Came in with my sister, brother, and best friend in the morning, there was no greeting and all the employees were just gathered around in a circle behind the counter until one of them decided to come up and take our order. My sister got S'mores Frappuccino but she asked for no coffee in her drink and 8 pumps of the marshmallow syrup. We get our drinks, and my sister's drink looks too dark for no coffee, I take a sip for her and let her know that it does have coffee, and so she goes and asks them to remake it because she asked for no coffee. The girl behind the counter was not nice or friendly about any of it, even when we had asked twice for no coffee in it, they remake it but completely ditch the marshmallow syrup and don't put any at all the second time. We got pretty upset and didn't bother to try asking them to remake it again. The store was clean and the ambiance was nice, but the service was not good or friendly at all. Not to mention we were the only customers so there was no reason for them to mess up the drink when it was fairly easy. Very disappointed. read more

I ask for a chai with 2 shots of espresso every time I come here. They tell me "I'm just going to list that as a latte to make it cheaper for you" and then don't put espresso in my chai. Every time. Once again there service is TERRIBLE! They only serve the drive thru first? Like we have somewhere to be right now they have so many orders for inside but all they do is sever the drive thru? As im watching them make orders i see about 7 orders they haven't done yet. ITS BEEN 30 MINUTES! All around sucks. Service was slow--there were two other people inside (already with drinks) and it took them 15min to make my order and call my name, then I had to remind them that I had another drink as well. Which they made about five more drinks before making the second drink in my order. They filled the tall cups up entirely with ice before pouring in my drinks from the fridge so no ice melts and basically I paid $12.50 for a few ounces of actual drink in each cup. Can't ask them for light ice or they'll charge even more. There weren't very many outlets to charge things either and they were already taken. read more

Their beans usually taste burnt no matter what location I go to. They are good for a quick bite and drink If you're in a rush in the morning. This location specifically gets super busy and backed up if you love Starbucks, utilize the app or else you're going to be waiting a long time for a drink. read more

Five stars, as long as you're not in a hurry! I'm not even a coffee drinker but I love a good Starbucks run. The Parking lot at the American Fork location is a cluster. So stick with the drive thru but be patient because it's slow. However your order will be right no matter what. This used to be my go to location. Over the last 6-8 months there has been a dramatic shift and I have tried to stick it out realizing running a business lately has been difficult. However, several of their other locations seem to have it together and this one just can't. I have wasted countless amount of money with wrong orders and cold food and will never be coming back. I'm lucky if my order is correct 50% of the time also friendly helpful people that used to be there have mostly disappeared and the atmosphere in the store shows it. I spoke with the store last week and received the same attitude from employees and management. After receiving coffee it was incorrect and my food item was cold. Not even an offer to replace my food or refund my money I was shocked. I was calm and not rude in my conversation with them. Makes me sad to write this review but I want others to be aware. read more

Based on the drive thru: The employees are incredibly nice. The drive thru is kept clean with zero litter, which is amazing to me as I've moved here from out of state and most drive thrus are wastelands for trash. The new pumpkin cream cold brew.... oh man... so incredibly good! This is a far superior seasonal drink compared to the PSL. Perfect for Those wanting spice flavor without pounds of sugar. Lehi location is not worth your time! The nitro machine is never working, funny that they are the only location with this issue. Just ordered a chai and an espresso, got home and it was a black coffee and an espresso. I don't know ‍ . This happens all the time, just caught it too late this time. I thought i would be first to review this store but i guess someone else bet me to that :) Never mind. As most of us know starbucks, i guess i will skip the review on choices available The staff friendly, the ambience definitely different than a traditional starbucks store i have seen. There is a more modern meets rustic feel to this store and i kind of like that. The staff is friendly but need more experience i guess to get better. For now a solid store that can and i am pretty sure will get better as we move along. It is hard to judge now but atleast from cappucino i got nothing seems obviously wrong except maybe the quantity i got was little less than the tall i ordered. I will wait to write a more detailed review pending more visits to this store but for now i dont see any obvious concerns and seems to be in a visible location. There is Zao Asian Cafe, Pizzeria Limone and i think a carwash, cafe rio coming here and i would expect this to be a more crowded joint in days to come. Definitely nice to see a new strip joint nearby home. Definitely will visit agai read more

