Simply put, my drink order is correct, the Google Starbucks wifi is spot on, the facilities and grounds are kept clean, the Starbucks consistency I've grown to love is on point, and all is well with the world! read more

This is the best Starbucks I have been to. My drinks there are always perfect and the staff is incredibly kind. If you come here you will hopefully get the opportunity to have Dan make your drink. He is extremely nice to the customers and has that fun spark that every business needs. He always wants to make sure that the customer gets the best experience with their drink (he even has told my stepmom this). He also will help with suggestions and is definitely the best employee I have seen there by far. If you're in target I would make sure to stop at this Starbucks first! read more

Thank you for mugging for the photo for us, Ian! Love that WEMO has a drive thru Starbucks. I love that the grande chai latte tastes just as awesome here as it does everywhere else. (The addiction is real, folks). We snagged a warm pastry for the drive home and really, I love reaching back to hand my toddler a little piece of anything. He touches it and gently pulls it out of my hand and I can practically hear his inner monologue. *YUM* Anyway, FOCUS Paige. This wasn't our first visit but definitely our first check in. In my experience the service is great drive thru or walk-in. They have a nice selection of snacks and pastries, breakfast foods, etc. The tables are typically pretty clean and sanitary which is important. They have the good chairs and the lines move quickly. I have always enjoyed sipping java and hanging out inside this Starbucks. It has more room inside than the one on Hillcrest near my home. Some of my favorite drinks are... White Chocolate Mocha ICED and HOT. In the Summer I love this drink iced with coconut syrup included. But now it is Fall and they are out of coconut. I tried the Salted Carmel Mocha Frap (pic posted) and like it too. But I will try it HOT next time. read more

Always really clean. Always very friendly staff. The only problem with this particular Starbucks location is its lack of parking and that it can get pretty cramped for seating space. The thing that I enjoy most about this shop, though, is that it is genuinely one of the warmest, most inviting coffee shops I've been to. Drive through on May 4th at 3pm...was so slow 4 customers and myself left. The manager was clearly not on property. The staff in the store were purposely having customers wait before ordering. When I say long...there were only 3 cars in front of me and it took 30 plus minutes before I could get to the window, I counted and no one in front of me got more than 2 to 4 items. Once at the window my 2 uncomplicated coffees were not ready. The 2 staff members said they were backed up...there was no one in line inside. The girl making the coffees when asked about them being ready just looked mad. Customer service none Customer concern none Hustle none I just left without getting my coffee...it was VERY clear that they did not care if they had customers or not. I will say that I've only walked in here once (this morning), but I think I will try to make this SB a regular stop for me. It just have good vibes. Normally this place is kind of out of the way for me, but I had a coupon for a free drink (thank you SB birthday club) that I needed to redeem. Not a real big store, but lots of natural light floods in through the front windows. Lots of comfy-looking leather couches to lounge on. Some patio chairs and umbrellas outside. A drive-thru for those in a hurry. During the minute and a half I was in there, I noticed there were students and nurses on their laptops, local police enjoying their coffee and even some Air Force pilots had stopped in for some joe. The chipper blonde taking my order complimented me not only on the necklace I was wearing, but also the spelling of my name. Thanks, chipper blonde, you made my day! The store seemed impeccably clean and all bright, shiny and new. The employees seemed happy and efficient at their jobs. Will return! read more

I promised myself I wouldn't return to the Starbucks on Hillcrest after multiple bad experiences. Who knew I would continue the bad streak on Schillinger? I love Starbucks, and it seems pretty hard to mess up. I went inside this coffeeshop and waited to order. There were three workers and no customers. I have no idea what they were doing; there were no drinks being made. After standing there for several minutes, I decided to leave because no one had taken my order, much less acknowledged my presence. So I can't vouch for the food, wish I could tell you how that coffee tasted. read more

I will go out of my way and pass several Starbucks to go to this location. Don't get me wrong, I've never had a bad experience at any Starbucks. They've all been great. But this location is _awesome_. No matter who is working, I not only get great service, but I'm treated as a friend. I'm going to venture to say that much of it is due to the management. Kelly goes beyond the norm and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. I can only assume that she treats her team this same way, and then that gets passed onto the customer, as well. I usually go to this location twice a week. They have been consistent each time when making coffee. I'm a fan of their breakfast sandwiches as well. The staff has always been polite and courteous. I love going to Starbucks for a little treat every once in a while. During the holidays, I'm a fan of the Pumpkin Spice and the Peppermint Mocha. My husband enjoys the Iced Mocha and the little one loves their Birthday Cake Pops. The staff working the Drive Through are generally friendly and are quick witted and funny. This is by far my favorite Starbucks here in Mobile. The other day, the gentleman who made my husband's Iced Mocha said, "This is the best Iced Mocha you've ever had" to which my husband replied, "Why is that?" and the guy laughed and said, "Oh, I stuck my finger in it" and I said, Oh well, that makes it extra sweet, then! LOL it was funny, he didn't say it in a gross way and obviously he DIDN'T stick his finger in it. Funny Times. read more
