Stopped into this Starbucks for a quick coffee and bite. I ordered a regular coffee with half & half and was surprised to see an $0.80 upcharge just for the cream--especially since regular milk doesn't have an extra charge. That felt a bit excessive for such a small swap. We also grabbed an egg sandwich, which was decent--nothing out of the ordinary, but it hit the spot. What I did appreciate was the interior vibe. There's a cool map on the wall that highlights different parts of the world, which added a nice visual touch to the space. Plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside, and the outdoor area has umbrellas for shade, which is always a plus in Miami. Overall, a decent spot to relax and recharge, but watch out for those small upcharges! read more

I never leave reviews for Starbucks as they are generally all the same. This location, particularly the worker named Reese, made me sure never to visit again I ordered a Hot Caramel Machiatto with Reese When my coffee was ready, it was iced. I gently explained that I ordered a hot version of the drink, to which Reese rolled her eyes and told me "no you didn't but okay", and then proceeded to make my drink after all the others in queue. Came for my coffee fix. What a cute Starbucks love the art work here. It's different. They were really busy we got in line maybe about 5-6 people in front of us and then decided to MOBILE ORDER ( so much faster). What a nice Starbucks location located right on collins avenue, a block from the beach, and amongst many hotels. I love the tall ceilings and artwork throughout; especially the map showing all the different area in the world where coffee beans are grown. There's quite a bit of seating inside, and even a few tables outside. The service here was top notch, with the gentleman behind the counter providing all that I needed, cup of cream on the side, stevia, stir sticks, etc. I ordered an iced coffee and blonde roast coffee; both were made perfectly with excellent taste. I should mention, as we were sitting enjoying our coffees, a staff member came by and asked if he could take our used stir sticks and wrappers; a very nice touch at keeping things tidy within the place! read more

This Sbux location is literally a block from the beach. There's a wrap around patio with at least a dozen seating options. If you choose you dine in, there are high ceilings and moss art (featuring the coffee belt on the ceiling) and in the middle of the space. If you happen to be in this part of South Beach then it's a good coffee option. The only thing is it's superrrr busy so order ahead on the mobile app. My order was almost done when there was a line throughout the store. I got a Grande Vanilla Latte and it was perfect! I was staying across the street looking for a convenient place to get breakfast. I found this Starbucks and went to check it out. It has a great location right near the bus stop in the middle of all the hotels. It is a very large store with a great relaxed vibe. There is both indoor and outdoor seating which depending on the weather can be great. The line was always packed the couple times I went. I was able to find a seat and enjoy my coffee while working on my laptop. They serve the usual Starbucks meals and coffee. Their menu changes every week with special items. The customer service here was great. Even though there was a long line out the door the cashier was able to pay attention to everyone and put in their order. He even asked where I was from which I was not used to. It's nice to have a friendly face say hi to you rather than the just quick order and walk out the door. I ended up coming back here twice during my vacation as I enjoyed my time here more than I did at my hotel restaurant. read more

On 2/22/25 at around 8pm I went into this Starbucks near the hotel we were staying at. I was with my wife and my daughter. I'm not a regular Starbucks customer but my wife and daughter are. I went to order a few things and my daughter asked for a drink that turns out was not suitable for a young kid. To make a long story short the young man working the counter that night (wish I had gotten his name) was maybe the nicest most helpful retail worker I have come across in at least the past 10 years. I wanted his manager to know how great he is. You can tell his parents raised him correctly. So thank you again young man. Starbucks is lucky to have him working there. read more

Starbucks vary from city to city.... but baaaabae!!! This one here takes the cake. I came in Thursday morning since its a block from the palms.... Inside: This is one of the prettiest locations I've visited. The map is done out of moss displaying the coffee belt at the bottom. Absolutely gorgeous Outside: plenty of seating which are 6ft apart. Nice day to enjoy the breeze and people watch. COVID-19 Protocol: Clearly marked signs on the door and floor when entering. Also there are areas roped off because the inside dining area is closed. Employees: I wish i remembered the girl who took my order in the Cafe. She was super sweet, got it down on the firat try and even went above and beyond not to cross contaminate my Danish with chocolate. Located across from The Edition and within walking distance of several area hotels, this is a new and wonderful location on Collins. Its large, very clean with friendly, eager to serve staff. What I enjoy most about this location is their outdoor seating. Its on a corner and has a wrap around patio with plenty of tables and chairs. You can sit down and enjoy your coffee while watching the people and traffic come by. Once you're done, you can stroll down Collins towards South Beach or take a short cut to the Boardwalk across the street. read more

Grabbed coffee here and thought it was an incredible location. The shop was a great size and much larger than the typical Starbucks. It had an awesome, calming and relaxed vibe, with some great outdoor seating. The serve the typical Starbucks goodness --coffees of all types and flavor, sandwiches, muffins, desserts, snacks and more. They also serve beer at this location, too. They. Are. So. Slow. We went here nearly every day while staying at the nearby AC hotel. On each visit, we were behind 2-3 folks in line. On my last visit, it took more than 10 minutes to get two iced coffees. Multiple people w espresso drinks got there's even when they came after me. Great location and spacious. Employees were friendly and hard working. I knocked off a star because there aren't enough of them. Line went from the front counter to the door. They could easily add another crew member to speed things up. But... there's no other coffee shop nearby, so you don't have much choice. They were also out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted so there must be a problem with inventory control. Edit: went back the next day. This time they had a crew of six and it was still crazy busy. Don't understand how they can have 2 employees that are in training and no managers on site. It took them 3 tries to get 1 of my orders half right and the other order had to choose something that I didn't want because I asked for SF cinnamon dolce (diabetic) and after making it with the regular syrup they told me they were out of the SF and had to get the vanilla SF because they didn't know how to refund my credit card. Major props to this locations staff. I came in at 7:45 A.M (Friday 7/18/17) and received an energetic warm welcome by the entire staff. The positive attitudes of the these employees is contagious and I genuinely started my Friday off with a big smile. The customer service was exceptional. One Starbucks employee over heard me requesting a cold brew at the register and asked if I had ever had the nitro. She quickly gave me a sample and I loved it! To me, that is going above and beyond. I know there is many tasks to be done in the morning, but regardless she still stopped and took time to give me a great recommendation that is definitely going to be my new favorite drink. Friendly staff but the place is ALWAYS dirty. I'm typing this as I'm currently here and there has been empty cups and trash sitting on tables for hours. There is plenty of staff here and nobody has come by to pick it up. This is a daily occurrence too. Please management, learn to make the rounds and clean up regularly. read more
