Okay Starbucks, I got my drinks lol But the customer service is not what you'll find at this location. You can really go in and take anyone's drinks. I've dropped in here several times over the past many years. The service here has always been consistently competent, and occasionally slow. I've had better results by avoiding the drive through. Simply parking and then walking into the shop seems to be much faster, sometimes. This shop is located just east of the main thoroughfare. Therefore, it's especially convenient for northbound traffic on Germantown Parkway. Otherwise, there's a potentially very long traffic light wait, if going southbound. read more

I love a good Starbucks! I only get the same drink, so it shouldn't be too hard to get it right, lol! My order is Venti or trenta green tea with 8 pumps of honey and 3 pumps of peppermint. I sometimes add in the pumpkin loaf or the egg whites. They got it right, so I'm a happy customer. read more

I absolutely adore this Starbucks. I come here almost every morning! The staff is always so friendly and sweet. I use the Starbucks app so I just order ahead of time and my order is always ready for me when I get there. If you're a frequent espresso drinker like me then getting the app is so worth it and easy to use. Your points add up pretty quickly too and you can use them to get free items. read more

Great study place if you don't mind the music playing! There's plenty of students and people here with their laptops or reading books so it's a great place to work. Large windows throughout the store lots of natural lighting. Two large tables here so great for group projects too. Only complaint is that there's some flies that'll get in and you see some dead flies near the windows. Staff is very kind and will you out with your order if you need it. read more

She has been serving us 2-3 days in a row, once a month for a couple of months now and she gets it right every time. Consistency is key and even at my own location back home, I cannot say they always make my coffee the same each time I visit. This is one of the few Starbucks I go to regularly. About six months ago it was great. And I'm mostly talking about drive through service. Since then, it seems as if the wait time in drive through gets longer and longer. As I type this, I've been in the drive through line for 20 minutes. You'll also get a lot of attitude from the baristas for just about anything. So, if you don't mind if they don't fill your coffee all the way up, take it in stride if they give you the wrong sandwich and then flip the corrected one at you, and constantly give excuses for why your wait time is so long....then this is the place for you! Update: After my 25 minute wait, I pull up to the window and the barista realized the car in front of me left her credit card. She tells the other girls and they all have a good laugh. Right in front of me. No effort made to run after the car, which would have been easy in this god awful Christmas traffic. Terrible! read more

Surprisingly awful. It times past, it had least been average. Went around 12:30 pm went inside to order. The dining area was in total disarray and there were papers and trash all over the floor. Even when they are understaffed due to the pandemic and are surely very stressed do to their work load, they are still super stars! Good service and Good Coffee I have gotten my coffee at this location many times and have had good service. My recent visit was no different, in fact, it may have been a bit better. My wife and I enjoy Cafe Verona at home. When I went in, I told him what I wanted and he got it perfectly. He was even able to load a partially used regular gift card to my Starbucks Account. I visited this place on my way out of town tonight (31 Aug 2019/9:30PM). The 4 employees were not polite. There was no greeting upon entering, I was made to wait without so much as a "thank you for your patience" or any telling me to "please hold on", one employee brushed past me without saying anything and after I thanked them for my order there was nothing said in response by the barista. It was not busy as I was the only customer inside the place minus a couple in the drive thru. A place is as good as the people in it... kindness and manners are very much appreciated. Stopped by here during a gap in my schedule to get a little work done today. One thing that's funny about Starbucks is that you can usually tell the personality the manager wanted in the store based on their personal pick of employees. It's also very different from location to location. When I walked in to this one, I was skeptical of the fact that 5 of the 6 baristas were guys who looked like they were in high school with tattoos everywhere. As it turns out, there was nothing to be skeptical of. They were kind, courteous, and quick to get me my dark roast coffee. It was a good and very busy Starbucks location beside a mall. Decent find! Pros: Good, quick employees. Cons: It's a little small and doesn't have the clover option. Overall: Good Starbucks location. Don't judge the employees by their appearance! read more

Stopped in here today around 3:15, ordered a tall blonde coffee and was told it was not brewed and is not available. I asked if they could do a pour over, and the cashier, Josh, seemed upset by my question and stated that it'll take a lot of time. And he wasn't kidding, he waited at least five minutes to begin even making my drink only after I asked what was taking so long. The only saving grace here was the other barista Tiffany, she was very pleasant and was cranking out all the orders very quickly. Although on a sidenote, this store was very dirty, there was dust everywhere, the sugar and cream station was filthy and had stains and trash on the counter, and the espresso machine looks like it has never been dusted. It's a shame because it is such a nice area and it would be nice to have a Starbucks you can count on. read more

I agree with other reviewers: hands-down THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER!! And not just once.... but over and over again. All these reviewers saying the same thing.... WHY DOESN'T CORPORATE OR THE OWNER "DO" SOMETHING??? Lots of employee chit-chat and no one seems to care that I wait 15 minutes for my order, coffee is messed-up twice, they forgot my sandwich, served two other customers first that came after me, Etc. etc. The list goes on and on. I've never come here during "peak" morning rush hours -- omg, could you imagine?!! -- but it doesn't matter if it's 11am or 9pm. Someone is always on break or standing around talking or sweeping the floor while one really SLOOOOW barista makes most of the drinks. Slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced. After observing the baristas chat it up and poke around behind the counter I was more perturbed by the delay than usual. After waiting more than 10 minutes for a simple iced tea, I was visibly annoyed. When handed my drink the barista looked at me, puzzled by my shortness, but never apologized for the terrible service. I WILL NEVER go to ANY Starbucks again. I usually take my son when he wants to go and will occasionally visit for myself. Recently, I visited with my son and daughter along with extended family visiting from out of town. It was 8:20 pm. We had all just sat down after ordering and receiving our drinks when an employee came up our table and told us that we had to leave NOW bc the cafe was closing. We were taken aback, to say the least, at literally being kicked out. As we were leaving, new customers were entering, and he told them they needed to leave and go through the drive thru if they wanted to order. SERIOUSLY?!?! Any restaurant will have the decency to allow customers to finish their time. This place kicked us out and told others to order elsewhere as they were walking in.
