Came in after a long day for a hot Flat White and some light reading. Asked how my day was, and it wasn't great, and I told the barista how it went and he apologized for someone else's mistake! So nice and kind of him! This of course makes my time here even more enjoyable. My Flat White coffee at Starbucks tastes even better with such a caring employee. Sat outside because I love the comfortable couches and nice crisp air! Feels Christmassy! Ok, on the way out I found out the nice barista's name; his name is Lupe and he was being just as nice with a new customer! So it's not a fluke, he's a really nice person! Yea, Lupe! Sometimes you have to be really specific with your order because they will mess up at times but for the most part they always get my order correct! Plus I absolutely love coffee so I really don't have any complaints. You know what's really messed up?!?! When you trust the barista making what you order DOESN'T use MILK because clearly the drink you ordered comes w coconut milk. You return it they are nice and remake but by then you can't stand the stomach pain and all you wanted was a nice brew because you had things to do. Well, now I'm delayed w horrible stomach pain! This location is acceptable but you have to give them clear directions on what it is you want. For example I don't like big chunks in my frappachinos so I have to remind them to mix correctly. Sometimes I forget and I'm halfway across town when I realize my drink is too icy. I live really close so I regularly visit. I like buying and grinding my coffee here. I'm always at this Starbucks. I really like this location because it's the biggest one and it's close to my house but recently I went into the drive-thru. I almost always order it the same and I specifically asked for EXTRA CARAMEL. Usually if I want more they have no problem putting more but the manager refused to do so. That was pretty upsetting and I've been going here for years. So the manager with glasses and the stash you should definitely work on your customer service skills. read more

I would give this place a higher rating if it wasn't for how horrible and slow their employees are on the weekends. It's like the store goes an entire transformation. There can be over 30 people ordering at the same time during the week and I'm still out within 5 minutes. i HAVE TO SAY...I live in Seattle so maybe my expectations are unattainable and I'm not sorry to sound like a snob. I truely am a Starbucks snob. I expect consistency. I visit the valley every Chirstmas and there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Last Christmas, they dropped my food on the floor and instead of offering me a free breakfast sandwhich (BEACAUSE they ran out of the one they dropped) they charged me for something that I did not want and did not taste as good as what I paid for. I always ask for 'EXTRA EXTRA ROOM 'LIKE TWO INCHES' in my Americano.......and EVERY time they fill it and leave about half an inch. Without fail. In Washington, they ALWAYS ALWAYS show me the amount and ask if that is enough water, they draw a line after asking me if that is okay for the fill line, or always write it and tell the barista to leave a lot of room. (just really any variation so they know I don't want just half an inch). Anyhow, I just wish with all my heart and soul that they would just make my drink the way I ask. It an Americano for coffee sake. Every other Starbucks makes my life easier, but this one. read more

Great service at this Starbucks. Always greeted warmly whether at drive thru or inside. During my last visit, they were not finished brewing the tea so I was asked to wait in the parking lot. A barista brought my tea about 5 minutes later (like they said), apologized for the inconvenience, and handed me a complementary chocolate chip cookie! Very good customer service. read more

What to say, great coffe, great pastries, good tea selections, and fast! The enviornment is nice too! The "cooler" season is right around the corner, def be spending more time here! Price can be on the higher end if you're not use to spending 7$ on coffee every morning, but you pay for what you get! Totally worth it. read more

I don't necessarily want to rag on my favorite coffee place but starbucks reward card idea totally sucks. I received a gift card that I could use just about anywhere. It said to register the card on line to earn rewards so I did. I typed in all the numbers and registered online. I also downloaded their rewards app and I'm still unable to receive any points. First, I go to starbucks and order. I hand over my card and they tell me I have no balance (which I had already added), the worker wasn't much help in explaining what happened. I then find out that, even though I signed up with my gift card, I was issued a new one. Fine my loss, on reward points that I would gladly argue for but was given no receipt, but just to loose points again because the starbucks inside barns and nobles is not a starbucks. How stupid is that, I couldn't pay with my starbucks rewards card because they are not starbucks, they are barns and noble cafe. What a bunch of bullshit, I don't recommend people wasting their time on this, "starbucks reward". read more

To me, Starbucks is just Starbucks, the same almost all over the world. But this one has the best layout inside and outside: drivethru is very efficient and there is plenty of sitting area indoors and some more outside in the patio. Either for ten minutes or for an hour, I like this place. read more

This Starbucks location lacks speed and consistency. Also it seems as if some of the staff take shortcuts when preparing drinks (example they do not shake the shaken iced tea at all) resulting in substandard drinks and the drinks not being prepared as ordered. There have been numerous times when I was the only person in line and I still waited longer than I should have. On the upside, this location is one of the most spacious locations so it is good for meeting with with friends to chat or to get some work done. read more
