Don't go to this starbucks. Terrible service. And they can't get actual coffee right. Maybe it's worth it if you have the app and do the order over the app, but they have six people behind the counter and every single one is working on app orders. No one takes the counter orders. Today all I wanted was a pike place regular coffee with cream. The coffee was weak (tasted like tea), and for some reason they add the cream (they don't let you do it) and it was over filled and pretty much all cream and no actual coffee. I asked for another cup, and they gave me ... the EXACT same thing even after they said there was an issue with the beans. How difficult is it to do a regular coffee with cream? And why can't I pour my own cream? I'd also asked for egg bites, but they never took my name, and after waiting for ages, I canceled the order. I'm pretty sure it was never placed. I live within walking distance and I will never go here again. read more

The service is excellent and the people are very friendly. The manager Michael has done a great job with managing this Starbucks . I lost my wallet in this Starbucks and the closing staff found it for me and placed it in a safe place until I could drive 2 hours to come pick it up . My wallet was perfectly like I lost it . SLOW. This is the best word I can use to describe this Starbucks. This the absolute worst one I have been to! It is so unorganized, doesn't say the orders loud enough and just tries to give you iced coffee when they run out of cold brew. I ordered and was charged for one grande and one tall drink and received two talls :( Took longer than it should because barista was talking with a customer that appeared to be a friend hanging out so I just took the talls and left. This has become my go to Starbucks as I live down the road in Acton and much prefer this over the always busy Acton location. The staff are friendly and responsive. Seems like a few reviewers must have caught them on an off day. I have been in here quite a few times since opening day about a month ago. Love the decor, new food options, and your choice of seating style. Plenty of wall outlets for on the go laptop work at home types like me. They have an outdoor patio with a few umbrella covered tables. All in all this location beats the Acton and Concord locations on pretty much all aspects. It is right off of I-495 and great rd. It will definitely start to see more business when the adjacent movie theater and hotel opens in the near future. read more

Came back after writing this place off for 5 months... nothing changed. Why are there only three people working here in the morning? One on food... one on drinks... and one taking orders. The cashier should have stopped taking orders for one - two minutes and helped the person making drinks after they noticed that 20 cups/orders lined up to be made... walked out after paying WITHOUT our drinks (which the cashier should have just poured... instead of putting the barista even further behind...easy order- two iced coffees). Hope someone enjoys them. Waiting 5-10 minutes for coffee is unreal. A new system needs to be implemented. Never again. For real this time. read more

A disappointing experience for such a premium location. We drove out of our way as we were craving nitro cold brews and chorizo breakfast sandwiches. I usually check the app ahead of time to make sure a store isn't out of what we want before we arrive, and it figures that the store only had one chorizo sandwich, so it wasn't listed as sold out. The line was abnormally long for 1PM on a Saturday, and the store was definitely short staffed. As we got in line we saw a worker clock out, clearly done with the place. She also opened and closed the oven door so it would stop beeping behind her, which led to the other employees forgetting about the food that was in there. We got to the register and of course they only had one chorizo sandwich and were out of pretty much every other one as well, which is sadly typical for most stores so it isn't really unique to this location. Thankfully they were not out of nitro cold brew. Unfortunately the cold brew was cool at best, which led to it being warm by the time I ended up finishing it ten minutes later. The cashier also forgot about the chorizo sandwich, which I had to ask for twice before it showed up, ten minutes after the first sandwich. The employees looked miserable. I highly recommend you go to the Kelly's Corner location down the street instead, it's worth the hike from this one. read more

I like to go here often and always have a pleasant experience. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but I know the get very busy at certain time of the day. The baristas and staff are always friendly. However, sometimes the tables can be a little dirty (covered in crumbs, straw wrappers, etc.). This is probably the worst Starbucks I've ever visited! My wife and I both ordered 2 coffees as well as 2 breakfast sandwiches. Only one sandwich came out as ready and the other was missing. My wife's sandwich was also the incorrect order. She ordered an egg white and turkey sausage on an English muffin and a wrap came out. I ordered a egg and cheddar on a whole wheat English muffin and a croissant eventually came out. I told the women exactly what I had ordered and she seemed confused. Eventually a ham and Swiss on an English muffin came out? I then asked for my money back on both sandwiches and left. While I was waiting a woman approached me and stated that breakfast orders have been terrible and incorrect and I also got a sense of the staff really didn't care and had a give them anything it doesn't matter attitude. Another woman was waiting over 10 minutes for and iced coffee and also received a dirty look from the barista when she complained. Skip this Starbucks if you're in the area and visit the location in Westford. We've never had any problems at that location. read more

I've been going to Starbucks in Acton for years. This year, several months ago, a new manager ("Bree") has made the trip very unpleasant. She's surly to the point of angry (voice tone, lack of friendliness and abrupt gestures) and clearly has some anger issues that she is taking out on the other staff. It's really hard to watch and have to be in that space. I'm probably going to go to another location regularly (concord or boxboro) until they get rid of her (inevitable). I'll also complain to the corporate people. This morning topped it---two barisstas were overwhelmed trying to serve and also take orders from customers. It seemed they were short-staffed. Nope. Bree finally emerged from her break--angry-looking of course--and begrudgingly pitched in. Someone needs to know what's happening in Acton. read more

One of my favorite locations locally - decent sized lobby to sit down and get through emails. Everyone(customers) are respectful and share space and outlets. This Starbucks had a protein box listed on their mobile app as available, and someone from my party ordered it, but it wasn't there. As we went through a long refund process, we asked why other Starbucks are able to mark them as unavailable when they're out. The cashier told us it's because the protein box was there, but it was frozen in the back, and they couldn't sell it. So they freeze yogurt and cucumber and still charge $6.25? They also messed up the drink and had to make it again, which is understandable, but they messed it up worse the second time. read more

Great location and a brand new store so it looks really nice and it's really clean. The customer service isn't great. Orders are often wrong and they are often out of things (out of sugar, out of ketchup and out of salt - on different occasions). The employees aren't very friendly and not helpful when I asked questions. I think this Starbucks needs a customer service revamp. read more
