This drive-through is in a little strip mall around the corner from one of my doctor's offices. My husband and I rolled through, the only ones in line, to order some quick fixes. He asked for lemonade and they had some interesting berry mixture he tried and liked. I just got a danish, which was not the most amazing pastry I have ever had, but hungry, in a car, and not in a state to physically go into a store, this was our closest, easiest bet. The people who took our order were super upbeat and friendly and had our order ready to go very quickly. Thank you! I asked, for a napkin then I had Wilson, a Starbucks supervisor yell at me, asking me to move out the drive way. No education and no manners. I contacted Starbucks headquarters and they refund me back my money I spent that week. There is a case open and they are seeing the cameras on how a supervisor yelled at me... For Friday morning near Miami International Airport we were looking for a coffee shop to have coffee and have quick bite. So we decided to stop by Starbucks and we did drive thru through Starbucks. From the menu we first ordered Cookie Crumbles and Hot Chai Latte with oat milk. For quick bite we ordered Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap, Kale & Mushroom Egg Bites & Hot Croissant. The service was good and soon we got our orders. We first had our drinks which were delicious and tasty. The drinks were fresh and freshly roasted with correct amount of sugar. Then we had our food. We first had Hot Croissant which was delicious and heated in the oven. Then we had Spinach,Feta & Egg White wrap which was also delicious with spinach and egg very well made.. Then we had the bites which was best among the food we ordered and it was delicious. Definitely try their bites. read more

There are MULTIPLE Starbucks in the airport and they are all the same. It is the staff that makes or breaks the service and the location that makes or breaks the line. Arrival (1st floor) seam to be the least busy with anything on departure level (2nd) changing based on the flight that just landed. read more

The parking lot and drive-through make this a bit of an impossible Starbucks location to visit by car. The drive through clogs up the parking, which can easily cause you to be blocked in depending on where you park, or make it difficult to drive into the lot in the first place. The service was a bit slower than usual for a Starbucks (and in my experience they're always slow). There was a very long wait for our order, even though there weren't very many customers other than the drive-through. read more

Came here for a quick coffee with my friend. The parking lot is kind of weird, it is located in the back. There are two entrances to the coffee shop. Plenty of seating is available for lounging or productivity. The standard Starbucks quality is here with consistent drink quality and taste. Will return next time! read more

I ordered a double shot of espresso on the mobile app and it said that it would be ready by about 8 minutes, with traffic I got there later than the 8 minutes and still had to wait for my order. This is a really busy store, so it's understandable. However, as I waited for my order, the manager, Silvia, was nasty to her employees and even yelled at a customer for asking for their order. She told the customer to leave if they didn't like her rudeness. Very unprofessional. The employees seem to dislike their jobs because of their manager. Getting in and out of this place is hectic; the parking spots are right where the drive-thru lane ends, very high traffic. The order was correct and the espresso was good. read more

Added this to Yelp last week and reviewing now. Been stalking the creation of this plaza for months, especially after seeing that this Starbucks would come to fruition there. The thing is this is on my way to work and despite there being others of this franchise near and dear, this happens to be the best one on my route in terms of location and amenities. I should probably clarify that last bit. This Starbucks has a drive-thru and it is easy to park. Yes, parking is limited, so the drive-thru may be your best bet, but still, at least you have options. I cannot say the same for others on my way to work. Keeping that in mind, I finally went to try this Starbucks out. Passed by the drive-thru and the location is just impeccable. The barista taking my order, too, was very peppy and genuinely seemed to like her job. Not to mention that the board outside clearly states your order. My order of a grande white chocolate mocha, no whip and non-fat milk, was perfectly frothy and the plain bagel was warmly toasted, cream cheese, utensils, and napkins included. Super impressive. Haven't gone to the inside yet, but I imagine I will one of these days. You keep doing what you do, new location, seriously. You're a welcome reprieve in an area that coffee is needed, parking is a nuisance, and a drive-thru is a miracle. read more

