Such a cute, aesthetically pleasing and (usually) quiet coffee shop in the morning time. Staff is always sweet, drinks are quickly made and taste great. This location's hours are pretty great, they're open very early in the AM (I think 4:30a!) til 8:30/9:00p on some days. They even have signage posted for free refills of certain drinks when visiting inside. Sometimes drive thrus can take longer..so if you don't mind getting out of your vehicle, there's a good amount of parking spots in front of the Starbucks. Yum! :) read more

Spare your self. I know we come to Starbucks for fast / convenience because let's be honest their coffee is not the best it's just convenient when needed quickly so in that case, spare your self coming on a Saturday afternoon. I was in line for 17 mins. Yes 17 mins ! That was to place my order. Not even to wait for it. But just PLACE it. & then 2 out of 3 of my drinks were wrong but the line was too long to get back in to correct it idk how how a mobile order could be wrong. So today is the day at Starbucks that you get your free holiday cup! I don't do Starbucks every day anymore nowadays it's just a treat here and there. Woke up super excited today to stop into my nearby Starbucks that I normally would have ordered from when I ordered on a daily basis. Planned on ordering a "holiday drink" that I would never normally order just to get the holiday cup. Again, it's one time a year right?!? I go on my app, click on the button to order a "holiday drink", go through the list and since I would not normally order outside of my basics, I decided to try the white chocolate mocha. Go into the store and lo and behold.... My drink is not in the holiday cup lol kind of strange when it's such a big deal today, right? I asked the girl for a holiday cup and she looked at me very rude and said "you didn't order a holiday drink". I said " I apologize, I'm sure that I did, I'm only here to get the holiday cup, so I made sure to order under the holiday drinks section of my app" She looked at me and advised that the drink I ordered was definitely not a holiday drink and that she would be able to remake me a drink if I wanted her to lol I said I really just wanted the holiday cup. She again with an attitude said she'd have to ask her manager. She begins to speak into her headset, basically all of the workers stopped to listen lol a couple of them looking at me. Someone finally came over and told her "just give her a holiday cup" lol not sure who the young lady was that was working in the area of "pick up in store" today, but she is definitely in need of some customer service training. Totally killed the holiday joy of getting the "Starbucks Annual holiday cup". As silly as it sounds when you're someone that was used to spending a minimum of $200 to $300 a month at Starbucks and in the last month decided it would be a treat here and there. It's kind of a big deal. I left the store this morning with a feeling that I never want to return to this location and that I will no longer make anything from Starbucks, a big deal in my mind. Wow! Came here for the first time ever. I go to gym here, the Hawaiian food spot, the Italian restaurant at the corner, and the dietary supplements store in this same parking lot but have never ordered in the drive thru or set foot in this SB location. Today I entered and was pleasantly surprised! It was clean, spacious, and so inviting. I love that there are lots of seats available. The employee was friendly and positive even at 8a. This location makes the best white mochas and they alaways get our drink orders right. But we orders two hot white mocha today with whip. We got home (which is two min away to drink them). We opened the top and the coffee was half full. They put so much whipped cream and it had melted too, but there was only half a cup of actually coffee. This is a pretty big Starbucks and they have room for so many more tables & chairs than are in here. The music is loud, and the place echoes. They do have one long study table that could fit up to 8 people. although it might be hard to study with the music blaring. The service was good and so was the Matcha Frappuccino. read more

I'm surprised there's only one review for this Starbucks. Not sure if it's a brand spankin' new location but I'm glad this location exist. Located on the corner of Blue Diamond Rd and Decatur Blvd, this is my go-to spot for my morning coffee. Even better since it's conveniently located on the way to work. Parking spots are plentiful (maybe because I'm always here early mornings), easy to get in and out of and the drinks are always correctly made. I've only used the mobile order option and they're always ready by the allocated time frame. Baristas are friendly....every time I enter, they always tell me good morning. I'm glad the new location is here. They are certainly the fastest option on Blue Diamond right now. We hit the drive through up on our Sunday drive. Honestly it was a great experience, other than my wife not getting what she ordered (and what was verified on the digital board). My drink was perfect. She ordered a Very Berry Hibiscus, but got the lemonade version instead. We didn't come back to get it corrected because she really liked it. We will mark this up to a Bob Ross style happy mistake. Went around 9PM on Sunday 3/24 and ordered a caramel machiato and a java chip frappucino. Hands down the worst two drinks I've ever had. Caramel Machiato had no caramel flavor, caramel dripping down outside of the cup, no sweet taste, but a rather salty taste, they obviously messed something up. Java chip frappucino had no sweetness either and blended so thick it wouldn't even come up the straw. Done with this location. read more

Any person working a drive thru window (Especially at Starbucks) should GREET your customer Say the total And when paying card if you require the customer to insert their card to a machine. Be sure to extend it outside of the buildings window so that the person in their vehicle can actually reach it. He held it within the restaurant window and did not say any words at all to me. I had already been holding my card outside of my car window for easy and fast reach for them. I was not looking because I was looking at my passenger but a little communication could have avoided the issue. When I looked to see what was taking so long he was just staring at me with attitude so I said "okayyyy" and reached to put my card in the tiny little slot. And shoved it in to work. He did not like my "okayyyy" and said "I don't need to serve you if you are gonna be rude" I told him he needed to work on customer service if he's gonna be working in that industry especially at Starbucks where they focus on that usually. He slammed the window and got his manager She was nice but I was already worked up. I just wanted my drinks so I could leave. Also already frustrated because Starbucks accepted a reload on my app but then blocked my account from use. So I have money sitting that I can not use and not accumulating points at all.
