. I was having an absolute horrible day an opted to treat myself. I ended up going through the drive thru. Noone else was in line but it took an unusual long time to get my drink. When they gave it to me they also immediately apologize and gave me a gift card for a drink on them next time for the wait. Every time after that was fast friendly service. Like their drive thru trying different tea the defense tea is ginger like with lemon. When I need my caffeine fix in Mt. Pleasant this is the place to go. I've been to Starbucks all over the state, and beyond Michigan, and this is easily the worst one. Orders take forever to complete, and in many cases they get the order wrong, or the coffee is lukewarm. Some of the staff members appear as if they can't stand to be there. Why do I keep going back? I don't know. Probably because the other two local Starbucks are less convenient (inside a Target and on CMU's campus). The corporate office really needs to check this one out, because the service is seriously below par. read more