His Starbucks is right in front of my apartment building, so I'm a frequent client. I'm also a big fan of the mobile app ordering, so when I arrive I could park, grab the drink and go. The morning staff is excellent at quick service. I haven't ever arrived and my drink not be ready. I usually give 15 minutes ordering before I arrive. BUT the afternoon staff needs to prioritize orders. I understand sometimes the business is busier than other times, but drive thru and mobile orders should be completed before a walk in store client in my opinion. Today, things exceeded. I made my mobile order at 11:15 and wasn't handed my drink until 11:33. 20 minutes..... is not acceptable for a mobile order. I love this Starbucks, it has the perfect vibe to study, to meet up with friend, or to simply sit and enjoy your drink. The workers are really friendly. But my best experience yet was today! I had an Iced caramel macchiato, the BEST COFFEE I've ever had! You could taste the process of the coffee bean, the flavors were so clean, you could taste the caramelized roast of coffee beans, and all the flavors came together so beautifully. The service just keeps getting worse. I asked for a strawberry refresher and only 3 tiny slices of strawberries. They are out of stock constantly of many items and don't have Splenda nor stir sticks. Not sure who is the ordering manager but seriously we pay full prices and have to accommodate to your shortages. Also a sign on the drive thru ordering screen covers the customers total. My record will show I visit almost daily and many times more than once. But, your service is driving me away. read more

She called the cops on me over an order I placed at 9:16 A.M. pick it up at 10:55AM. The worst! The lady "Silvia " is a true nasty b&$$&. She told me to "LEAVE MY STORE I DONT HAVE NO ORDER FOR YOU. Been here about 10 times now to this location we always stop before a drive to west palm on the weekends . Everyone is super focused and kind , always had good customer service and it's always so calm with people working on their assignments or travelers waiting . Overall the drinks come out in 2 minutes or less and it's very clean. read more

Terrible service. They never make my drink correctly. I am lactose intolerant so I always ask for Soy milk. Despite repeating it over and over again they always put regular milk. You can literally taste the difference... when I told the baristas that the drink was not correct they didn't really seem to care. I can honestly say this Starbucks is terrible. Placed a Mobil order about 10 minutes before I got there, which of course I knew would probably take longer.. and even more so because this Starbucks is located on a very popular street and it was 8:30 am. My order was ready about 30 minutes after I ordered it through the app. Noticed some employees had some trouble communicating but overall their attitudes were great which really helps when dealing with loads of orders and customers. While I'm pleased to always see the green familiar logo that cures my coffee antojos, there's nothing worse than seeking comfort in a subpar Starbucks. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiatto with an extra shot. I always order this drink pretty frequently and I know exactly how it's supposed to taste. It seemed off when I first took a sip so I asked the barista if she had included the extra shot. To her defense, the label did say single but I know I paid for the extra shot. She dumped out the top and poured another shot on top. It still didn't taste right & that's when I noticed the milk tasted sour. In efforts to not complain again, I just took a few sips to see if it truly was my palate or if the drink was sour. I ended up tossing it because it was the wrong ratio of coffee to milk and obviously I couldn't fight the taste. I'm not saying anyone is willingly using expired milk because I couldn't see the expiration date from where I was standing and I'd like to think they wouldn't knowingly use something expired. However, maybe it's been stored wrong? Maybe something was off in temperature or it was left out too long? I'm not exactly sure but I can't say I'd order a milk drink here anymore even if they're proximity to the 836 is wonderful because it allows you to stop being making the highway trek. Tip from a local: Finally! I'm happy that this Starbucks location opened. I've been one of the people in the area waiting for the construction to be completed. This location has a drive-thru for busy workers needing a lift in the morning. However, you must go inside to experience the best customer service experience in this particular area of Miami. The staff is young, well-trained and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. They truly want you to become a regular and enjoy all they have to offer. They're more occupied attending customers that walk in than customers in the drive thru. Was sitting waiting for 10 minutes before they would take my order and another 10 minutes between the line and the window. They kept looking at me and ignoring me while they prepped everyone else's orders. All I ordered that night was a drink and they wouldn't bother making it even with three people working. Starbucks especially tends to be known for cheerful and friendly staff but that's not the case here. The three young people working this evening (two girls and one guy) were so uninterested and apathetic. I'm pretty sure the training for Starbucks employees is standard but it's evident these three youngsters missed the lectures on customer service.
