I'm sitting here at a nearly empty location waiting for a breakfast sandwich at my table. Staff doesn't bother to call out order names in house; just throws the food in the pickup area. My regular Starbucks does an excellent job with far more traffic. This is a very disappointing location. read more

This is a spacious, chill location. IT has a larger seating area than the Greensburg locations, and the music is not as overpowering. Very clean, has one long communal table and one round table centrally located with seating for 6. One section of wall has half bank seating. Outlet availability is generous. The store keeps a cool, industrial look that Pittsburgh-area residents are known to love. The staff are very competent,even with a few on the greener side of the barista career path. Supplies are always well stocked. There is one male and one female restroom. The female restroom featured a new Dyson air-blade type hand drier, very cool. Definitely a place for your caffeine fix in Unity. read more

I have always been fond of Starburst, even though I 'm not a coffee drinker. The menu of other offerings in both the food and drink offer a wine enough selection to please everyone. I was extremely pleased when the Srarbucks in Latrobe opened , as the only other one I ever used was on the east bound lane of the PA Turnpike, which meant I only got Starbucks when traveling to Pittsburgh, if I had time. The baristas are always pleasant and friendly and always get my order correct, which sometimes can be challenging. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! i hope nobody gets in trouble i don't want to snitch... but every time i come here i get everything i wanted and more. two super cute girls hooked me and my little brother up with a dozen donuts at the end of the night when all we wanted was two, because they didn't wanna waste them. i just came in today to get breakfast and i ordered a black iced coffee, i have never had a better stronger cold brew in my life and i used to work at starbucks, slamming nitro with blonde shots in it. i'll be back for sure, keep up the great work you guys :) read more

The worst starbucks I have ever been to. I always place my order on the app, but every time it is something apart from what the app says. Ordered an egg bite today and got a croissant sandwich! It had no eggs. I am ordering egg for a reason! I generally pick up and run to work, so never really check what is inside. This is the most convenient Starbucks for me to go to. However, lately they have been giving me a hard time. For instance, my iced coffee was chunky and it clogged the straw. I took it in and asked for a new one, they stated it was bad milk. A week later it happened again! And I wasn't able to go back. Another time they just handed me a straw and told me to have a nice day. Without my drink. Then the last time I was there, they gave my mom the complete wrong drink, and they tried to give me a water when I ordered coffee. The occasional mistake is reasonable, but if I'm paying almost $6 for a coffee- please take the time to make sure it's right. I'm done with latrobe Starbucks. read more

My drinks are always decent. But I cringe every time I come here and I'm waited on by a certain man. He's very unfriendly and irritable.

It's a classic act of mess up and give up here at another lousy sadbucks. I order my usual 3 shots of espresso in a venti cup over ice and my man again messes my order up. However he makes a new one but when I taste this its way off. I ask what happened and he says he put 5 SHOTS IN! Starbucks.... Does this mean If u screw up a frappicuno that you should add 6 more shots of Carmel and 2 more scoops of sugar into the drink? Fix it up Starbucks we need better read more
