I've had nothing but great experiences here. This is my local, and it's a smaller location. It can get busy with long lines from guests visiting from the many nearby medical plazas and the hospital. Use the app and order ahead, but at certain times of the day, you may not be able to find seating. They do however have a few tables outside (non-smoking), if the weather permits. Parking can be tough in a rather small, shared, private lot. The drinks are always great as are their food options. read more

This Starbucks is the dirtiest starbucks I have ever been in . The counter was all spilled coffee. The service bar has dripping dry milk all over . Food crumbs at the mobile station and spilled drinks ! The floor tables are sticky and stains everywhere doesn't look like they have wiped anything down in a month or longer.. Do not think Starbucks would be happy with this representation! read more

The food was warm and fresh last time i went, I went to this starbucks really early in the morning. The service was amazing the employees were nice and professional. The whole experience was great the ambiance was nice and clean. Overall it was a great experience. read more

One of the more organized Starbucks within the region, and tucked away within a medical plaza area. No drivethru, yet plenty of friendly faces and cheerful attitudes within. Definitely a Starbucks to return to whenever in Mooresville! read more

Ever since Jessica came in as manager for this location, it has gone absolutely downhill. I have been a regular here for a good while and I remember the old manager, Sarah. As a customer, I pay attention to the environment of the places I visit on the regular and lately, I can tell something has changed. There has been more than once where I have witnessed this new manager treat her employees with coldness as well as customers. It is definitely unfortunate to see this happening as it's causing the quality of food and beverage to decrease significantly. Lately, I've started going to another location that is out of my way because I have not been enjoying my recent visits there. The team doesn't interact much like they used to, nobody greets when you walk in, or let alone acknowledges your presence. The quality of your store and team depends on how you are as not only a manager but as a person. I can tell you that it seems this new manager is unfit for her role. This store is going to sink and I've already slowly made my way out of there as a regular because a place that treats their customers and employees like dirt, don't deserve my business. I will be sharing this information with as many people as I can to avoid giving this terrible location business. Fix this Starbucks. read more

Great location. Recently moved to the area. Staff is friendly and greets you with a "welcome" when you walk in. They ask you what you ordered if they see you hanging out waiting for your mobile order and help you find it. Wish you a good day as you leave and thank you for coming in. Awesome! read more

This Starbucks exemplifies good customer service! The baristas are friendly...& if you're lucky & a regular, they know your drink order by heart! Parking can be an issue, as can the line between 7:30 AM & 8 AM. Drinks are perfect, just like you order them! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I love how it sits tucked away in its own lil corner. I've never had to wait in a long line or wait a long time for my order. Great staff as well read more

This location has to be one of the best Starbucks locations not only because the superlative sanitation but also because of the great customer service. I would like to list a couple of the people who made it so I had a great time. Sarah, Monique, Addison, and Mui. So thanks a lot and keep up the great work. read more

Starbucks is consistent in standards and flavor of coffee and food products offered. They have high quality products.

A nice pretty quiet Starbucks without the long lines found at many of its peers albeit also without a drive through or adequate parking at peak times, In an out of the way small strip center it is a surprise to discover a Starbucks. A nice unhurried crew provides better than average service with typically quality overpriced products that we have learned to accept and appreciate. read more

I recommend you go to the starbucks in Cornelius. This Starbucks is unorganized. You can order a mobile order and wait 10 min while the employees sort through all the mobile orders. Every time I get a drink it what I order is never wrong! This is a nice Starbucks! Great job!

I am a huge Starbucks fan! I have never written a negative review about Starbucks in my my life. I did a mobile order for 2 Carml Macchiatos. The absolute WORST. Taste your drink before you leave the shop! read more

I frequently grab a coffee and meet at this Starbucks location. It's conveniently located just off the freeway and is easy in and our from surrounding roads. Quick and easy parking out front which is always welcomed. The staff is always upbeat and polite, and orders correct. They serve the standard Starbucks menu so nothing too much to rave about here. Pricing is in-line with like coffee shops in the area. The restaurant is spacious and clean inside and has plenty of seating. There are many tables, hightops, and couches inside, and tons of table and chairs out front, also. It's a great place to meet because of the space available, though it can get quite loud inside due to high traffic. This location is very popular with the surrounding office/medical workers and can get busy during peak times, though the staff does an awesome job of keeping the line flowing. read more

Absolutely love this Starbucks! Staff is so nice every time I go in there! I went on Sunday before my shift around 330 & got their new strawberry frap. I was a little hesitant trying out something different but I loved it!! Manager was super genuine and really made my entire day!! Just a simple act of kindness goes a long way read more

UPDATE: Bumping up my rating to 4 four stars now. They've really improved in the last few months. My orders have been very consistent and delicious! I think I'm done with this Starbucks location, which is too bad because it's right down the street from my work. Lately, more often than not, they've put in regular milk instead of soy milk even though I specifically note on my mobile order for soy. As someone who can't drink regular milk, this is really important. Also, I'm not sure what it is about this particular location, but the mobile order times are usually way off. Most of the time when it's really busy, I'll have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes even if the app says my order is ready. I think it's because they're understaffed on some busy mornings. I'm not going to give this location only one star, because on the days they do get my order correct and the wait time is minimal, it's generally okay. I really do wish South Mooresville had a drive-thru location, though. read more

Starbucks is good as always, just a little pricey. Ordered and got my drink rather fast.

