My complaint is more with Starbucks in general rather than my local baristas. I love Starbucks coffee, but they are doing their customers dirty. First, they have increased their prices an average of 15% across the board this year on top of an already inflated price. Second, you get the same amount of coffee no matter what size you order, larger size just gets more ice and water. That's it. Third, they reduced their reward system from 2 stars per $1 to 1.7 stars per $1, which devalues your reward by 15%. They already have the worst customer loyalty reward system in the business, now you essentially have to buy 24 coffee drinks instead of 20 to get one free. So you typically would have to spend around $120 to get one reward drink. Most other reward systems give you 6th drink free after purchasing 5. So as you can see Starbucks is actually ripping us all off. they rely on their customer service, their propaganda. and their coffee to distract us from realizing they are actually the worst deal in town. This is my go to Starbucks. I've never had a problem here and I come quite often. Everyone is always super nice and they always get my order right. My favorite item on the menu is the ham and cheese croissant. When the line is too long, I park and mobile order & pick-up inside. The employees work so hard here especially on busy days. read more

This is the only Starbucks location I've been to that doesn't know how to make matcha properly. My drink was dark green with unmixed powder, powder stuck to the ice, and the bottom of the cup looked black. I consumed a (cold) gingerbread oatmilk chai, and it was awesome! Such a perfect, light blend with just the right amount of spice. I am not a fan of overly sweet chai, but the ginger addition and the cool milk option just hit the right spot and even made me feel like I was super healthy between the spices and the oat part of it LOL. I appreciate the work that went into creating this particular concoction, and this attention to detail is something I must give Starbucks major credit for. What can I say that everyone doesn't already know, Starbucks does it right. Any time I'm in the vicinity of a Starbucks all I need to do is say, hey Siri , order Starbucks to which she replies " would you like to order your custom latte", to which I respond "yes". A nice place for a meeting or a cup of coffee This is one of the 15000 Starbucks in the US and 786 stores in Florida. This site is located on the south side of SR 520 (East Merritt Island Causeway). This is a fairly busy road but it was not difficult to get to or leave from this location. It is a stand-alone building in the corner of a Publix shopping center. There is some parking directly around the restaurant and more in the adjacent parking lot. This place supports an indoor and outdoor seating area and a drive through. The outdoor area has about 4 tables and the indoor area has a bench with 4 small tables, a large long table and 3 tables of 4 along the window. The indoor and outdoor space were clean. You order and pay at the counter and your completed order is served at the end of the counter nearest to the door. As with most Starbucks, this one serves the usual assortment of drinks and light snacks. The staff was friendly. The tea was good. The order was slow to come out but it was good. Prices were reasonable for a Starbucks. It is a nice place to hold a meeting and have a cup of coffee. read more

My app wasn't working and I had just reloaded my card and wanted my stars, but I was holding up the line so I just used my CC to pay. Well, of course, Murphy's Law...the minute I pulled away my app pulls up. They clearly put artificial sweeteners in it instead of the Stevia that was ordered. And there is not enough ice to even keep it cold. It is completely melted, As is half of the cold foam. I have high expectations when it comes to coffee and sadly to say I was so disappointed! We ordered 4 drinks and the guy who took our order seemed to know what he is doing however the other girls didn't. We got 3 drinks in about 5 minutes and were waiting patiently for the last until we realized people who ordered after us were getting their drinks. My mom decided to ask what was going on and the barista kindly stated that it got lost in the order. That wasn't the problem. After, she called our name and delivered a tall drink instead of a venti. This is upsetting when you pay $5 for a large and receive a small. We corrected her than noticed she was pouring the tall drink in a venti cup which crossed the line. We had to ask her to simply make a whole new cup of the right size instead of just adding more ice. In the end, we thanked her for the trouble and didn't even get a response or smile back. The staff is friendly and personal and remembers you if you come in every day for a couple of weeks. It is clean, it is never crowded except for an occasional Saturday with cruise ships in port, and ~there are outlets everywhere~. Nothing upsets me more than to prepare for a workday and find only two tables have access to power. Here I believe every single seat is powered. Even the food tastes better than most Starbucks. Their baked goods taste fresher. My baristas back home were aghast when I told them that my last refuge of productivity was the local Starbucks. I assured them that this Starbucks was different. Originally The ice was added to hot coffee, not the correct way - add ice first the pour coffee over. I never thought it would be possible to detest a Starbucks until I started coming to this one. I've been all over the world and into hundreds of Starbucks . Starbucks is very near and dear to my heart and this one is, by far, the worst. I've been in it a total of four times, because I give businesses the benefit of the doubt if the first time I visit is not good. This fourth - and final - time was the straw that broke the camel's back. The staff acts like they're so put out to have to work, the coffee is always piss warm and gross, and the dining area constantly looks like a pig sty. On top of that, when I walked in this morning, there was a huge dog lounging on the floor. Now I'm not a dog hater, (I have two of my own) but I have a MASSIVE problem with people bringing dogs into places where food is served and the space is small. There are people in this world with severe allergies. Yes, the owner was a DB for bringing it in, but why wouldn't the staff tell him he needs to sit outside with it? I can only assume it's because they don't give a sh*t. And it's clearly evident they don't give a sh*t about the place at all based on how they act, how dirty it is, and the condition of the coffee.
