a decent starbucks in marmaroneck that needs to update the interior a bit and fix it's small parking lot issues .it's near the local high school so if you come during school hours the chance of finding a seat at the limited seating options are not in your favor . the standard starbucks offering along with some new items like cibatta sandwiches and seasonal hot and cold beverages . i ordered a toasted bagel and decaff cappy while waiting for my brother who was in the area and it's a waiting game as i pass the time with the other wifi hogs . place is kept clean and well stocked and the wait after ordering is minimal , just your typical visit at the local starbucks . read more

Forgot my food order today and have forgotten my drink order in the past. Needs better management. Such an inefficient, disorganized place. The staff are nice, but totally unable to multitask or effectively sequence drinks. I waited forty minutes for a frappucino. Horrendous. The entire place is an absolute wreck! Doesn't look like the staff can even handle wiping down the tables, let alone making more than one drink at a time. This place needs a serious corporate intervention. Save yourself the headache--if you need a coffee fix, Dunkin' Donuts is across the street. Place is filthy and don't consider eating here unless you're planning to take out. I purchased a sandwich as well as a drink and every table was filled yet no one was eating or drinking. The crew, overall, is friendly and personable. The afternoons do get crowded with the highschooler's but, they bring a great energy to this location. This Starbucks has gone wayyyyyyyyy downhill. When I walked in to meet a friend, the garbage was overflowing and there was garbage on the floor. Service was slow and I waited nearly 15 minutes for an iced tea because nothing was brewed. The barista did upgrade me from a grande to a venti, which is why I gave them at least 1 star. It is Saturday morning at 9:55 and there are about 12-15 people on line when we arrived at 8:29 and we are till on line with 5 people in front of us. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and I found the place quiet and peaceful. My caffe mocha, made with soy and decaf, was quite good, and my chocolate chip muffin was heated and tasty. This place is too small for the amount of traffic it gets (particularly with Mamaroneck High School next door). It took 10 minutes today just to get through a line, which included a large pack of high schoolers in front of me. Meanwhile, there were two people behind the counter trying to make drinks for 10 people waiting! Kind of an aside, but why is it necessary for people in this area to stand an inch away from you in line until they are touching you every time they move? The line isn't going to move any faster because you are 6 inches away from the person in front of you. read more

I've been going to this location for several years but the service has been ATROCIOUS lately. Today, at 4:30 on a Saturday, there were two customers who ordered together before me, and one behind me. The customers in front of me received the wrong drinks, and the one behind me got theirs before me. I asked the guy making the drinks if my cups were there to be filled - a grande iced coffee and a grande Pike. Turns out, the barista taking my order never labeled the cups. While the guy at he register was more concerned with what to do with the drinks that were made incorrectly, I was then repeatedly asked what size I wanted for the Pike, which then had to be brewed from scratch. It took close to ten minutes to get COFFEE in a nearly empty store. Ben is seemingly the only efficient employee-- the rest are useless. This has become a repeated problem at this location and should be addressed and reviewed by higher management. read more

Terrible service. The cashier/barista was too busy goofing around to listen to what I wanted and make my drink right. I asked to remake it because he did not make it decaf like I asked, and he screwed it up again. I didn't think it was so hard to get a decaf iced vanilla latte but apparently it is at this Starbucks location. Never again. read more

So, finally had to address local Starbucks creep who uses this location as his living room and bothers anyone who sits around him. I was elated when I got here and he was no where to be seen, but that was short lived when he showed up with hot dogs to eat for what I can only assume to be lunch, then equally happy when he left only to return with another bag of food a few hours later...dinner. Today he's talking loudly with two other locals using unnecessarily loud voices right next to me and I'm clearly trying to work. I've been here with headphones on diligently working since at least noon and it's 7:30 pm., so after about 20 minutes of pushing my headphone more tightly against my ears and fighting through the bs, I nicely enough (but very frustrated) asked them to please keep their voice down and I did emphasize the word please and this poor excuse of a man decides to fight me on it and gets even louder and now has disrupted everyone in here causing a scene, calling the manager by name and he got pretty nasty. And yes, I'm taking the time out of my work of chasing a deadline to address this because that's how many times I've been here, been disrupted by him and moved, or haven't complained or haven't written a review or all together just left because of him, but he's a complete nuisance and deterrent to this location and the patrons. Employees were apologetic and mentioned he's gotten many complaints in the past for bothering people and even offered to get me something to compensate for his inconsideration, but legit nothing they have here could do the job. The staff is friendly, but the place is filthy. I have been going there for a couple of years now, and I don't ever remember it being that dirty. I drive to mamaroneck from new Rochelle Bc it's a little calmer than the one in new Rochelle, but if they don't fix the cleanliness I'm going to have to stop going. I was there for 3 consecutive evenings this week and each time, either the tables had crumbs that could have easily been wiped down, there were dirty napkins on the floor, the tables weren't organized. I wonder how clean it would be if the owner of the facility checked it from time to time, and also checked his employees. While the tables were unclean there were a couple of employees hanging out and playing card games at the tables. I'm not sure if they were off the clock but as a business owner myself I wouldn't pay staff that isn't actually maintaining my business. I hope the place begins to look better if not I will have to find a different starbucks. read more

Love this Starbucks. The beverages made are super delicious and the baristas are always friendly and professional. They are quick even during the school season and it's full of local high school students. That is the only con but otherwise keep on with the greatness. read more

Every time I come to this Starbucks it always seems to be the worst service! Even if they are not busy it takes 10+ minutes to get your drink! They are beyond slow!! And all the mean time when you wait they are talking poorly about customers. I would fire everyone there and start over! read more