This used to be a really well run Starbucks. The help has changed and they don't seem to know what they are doing. Waited 15 minutes for an Americano w/ extra room. It was filled to the brim w/ no crema. When I showed the barista, she simply poured some out instead of remaking it. So I get a crappy watered down bad cup of coffee. I realize that there are more serious problems in the world so I almost feel ridiculous complaining. But I Gotta say this used to be a really good Starbucks, not anymore... read more

This was my first visit. It was very clean and the employees were extremely courteous. It was slow so, I was able to order right away. I didn't catch my Barista's name but, he made my black and white mocha perfectly. It's hard for me to find a perfect black and white anywhere. It seems like it's always hit-or-miss on whether or not I will get a good one. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely visit this location again. read more

Been to this location several times, it's conveniently close to where I live. However, recently when going my drink orders have been wrong several times. Today I visited and both drinks I ordered through the mobile app were wrong. I picked them up just a couple minutes after they were made, saw they were wrong and approached a worker. The worker told me they "looked wrong" because they had been sitting for some time which caused the coffee and flavoring to separate... which was untrue beings I had picked them up only a couple minutes after ordering. A barista remade the drinks, which were still wrong. I ended up keeping them the second time because I was on a tight schedule and I figured they wouldn't get it right the third time either. read more

Add me to the crowd that despise being spoken down to by rude teenagers. Ordered a sandwich with guac only to wait five mins to have it handed to me by little miss snarky and being told their out of guacamole. Asked why this was not communicated at time of order and I'm told the cashier probably doesn't know. What restaurant does not keep an active 86 list. When I tried to pay with my app which still maintains a balance in excess of the purchase I'm told to connect to the internet. Yeah because I have the worlds only wifi only iPhone. Simulate rudeness when I bring over the empty half and half. No thank you for doing the job I'm paid to do. Not here. They just slam it on the counter in front of you. Glad I'm just passing through but this typifies service at most Starbucks lately. It's the reason I went from 3-4x week to once every long while. Maybe they need a rule that at least one grown up must always be present at an open store to keep the pedantic children in line. Update: fam wanted some drinks. Ordered 3 drinks before I left after eating my topping less and undercooked sandwich (unless cold eggs are now a thing in a hot sandwich). Seems like mine was the only name they didn't ask for so I sit to wait. Drink one in 3 mins, drink two 5 mins after, drink three at 12 mins is still neither present nor accounted for despite pretty much everybody else being served. Not a chance they could ask me if I needed help. Turns out they gave my third drink to a "regular" about 10 mins ago. Wonder if she even paid for it. Apology? Hardly. All I get is a snotty face look from yet another of their immature employees. This place is a train wreck that happens repeatedly. They make me wish Yelp did negative stars! Maybe I need to go from once a month to once a quarter. read more

This is the WORST Starbucks ever! They get my drink wrong EVERY time. EVERY TIME! Yes, the staff is mostly friendly and they always try to fix the problem but how about they work on doing it right the first time. I waste so much time here that it's just not worth it anymore. I order a vanilla latte. Nothing special just a vanilla latte. How hard is that????? read more

Terrible service. Terrible attitude. The workers are really nice!! but that manager, the lady with glasses who basically tossed my drink at me because she had to make me another (one of the workers forgot to ask for my name with order) was unbelievably rude! Busy most of the time, but I've never had a problem with any of my orders. This Starbucks is TERRIBLE. My family has been to Starbucks all over the world, and I've lived in several places going to several different stores and the ones in Mooresville are such a disappointment (this one and 150). Unfriendly, rude, consistently get drinks wrong and are more stress than what its worth. I even had an interview at one of them and it was the most unprofessional interview I've ever experienced. I typically don't write reviews but as a long time Starbucks customer that's made Starbucks a routine I'm beyond disappointed. I've had better experiences in the time square store than at this one. read more

The service is awful! I always order on the mobile app and still end up waiting 15-20 minutes for my order, that's if they get it. Most of the time mobile ordering doesn't work at this store. But I'm still charged of course! The last five or so times that I've ordered a breakfast sandwich, the middle has been cold. Do they not train their employees right? Or do the employees just not care? Which brings us to the amount of employees they have- 3 total? Because that's all I ever see. Today there was a line out the door and those poor (3) employees were trying to keep up. No such luck. Hire more people and schedule them for mornings! I am so very tempted to not go back. But when they get it right(once in 6 months?), it's fabulous. That's why I gave them one star. read more

This location was closing at 9:30 PM. I had arrived at 9:10 PM and noticed the two employees working were already cleaning as if the place had already closed. After standing in front of the register for a few minutes waiting to be attended to, I was finally greeted. The two employees whispered something to one another like they didn't want anyone to be here. I had ordered an iced coffee but was served a hot coffee. Do not recommend this location. read more

Very busy location, barista seem somewhat inexperienced. Trash overflowing into the creamer area- a little disappointing.
