Me and my 's moms drinks were perfect. They tasted so good and the staff were extremely kind!!!!!!!!

Our online order was quick and accurate. Very friendly staff. They even put cute messages on our cups.

The staff for one I drive for Medicaid I come in everytime I'm in town. I ordered the new mocha drink 2 shots of expresso used 25 of my stars drink was still almost 10 dollars they were rude I walked away to get a cart to sit and listen to them talk about me for about 5 mins till one of the girls walked out and saw me told another manager he said he'd let their manager know.wont ever return they have one other one in that town I suggest you go there it's cheaper and you don't have to be disrespected. The first Manager was great. I get coffee everyday in Greenville and I know how much things cost I know a shot isn't a 1.00 I know the stars only take a dollar off still no excuse for all that mature workers don't wast your time go to target that part is great!! read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced. When I got in line there was two cars in front of me, thinking it would go by fast... but no. I was in line for almost 30 minutes. Only three people working, and there were no customers inside the building. read more

This Starbucks tends to be good but customer service can be less than mediocre. As I was being handed my drink, my whole body was practically out my car window and the worker didn't mind to reach any further than extending their arm. I had to open my car door and grab it, I said apologies out of the awkwardness, and they didn't say a word and proceeded to close the drive thru window. I always get iced drinks, which yes, have ice, but the last few times it's more like ordering coffee with my 6 dollar ice. Also, I ordered oatmeal and I received it in a cup, and dried out. read more

Make your hours and stick to them. Supposed to be open until 9pm but your ovens are already shut down at 2:30pm... bs. Cars in the drive thru are 10 deep, but you're closing. We sat in the parking lot for 30 mins and they didn't close. Mobile ordering turned off already too. Seriously. If closing early, update your hours in the app read more

My girlfriend and I went to the Starbucks on pickard Rd. Mt.pleasant mi.Every time I have been there, one of your employees Sara is extremely rude.I usually go to the one at targets where you feel very welcome.I can't believe no one else has noticed.Who does she think she is.We won't be back to this one again. read more

I have had a good experience every time I come to this location. They move through orders quickly and professionally. The store is also really clean with multiple tables for working. My only complaint is that the location is about 10mins from campus. They also provide coffee donations for fundraising events and setting up the donation is incredibly easy. You just provide a flyer for the event and set up the date. They provide coffee, sugar, stirrers, and cups. I really enjoy this location and definitely recommend visiting it. read more

Probably the best Starbucks I have been to! Very friendly staff. My Mom didn't know exactly what she wanted because she doesn't frequent Starbucks very often. The staff was very helpful in helping my mom decided what she wanted to get. The staff here really knows their coffee and all items on the menu! Place was very clean and had very fast service. Has a small patio outside if you would like to enjoy your beverage in the sun. Although, I didn't see a trash can outside. I'll definitely be back if I am ever in the area again! read more

I got a strawberry acai refresher (light ice and 2 strawberry inlclusn) I did not get any strawberries and it took way long to get the drink

Service was terrible. The girls in there were extremely rude and not personable. Would recommend just driving to the next closest coffee shop. read more

Sadly six employees working but maybe 1.25 making coffee. Mobile order took forever, made first drink, then started other random drinks for drive though. Finaly had to ask barista to make second drink in order. Not your standard Starbucks. And my four shot grande was burning hot with minimal coffee flavor read more

Very slow drive through service, and the person that took my order didn't understand what I wanted. I know my order can't be too complicated I just ordered it two days ago at another location with no problem. They didn't even put ice in my iced capp. Still drinking my drink though that's why I'm giving 2 stars. read more

Love this Starbucks. Our family travels alot so I have a lot of different Starbucks to compare this too, and this one is my favorite. This has been my go to Starbucks for 6 months and now that our stay in MI is over I will miss this place. Very clean, and super friendly staff. My first time at this starbucks was so wonderful it kept me coming back even though it was not that close. I was having an absolute horrible day an opted to treat myself. I ended up going through the drive thru. Noone else was in line but it took an unusual long time to get my drink. When they gave it to me they also immediately apologize and gave me a gift card for a drink on them next time for the wait. Every time after that was fast friendly service. Keep up the good work, you have a great staff. read more

Poor customer service from the girls working on Easter Sunday. No greeting when I walked in, no smiles, made my drink room temperature and when I asked for a remake, she made a big deal about it. Unnecessary drama from a corporate retail cafe robot. I will not be returning. Note to manager: review the customer service policies in your training materials with your staff. They are slipping and it makes this Starbucks look bad. read more

Josh and Alyssa were amazing and so kind! They asked us how our day was and greeted us with a warm welcome as we had many complicated orders that they took care of without fuss! They even wrote a new order to try on my cup! read more

Review for drive in and mobile orders.... This is the second time in the past couple week that I have ordered 2 Americano each with an extra shot and have gotten a really bad piss warm cup of coffee. This time I called the store and they offered I could drive back and exchange them. What is the point of drive through or a mobile order if I have to turn around on the highway and backtrack because people are too lazy to do their job correctly. I guess I have to go to Big B where I don't have this issue read more

Like their drive thru trying different tea the defense tea is ginger like with lemon. When I need my caffeine fix in Mt. Pleasant this is the place to go. The staff is super nice and if your not happy with your order they will make it again. I'm happy they offer the blonde roast in espresso form now read more

I have been to Starbucks all over the country, and this is by far my favorite. It is always clean, friendly, and I learn fun coffee facts. It is always a pleasure to have the opportunity to come here. read more

Perfect Caramel Macchiato for me and coffee with double shot of espresso for my hubby. The one thing you gotta love about Starbucks is the consistency no matter which one you visit. Bravo!! read more

Usual starbucks, it's really close to the highway, so it was a short stop. The place was really clean and well - kept.

It was a long drive. We all needed some caffeine. Starbucks baristas were charming, friendly and polite. Truly genuine in their nature for customer service and hospitality. Starbucks is a small oasis tucked inside a strip mall right off the highway. I like it. The loyalty program is really nice too. read more

I've been to Starbucks all over the state, and beyond Michigan, and this is easily the worst one. Orders take forever to complete, and in many cases they get the order wrong, or the coffee is lukewarm. Some of the staff members appear as if they can't stand to be there. Why do I keep going back? I don't know. Probably because the other two local Starbucks are less convenient (inside a Target and on CMU's campus). The corporate office really needs to check this one out, because the service is seriously below par. read more

Shar was the nicest and best employee I have ever encountered. She was so sweet and made our coffee so fast and it was the best Starbucks I ever had! read more

So many flies I could barely complete my work because I was consistently swatting at them. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms as well. read more

This Starbucks offers expedient and genuinely friendly service. The baristas are knowledgeable and will adapt drinks to your personal taste. The store's cleanliness is appealing, and so is the overall atmosphere. When the store is overwhelmingly busy both inside and on the drive-through, they still somehow manage to offer fast service. I have been a customer since the store opened 10 years ago, but have felt welcome from the very beginning. I highly recommend this Starbucks! read more
