Made a quick stop here for some caffeine and the restrooms. It's a cute newer Starbucks with lots of seating. Baristas were very friendly and efficient - we got all our drinks in about 5 minutes. The main store was clean - the restrooms already needed attention by 10 am. Maybe because it was a holiday weekend. read more

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon at around 2. No line. The cashier was friendly and helpful. It was an unseasonably warm day so we opted for the vanilla cold brew. It was prepared quickly and was super delicious. Restroom was clean - and gender neutral. Tables were clean. No problems for us. It was a great Starbucks. read more

Great customer service and friendly staff along with delicious coffee is what you can expect here. I used Starbucks App to place an order here. Then, used the Drive Thru to pick it up. They were fast, got my order right, and had delicious coffee. What more can you ask for. I also parked my truck and went inside. They have a clean bathroom inside. But, you might have to stand in line because they just have one bathroom. It was clean though. I sat outside at a table in the outdoor patio too so I could use their WiFi. Their WiFi was fast too. read more

Great new Starbucks location in a convenient spot. This place seems small from the outside, but ample room inside. The drive thru can get extremely busy, but drive thru is the best option since parking is awkward and can extremely hard go to back out once parked. I have never gotten faster service than this spot... do they have more employees? Faster? More efficient? I don't know, but the drinks are fresh and fast! read more

I live in Oklahoma but here because my moms in the hospital at WVU and this starbucks is AMAZING the workers are super nice, every drink has been on point. They have truly have made the best of a difficult situation. I have came up here every night since I've been in town, and it's not just one worker, its the entire location. Stopped by this store during my road trip, went in and was immediately greeted and all the baristas were very kind and warm towards me. Everyone had a smile on their face and was very polite. I messed up and accidentally ordered the wrong drink and went back to the counter to order the right one and a barista immediately said she would re make my drink! It was my fault I ordered the wrong thing and she still offered to make me the drink I wanted! Very kind and very beautiful store. Loved the baristas and the store a lot!! read more

Every time I have gone here the coffee has tasted sour and metallic. I just get the brewed coffee and I am guessing the sugary syrups and whipped cream covers up the terrible taste. I worked at a Starbucks and have been to many Starbucks, but the ones in Morgantown all have consistently terrible sour and metallic tasting coffee. The Starbucks coffee at Target and Barnes and Noble taste fine so I don't know what the deal is with the 3 stand alone locations in Morgantown. read more

New Starbucks located in the same building as Chipotle. Friendly staff and consistenly good Starbucks flavor. Large tables with plug-ins for those long study sessions. Cozy two-seater tables and lounge chairs. A few bar height tables too. Decent selection of Starbucks mugs, etc. read more

This had been a go-to for me for a couple years, but had to let it go after not only repeated lack of cleanliness, but when I called attention to the store manager walking out on a filthy store, and had my head taken off for doing so (as plainly and honestly as one can expect). It wasn't the first time they tried to justify indignantly their desire to not deliver on basic expectations (they also had a tough time making dark roast coffee--which is what Starbucks built its brand on). You can only hand-hold a business and its management so long before you just have to say goodbye. I tipped very well, and discovered that they felt entitled to that--despite no table service--even as I didn't tip when they really dropped the ball (forgot my order, or had to wait 20 minutes for a drip, or had to take it back to be remade, etc.). They also had chronic heating issues in winter--odds being low that they've fixed that after plant of feedback from me and others. And: good luck getting adequate WiFi speed (like having no connection). It's like pulling teeth to get them to run what is a basic Starbucks most anywhere else, and unfortunately the other locations in Morgantown are worse. read more

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Stopped while traveling back home to Virginia. I had to wait 30 minutes for two drinks and didn't even get one of them because they messed it up. I asked if I could get a new drink and was told I would have to keep waiting, so I just walked out. Very poor service! Never go back there again and I love Starbucks. read more

I stopped by the new Starbuck's located beside the Chipotle at University Town Center while in town visiting my family. This Starbuck's was a typical store at first glance. Maybe because it was newer and still training employees, (I am being kind since I have no idea how long it has been open-new since last time I was in town) but the sevice had a lot to be desired. I could understand it they were swamped with customers but I was the only inside customer and only 2-3 cars in the drive thru. I walked up to the counter was was greeted, chit-chatted with the clerk and ordered. The clerk told me to have a seat and they would bring my order out to me!?! Never asked my name??? Something new? Maybe since they were not busy, they were going the extra mile?? So, I took a seat and pulled out my phone, checked emails, facebook, and returned several texts as I waited. And waited. And waited. Did they forget my order?? I approached the counter, finally got their attention and asked about my food. Oh, it is sitting right here, the clerk told me. (For how long I do not know) I replied, I thought you told me to take a seat and that you were going to bring it out. Oh, no, we don't do that, she replied. We just sit the orders on the counter. But, you never asked my name to call out my order when ready, I replied. She just shrugged her shoulders and said, that all we do is place it on the counter. I've never been to a Starbuck's that just sets the order on the counter without calling a name. Someone needs additional training. Plenty of other Starbuck's to choose from and this location will not be my choice! read more

I would have rated this Starbucks a zero, but the app wouldn't allow me to do so. Never in my life have I been so disgusted with a Starbucks. Starbucks is my go to coffee shop everywhere I go, for the fact that they always get my order right. I am allergic to dairy and blatantly tell the workers that I have an allergy and tell them no whip and give them a milk alternative. Today my order was made with soy milk, but they put the whip on top. The lady realized she made it incorrectly and said, "sorry I'll get you a new one." Thinking that she would start the drink process over I was horrified to see that she took the lid off of the drink and scooped the whip off of the top leaving chunks of it still in the drink. She then proceeded to grab a straw, open it and stir the remaining whip into the drink. She gave the drink a couple stirs and grabbed a flat lid, placed it on and handed it back to me. I have no problem paying the extra for milk alternatives due to my allergy, and for supporting Starbucks as a company. In the past they have made few mistakes, and if they have, they always remake the drink. To the young lady with the choker conch necklace, you broke my Starbucks loving heart. read more