I can't think of any other businesses in Utah county that treats customers this way. This place deserves a 10/10 for customer service alone. This Starbucks location I've always had positive experiences. Come about 3-4 times and the drive Thur line never seems to be overly packed meaning they are getting their costumers their drinks in a timely manner. Everytime I've come my drink has been right, they have gotten it out in timely matter, and it's been good. So can't complain! Only downfall is once I came and wanted a cheese danish and they were of unfortunately. It also wasn't very late in the day so I found that kinda odd they were out of those. Second time and last time that I'll be coming to this location. Both times I've asked for really light ice and it even says it on the cup but they don't care still more than half of ice on the drink besides that I asked for a star drink not kiwi . Pointless to tell them anything the you girl at the cashier costumer service was horrible made you not want to be there. read more

This S'Bucks actually has a great layout + outdoor seating and is not very busy at all from my two visits. Seems like it would be a great place to work remotely or study. Other than that, standard fare S'Bucks. read more

jaycie was so nice this morning! (and her lovely coworkers that also helped with my order!) i placed a pick up order on the app this morning before i left for work, and on the way there, my tire popped and went flat! about 2 hours later or trying to get that fixed, i quickly realized that i would need to probably reorder my drink and food items because they were probably cold/thrown away by now! but after i pulled up to the drive thru, jaycie told me my order was still here and that she could remake the drink if i wanted her to! the drink was still good, and she reheated my food item for me as well. she deserves a raise! i love this location. it's my favorite. they are fast, efficient, and great at greeting me too! y'all are amazing! read more

I always regret it when I come to this location. That's my fault for coming back but unfortunately the one in Saratoga was closed (Hands down the best Starbucks around). I ordered a venti iced chai latte and asked for light ice, I mean I'm expecting some ice but they filled more than half the cup with ice like the cup was heavy from how much ice it had. I also ordered a Venti Iced Caramel didn't mind ice on that one, and they did less ice on that drink!! I nicely asked to get some of the iced Chai latte out and no joke it was pure milk!!!! The drink was almost white I should have taken a picture but I was annoyed at this point. I had to go inside and ask to make my drinks again the chai latte was basically milk and ice and the Macchiato wasn't upside down like we asked. The barista gets snappy right off the back and tries to tell me the caramel on the bottom of the cup is an upside down. Then proceeds to tell me if I ask for less ice I get more milk! This Starbucks just opened up so I stopped by to check it out. The interior is decorated nicely and the staff is very friendly. My only issue with it is that there are no comfy chairs to be found and a lack of power outlets unless you want to sit in the corners of the building. For being a "cozy" coffee shop, the furniture isn't very cozy. The back wall is one long booth with a wooden back that isn't comfortable to sit against for extended periods of time. The rest of the chairs are all wooden. Other than that one issue, I think this will be a very popular Starbucks location once the rest of the buildings go up in this lot. read more

Okay but tell me why this is definitely my favorite Starbucks in Utah County. I recently moved from California to Utah and finding a Starbucks where I connect with the baristas was really hard for me until I came here. No matter what time, (peak or not) they serve the best service. Always nice. Always friendly. I've never had a bad drink here and my order is always right. The best part? It tastes delicious. I have only gone they the drive thru so I cannot comment on the interior. This place is pretty average really. I love getting a caramel macchiato and a cheese Danish, I always enjoy them! But as for the service it's always mediocre or on the negative side. They don't ever seem happy and I always feel like I'm annoying them when I order. When I went to this store I originally spent 21.00 I got my drinks and went outside to my party. I forgot my kids chocolate milk and I went back inside to order a kids chocolate milk and the lady at the counter said I can give you a tall... 3.25... now I know a kids chocolate milk is not 3.25 but I was not in the mood to argue. I get in my car to go home when one of my hot latte was 1/4 of my cup just foam. I'm getting upset and as soon as I go back in to ask for another, the short blonde lady with glasses I encounter again says can i get a venti lattee... no foam... I was so angered by this because I know lattes have foam just not half of a cup. Needless to say, very rude customer service!!! My sister then proceeds to try to call the store for a manager and they hang up. Someone needs to take a class on politeness and customer service. read more

I went this morning to get my drink and breakfast, all I had was $100 bill i get to the window and the girl saids " sorry we don't take large bills" and closes the window... I have never been disappointed with my order and I go about 4 times a week. Out of the Starbucks I live by and have visited in the Utah County this is by far my favorite location.
