The lot outside is MASSIVE and shared with several other businesses. Honestly, I never see any cars in front of the other businesses either. Park anywhere you like. Hell, do a couple of laps before you consume all those calories! I won't wax poetic going through each donut because many other reviews have probably already sold you on the incredible quality being served here. But I want to give a shoutout that their Raspberry Fritters and Apple Fritters are world-class and everyone needs to try them. The lack of "mouth-traffic" left this brunch as a disappointment at best. Maybe if they charged about $10 a place...it might be a place worth stopping to get your *nom* on some average, but cheap, eats. $20...c'mon now. So two stars...b/c: Meh. I've experienced better.
