a bari serving customers in a coffee shop

I did not see any negative with this place like other reviewers. I had no issue with this place. I was one of the early morning customers, so it was relatively quiet. We got drinks in 5 minutes. The drinks were done right, so I saw nothing out of the ordinary from other Starbucks. I would still go here if I were in the neighborhood and getting a drink from Starbucks.

Drive thru is set up a little awkwardly. Drivers can come from two directions making it a little backed up in the parking lot/ highway. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our drinks with our cheese danish! Love those pastries warmed up! Iced Green Tea Latte for the win!

I came to this location with my coworker and she ordered a broccoli cheddar egg quiche and she kindly shared half of her quiche with me. It was really tasty with a really nice consistency delicious! I noticed the store has a really good collection on British tea and coffee or tea thermos next time I stop by definitely I will buy some tea and pastries. This location is very convenient because it is right next to barnes and nobles so you can catch a nice book while you are enjoying a nice coffee or tea.

This location just opened up within the last couple of months (maybe 3 months ago) and I like it! Its very spacious with plenty of tables and space to lounge around and get some work done while drinking a nice cup of coffee. The baristas were very pleasant and courteous upon paying for my coffee and the coffee was made within a reasonable amount of time. This location is in a small plaza that also home to "Shake Shack" and "Blaze Pizza" so it makes a nice addition to the businesses already there. Additionally, there is a drive through for Starbucks for the cold winter season that is upon us just in case you don't want to get out your car. Overall, there wasn't any bad things to say about this location and I strongly recommend anyone in the area to go there if your in the mood for a nice cup of coffee!

Grande iced cappuccino with cold foam ... or is it the other way around?

Staff is really rude and by 1:30pn on the weekend they'd sold out of cakes and the cashier was really rude when we asked him if there were any more in the back. There is no point in expanding out to the East Coast if your not going to maintain the quality of the experience. I used to go to the Carson CA or the Gardena CA location on many a late night and they were always fully stocked all the way up until closing. On a previous visit I was disappointed to her one of the staff exclaim LAME! when one of her coworkers brought new bread out with the classic Fresh Bread! that I've come to know from 85 degrees. Subpar experience overall and I can't see this location staying open long term. As it is I won't bother coming back because it doesn't seem like they are selling out because they are busy. Coffee is soso also compared to their other locations.

Anyway, since then I've been back 3 more times; once for breakfast and twice for brunch. And while I'm confessing, the two times for lunch were on subsequent days. Yeah, they're that good. Actually, their chicken salad on a croissant is the best I've ever had and in my advanced years I've had a crapload of chicken salad. The have a nice sized coffee bar, decorated beautifully with some pretty delicious looking pastries. I'm on an anti-sweet phase so I'm basing my opinion on only on appearance. Then there's a seating area when you can eat, served by a friendly attentive staff and an adjacent boutique area where you can purchase housewares, clothing and other cool stuff. I'm not in Maplewood all that often, generally when I'm shopping at the equally awesome City Workshop but when I do, I always make sure to hit up Perch. You should too. 1/2 star deduction because they don't offer fake sugar, just that Stevia crap which is gross.

The wall frames and Christmas decorations are gorgeous and there are tables, with comfortable seating, on one end of the Cafe. I ordered the following: Matcha White Hot Chocolate (a traditional matcha latte blended with white chocolate sauce), Snickerdoodle Latte (A traditional latte, blended with brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla syrup). Both of these were served at the perfect temperature, were richly creamy, and served in large mugs. I also ordered a Carrot Cake Muffin and it was very good. It was moist, each forkful had a decent amount of walnuts, and the frosting was exquisite. Once you're finished with your food, don't forget to stroll through the entire cafe. You'll probably find something that will pique your interest. Either way, try to make time to enjoy it all.

This is a unique 5 star restaurant that is worthy of a visit by Guy Fieri if he is still doing road trips for "Diners , Drive Ins and Dives". All I can say is you have to try them. It's worth the drive! They put a different spin on everything they serve. When you walk in, you may think it's a local deli that you go for a take out breakfast or lunch. Then you see the tables and all the customers sitting there. They have everything you could want from coffee, teas, juices, smoothies, sandwiches paninis, poke bowls, pancakes, waffles, breakfast and lunch dishes. You can tell that they have a ton of regular customers, that are very loyal. They also do catering, and even though I live in Brooklyn, they are willing to deliver to me. Today I met some amazing people at the restaurant. Congratulations to Carlos who is a new manager. He is a US Army Veteran who saw combat action and I hope everyone will thank him for his service when they visit. Carlos really cares about his customers. When we entered we were greeted, he started up a conversation and checked in on us throughout our meal. Victor was our server and he made great recommendations. He was also very friendly, we also met Melvin who was a runner and made sure the food came out promptly with all the accoutrements. Today we started with the blueberry pancakes. You get two large pancakes that are as big as the dish. They had blueberries inside and outside, whipped cream and maple syrup. Probably the best I've ever had! I had the apple, lemon, ginger juice which hit the spot. We also had the tuna poke bowl and the shrimp fajita bowl. The ingredients and fish were fresh and plentiful. I was stuffed by the time we left. I would highly recommend Seymour's Cafe if you want to experience phenomenal food and customer service.
