I really like this little coffee stand. They're always quick, and I've never had a bad drink! The baristas are friendly, but don't try to make as much awkward small talk, the kind that makes my introverted soul cringe, as a lot of other places. Well let me first off say I have been a bikini barista for over two years and a regular barista and not in my entire life have I encountered such a rude barista her name is specifically Jess . She claims that she's the manager when I asked her to make my drink a certain way she already started out with major sass, she had a problem and got an attitude when I asked her why she's arguing with me she tried to act like she wasn't when she got my order wrong & that was the most rude encounterment I have ever came about and I do this myself for god sake I do this in my underwear!!! I simply went back to tell her I didn't like her drink and for her to remake it because it was unacceptable and tastes horrid. I'm not going to sit here and pay for drinks that taste horrible. When I told her that she made my second drink wrong, she had a huge attitude again saying sings that was trying to argue with me like you're really trying to argue with a customer right now? She kept telling me I was being hostile but at the end of the day she was taking her mask off getting all red, things you shouldn't do as an employee... She said that I couldn't unless I repaid for it so the other girl gave me a whole free drink and Jess kept having an attitude I think that this needs to be completely looked at because I got here almost every day and the other girl that was on shift completely knows me and knows that I am a loyal customer. This is not OK at all and I will keep putting horrible reviews till the day this gets looked at this is really not OK and if this gets looked over this won't be the last of me, Also if you're going to have someone be a manager don't let it be her that was just not how a manager should handle some things. The coffee wasn't that great or hot. The barista was gossiping to her coworker half the time and I felt really rushed so I didn't get to actually look at the menu for what I wanted to eat, I just picked something because her grumpy disposition clearly said "hurry up I just wanna sit and talk with my coworker" read more

Every time I come here it seems like they have new staff. I don't mean like one new person, I mean an entirely new staff. It must say something about the owner/management. Recently my iced drinks have had clumpy white powder chunks from not being well mixed. So gross and not worth the price. I won't be coming back anymore. read more

I want to start by saying I've been going there somewhat regularly for nearly 17 years. They completely messed up my drink, it was the opposite of what I ordered and only about two-thirds full. When I brought it back to tell them, they said, We'll get it right this time." Then proceeded to charge me for it. I asked if she charged me and she said yes the owner doesn't like us giving out free drinks. Seriously? I After being loyal to them for that long and spending thousands of dollars there they charged me for their mistake? It was ok knowing you, but never, ever again. A nice little find that's standard in most ways (price, baked treats, nice barista, cheery decor, tasty espresso) with a couple exceptions, all of which are quite positive. The first is their hours... They're the coffee stand that is open the latest in town. I haven't checked everyone's hours, but a stand that's open until 7 seems like it would indeed be open the latest. Second, they don't do punchcards. This is a positive thing because what they have instead is a deal on giftcards. So, instead of buying 10 drinks and getting one free with a punchcard, they make it so that if you buy a gift card worth 10 drinks - they throw on the value of 2 free ones. read more

I don't know why I drove past the Perfect Cup so many times, but I am grateful to myself that I finally stopped and ordered a cup. It looks like just any roadside espresso place, maybe a little more country kitsch than most with its cherubic mascot. So, they brew Batdorf & Bronson beans here, which is a major draw, and it's possible that they use the barrista blend of soy milk that stands up really well to steaming. The barristas here are friendly & kind and they remember your drink, even if you don't go often. Service is quick, as you expect from a drive-thru espresso stand, but the quality of the drinks far surpasses my roadside coffee expectations. It's definitely not for the high snobbery of fine coffee drinkers, but the beans are good and it's a great way to start my morning before I hit the grueling I-5 morning traffic. Also: Pastries like muffins are on clearance ($1) on sundays! read more

One word: UNFRIENDLY. I stop by here every couple of months when I'm in the area. I don't mind paying their relatively high prices for coffee because it is good, but being served by uptight, cranky girls is unacceptable. If you're going to work in customer service, you'll do way better with a happy, sunny attitude. Also, why does the owner hire these grumpy people? Perhaps the owner is one of them? Bottom line: Prices are higher than average but the drinks are good. However, I'm not sure anyone there has any understanding of what good customer service is. Too bad. read more

I've been going here for years. Always get consistently good coffee from Rachel, all the other girls are hit or miss and when I say miss, I mean fail. Coffee is more expensive compared to other stands in town and most of the time my shots taste burnt. read more

I am giving two stars because I went to this stand a couple days ago, and it was great. Delicious coffee, and nice barista. I ordered a 16 oz iced americano with a couple pumps of chocolate. I went again this morning, ordered the exact same drink, and it was awful. The service was even worse. My ICED americano was warm so I went back and told the barista. She said I had to wait for the drink to cool, but she put more ice in it. The ice of course melted making it watery and luke warm. I used to be a barista, so I know how an iced Americano is supposed to be made and taste. It wasn't worth the $4 they charged me. ($5 if you include tip) I'll stick with Avenue espresso, or Cutter's Point. read more

I worked around the block from PC a few years ago and would get an americano sometimes twice a day. I moved to Pittsburgh and craved them all the time; once I moved back I had an americano and actually cried, it was so good. Love this stand and have supported it for many years. Unfortunately recent price increase have made a tall latte at this stand 24cents more than Starbucks. Tall lattes Jumped from $3.50 to $4.00 with the price increase. Time to find a different local stand to support. read more

The product is good. However the service needs a lot of work! I have tried all the stands near my home and work at least 6-8 times before making a judgment to be fair. Everyone has an off day, right? This stand is the most expensive, no weekly/daily specials. Unfriendly staff!!! You barley get a "Hello". No eye contact. Nothing. My work is close and I do go here if I HAVE TO. That's really sad..
