Stopped by this location this afternoon because I was anxious to order a pumpkin spice latte! I ordered in advance and when I arrived, I was horrified by the location. It's almost impossible to get in and out of the corner it is located on. Surprisingly, I actually made it in there and then the line was insanely long. I waited for about 15 minutes in line, if not more. If I hadn't ordered in advance, I would have definitely left. Each order was very, very slow. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the barista helping me when I got to the counter was very friendly and my drink tasted good. read more

Their service is usually nice. A lot of their drinks are extremely sugary, and their coffee is bland. Every time I have tried their refreshers, they have been so watered down and just sad. The dried fruits in the refreshers tasted pretty gross. I'm going to have an easy time boycotting Starbucks and going to other coffee shops for much better coffee. read more

I am having the worst time getting blonde flat whites in this neighborhood. The machine at the Starbucks I usually frequent is down so I came here and ordered a nonfat blonde flat white in a venti cup. I was told my price and to pull forward. I was charged for the drink and then told they just cleaned out the machine and didn't have blonde coffee in it. Sounds to me like the workers cleaned up too early and didn't want to dirty up the equipment. I could see if I had come a few minutes before close, but we're talkin 40 mins before close here. So loud! Music loud, employees LOUD! Coffee etc is fine. Place is clean. But if you choose to converse with anyone here, give it up. Lots of hollering, talking loudly by employees, which leads to obviously their turning up the music. Then customers end up hollering. Find another place to meet and talk with friends. read more

I haven't been to a Starbucks for a while I tend to go to local coffee shops I try to get some work done and the music is blaring The people behind the counter are rolling on the floor and laughing very unprofessional And they charge $.55 for a refill which is Absolutely ridiculous. This Starbucks was very quick, efficient and friendly. I believe Emily took my order at the drive thru and she was really helpful, they even put Mocha Cookie Crumbles on my toddlers Puppuccino, I really appreciated that!! My iced Venti Blonde Americano with 2 raw sugars and cream with extra ice was I think the best one I've ever had. Most Starbucks don't melt down raw sugar, it's so irritating!! So glad they opened this location! I have to drive a little farther, but the service and quality is far superior to the nearby Main Street location, especially during peak/busy times. I've ordered everything from lattes and frappuccinos to teas and food and have not had any issues. The only thing I wish is that all Starbucks change whatever brand of coconut milk they use as it adds an off putting citrus flavor to the beverages. They are also incredibly generous with the puppuccinos and I consistently have one happy dog! read more

Nice clean location, from the outside. However the knucklehead taking and fulfilling my order had an epic fail. I ordered a triple venti cafe mocha, no whip cream. My first red flag should have been his failure to nail the correct total either of the two times he repeated it. So what did I receive? According to the label on the cup, a Venti Blonde Latte with no whip. Bitter and bleh! I guess the quality control failed this time. The sign by the drive through inside said for associates to try and make connection with customers. Well that certainly did not happen. The employee who served us have absolutely no expression and didn't seem to want to help us. Also heard loud yelling in the back area not just once but several times. 72nd & Lakewood Dr This review is for the above Starbucks. I order the exact same drink every time I go to Starbucks. But when the order taker and barista are too busy talking back and forth than to pay attention to the order they just took/made. This is the 2nd time I have received an incorrect coffee. Unfortunately I pick up my coffee on the way to work and realize its incorrect when I arrive at work. The acting Manager Jasper had the audacity to ask "ma'am, did you actually order a hot chocolate or coffee". Jasper, I am a grown adult woman who orders coffee, I am 100% sure I know the difference. I'm here almost everyday. I've been coming from the day this location opened. Friendly staff, good sitting areas, wide open space. What makes this area so great is the staff. They know I like dark brew and will often brew a pot for me even after they normally stop brewing dark because they know I will hang out and come back for a refill. That's pretty awesome read more

Starbucks typically isn't my first choice of coffee but when it is, I try my best to come to this location as opposed to the Starbucks located in the town center. The drive thru line goes typically quicker compared to the other Starbucks but the line is usually long in the mornings. Inside this location, it is spacious and clean. Staff is typically nice even when they are busy. And I have observed managers holding quick meetings when there's down time to clarify job roles and if anyone needs help do not hesitate to ask. read more

This Starbucks consistently disappoints me. The last few times have been awful. We waited in the drive thru line for forever and a day and then they 'forgot' the light ice part of my drink but I was so late already that I just took my drink with 6 sips in it and left. Today, no one greeted me at the counter while I stood there. Finally they came over and took my simple order. No thank you from them. I walked to the self service area and found they were out of 1/2 &1/2. I walked back over and was ignored by all FIVE people working there (mind you there was no one in line) until I repeated "excuse me". Finally a girl said she would refill it when she finished what she was doing and got a chance. As I just stood there. Thankfully another employee took care of it. While I was attempting to chat with my friend, one of the employees kept throwing down black mats on top of each other in a annoyed manner. I drive farther to get to this Starbucks. The people here are really nice and friendly. They didn't hear me right in the drive thru and made a hot drink instead of iced and told me just to keep the hot one. I'm always on my way to work so I for sure have someone to give it to. Went in there Saturday morning. Got 3 ham and swiss sandwiches, 2 Carmel Frappichinos and 2 hot drinks. The sandwiches were dried out hard, and the fraps were just nasty. Most of it went in the trash, and we were rushing out of town, so going back was not an option. Emailed the company. They asked us to call them. Did that with all of the receipt information. Was told that they couldn't work with me because I am not a rewards member. Guess I never will be either. Have probably purchased a couple hundred of the drinks and sandwiches all over the Sound and Gray's Harbors County, so it isn't like we ordered something new, and didn't like it. read more

This place is awful! Every time I go to this Starbucks they fill up the cup MAYBE 3/4 of the way on a good day. And on most days they fill it half way. When I ordered a latte, they gave me straight black coffee. Clearly the baristas have been trained by a monkey with no coffee making skills. Everytime I come to this starbucks my drink is never filled to the top AND it's always cold!! I've called once to complain and the manager was nice enough to give me a free coffee the next time I came in but even when I came in for my free coffee it was still not filled to the top! This is absolutely ridiculous people pay a lot of money for coffee and for that reason we should get our money's worth! I refuse to go to this starbucks anymore. Get your shit together.
