When I pointed out to the girl working the counter that they had an insect problem, she laughed and made a joke about it. We were the only customers and it seemed like we were inconveniencing the lady behind the counter...we won't do it again! I don't stop here often, but when I do the donuts are stale and the folks working seem to be really inconvenienced by my presence. No one smiles or says good morning. i used to go here all the time when i didn't have enough time to make myself breakfast. never had any problems up until like a year ago, where every time i get food there's something wrong with it. more often than not anything out of the oven tastes like oven cleaner, isn't warm in the middle, and is very obviously older than it should be. the donuts aren't always bad but i've gotten at least five within this year that were stale. what inspired me to actually sit here and write this was this morning, when i sat in the drive thru for like 5 minutes before i finally got an answer to my "hello" over the speaker. like pulled directly in front of the speaker in my loud honda civic, in the middle of a long line of a rush i already waited in, and was forgotten about for at least 5 minutes. definitely pissed me off! i don't see myself coming here anymore, i just finished the oven cleaner bagel and my stomach feels great. going to pound a gatorade and hope for the best read more

They are very rude. I ordered from the mobile app and when I got there it was drive thru only. So I had my work truck which can't make the corner of the building so I decided to walk around and get it. When I get to the window a lady inside said I can't f****** order in the window. I told her I had a mobile order and she refused to make it. I asked for the manager and explained to her what the problem was and she told me to leave. I told her I already paid for it so it took them 25 minutes to make a simple order and when it came out it wasn't even close to what I ordered. My coworkers and I get coffee there for each other often. Our order is always wrong and charged for Mediums and get smalls. My husband was there on a Saturday and he believes she was a manager her name was Sara she was very rude to him and he said he will never go back. I was there a few days ago and I checked my order because it is always wrong and I told Sara and she was rude talking about me to employees. We had an awful experience at this particular dunkin. We ordered coffees through the drive thru and then decided we wanted donuts when we got to the window. We just wanted 3 . You would've thought we asked the lady to make them from scratch!! The look on her face! She told us she could not add on donuts as it would back the line up! We truly could not believe this. We asked to speak to the manager and she came to the window and proceeded to say the same thing!! The last three times I've gone they've messed up my order. I tell them every single time that I am lactose intolerant, and yet they continue to give me regular milk instead of the soy/almond I order. I usually have to leave work early because it makes me so sick. read more

The drive through employees are always rude and the availability of items does not seem to be consistent with other locations. I don't know if individual stores set their own pricing, but I consistently pay about 15% more for items at this location when they are quite a bit cheaper at the Murrysville location. Additionally, on two occasions I have tried to stop in around 8:00 am during a weekday and found the doors to the building locked. read more
