The monks corner Starbucks has truly upped their game! The staff is more than helpful, and there always seem to be plenty of employees behind the counter. In spite of being very busy on Christmas Eve, with a drive-through line around the building, they got our (in store) orders correct and didn't seem frazzled or upset. I especially like being able to receive my beverage in a "real" mug, while dining in the store, rather than a paper cup. Keep up the good work! read more

The food is always amazing, and my drinks are made correctly consistently. I have been coming here several days a week for 2+ years now while I study for nursing school. I have been here for up to 6 hours, and the service is always the same. The staff is kind and respectful. They continually uplift one another and speak life into their customers. It doesn't matter what time of day I come; I always leave feeling better than when I got here. I wish every business shared this same model. Great job Monks Corner Starbucks! read more

I've been to this location several times since it opened. By far, this is THE WORST STARBUCKS IN HISTORY. I noticed if I placed my order by the mobile app, it reduced a lot of interaction with the staff. Today I noticed something different. The woman in the car in front of me handled the order back. Usually, Starbucks will NOT take the order back! Will you believe it was my order, and they handled it for me? After, the customer had it in her car! Then she proceeded to tell me she only touched it for seconds. I refused to take it, but you know what. I still receive the returned items. I made a right turn, and Muffin fell out of the ball-up wrapper. Good thing the young woman Ginger Curly hair was in it! Yes, I will contact customer service about today's interaction! This Starbucks is horrible ! I couldn't make it to my normal Starbucks in goosecreek so I order from this one and my coffee was missing the vanilla sweet cream cold foam and the drink wasn't even mixed properly and to top it off it was so sweet I couldn't even drink it had pour it out. I needed some caffeine and Starbucks is always the solution to that issue. I went through the drive thru and the service was super fast. I was the only one in line so that may have had a lot to do with it. I like the large digital menu. It makes it so much easier to see the menu items, especially if it's raining. The cashier was nice and pleasant. My drink was as good as expected. The parking lot is kinda small so be careful for cars pulling out of spots. read more

Stopped here to get my wife a coffee. The drive thru had a long line, so I went inside. Upon entering I was quickly greeted and had my order taken. While waiting for the coffee, I observed how clean it was inside. I also noted how friendly the employees were. The service was quick. Will definitely stop here again. read more

Ordered two ice black teas, no added water or ice. Super basic and simple. Just pour it in a cup and call it a day, right!? Waited until after the order time was exceeded, then approached the counter. Waited a few more minutes and someone finally approached me and asked for my mobile order name. She went to 'make my order' but actually made someone else's. Then returns to tell me they have to brew the tea. Now I know this takes 10 minutes because it's not the first time. So I ask her, "that's going to take 10 minutes, right?" She says it won't take more than 5 so I wait. 15 minutes later I got my teas with an offhand apology. Ridiculous. Bad service. I went into Starbucks, I observe baristas and cashiers. my Frappuccino was ordered Vanilla Bean w cinnamon powder Blended and coffee. I got my drink and got home w no coffee taste so like a milkshake. I called the store no one answered the phones as it rang and rang and rang. A good GM answers phones and speaks to regular customers. That didn't happen until I spoke. I was very disappointed with my drink not having coffee. They do this regularly taking orders wrong and making the customer unhappy. I wish Dunkin Donuts would come or RA Coffee to Moncks Corner. read more
