worst Starbucks I've ever visited. It consistently feels like if you're not a local, your order gets overlooked while others who appear to be regulars are helped first. I've had multiple negative interactions with Greg, and each time the experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. After several visits with the same result, this is a Starbucks location I will no longer be returning to. It's disappointing because I've had much better experiences at other Starbucks locations. I hope this feedback reaches corporate so they can address these issues and improve the customer experience at this store. read more

Small Starbucks across from Heisler Park. Staff is friendly but it takes some time to get drinks. The bathroom line is insane and inefficient. There is only one stall. I would not recommend coming here if you're trying to use this place for a coffee/bathroom break. I waited 20+ minutes. read more

Last time I've been here and paid for almond biscotti , apple pie and cheese danish. And forgot to pick up my almond biscotti . So today I came and ask if I can pick it up now Barista asked if I have receipt I showed her (paid with Apple Pay) And then she said if it's not printed , she cannot give it to me and return my money What the reason to show them receipt then ? These 2 guys behind the counter looking me up and down and then making a wierd comment about me getting off the elevator. There is no elevator and their laughing and its creepy. I told them why not just Good Morning I would have said it back. So I was uncomfortable and not feeling very welcome. They said they gave my coffee to another customer and I told them they can keep the breakfast sandwich too! Never going back to this location. I ordered a drink with cream. The cashier told me he will leave room for cream and I can put the creamer in on my own, which was fine, except there was no cream sitting out there for me to use. Once my drink came out, I asked the barista for some half and half to be set out so I could put it in my drink. She ignored me, and after a second time, she asked another worker where the half and half was, and her response was "I'll tell you later". I came in here the other day because I had to use the restroom. They informed me that I had to buy something in order to do so which I understand so I got a grande nitro. After I went and I should add the place was dead my coffee was still not ready. So what are they doing? They had an attitude, I bought a coffee and still had to wait. Prefer the local coffee shops, but they don't open til 7 or 8 on Sunday, and I was up and about at 5:30 am, so Starbucks it is! Opted for a black tea and lemonade, and it was good. There's only one bathroom, and it was occupied for about 20 minutes with a woman yelling, ranting and swearing at herself. No outlets, and the WiFi wasn't working. Of all the places to get coffee/tea in Laguna Beach this is the "safe choice for out of towners that want something tried and true. I happen to love the Starbucks chai tea so I'll come here for it but I also have to bring my patience because it's often filled with teenage kids that don't have parents present. They're loud and obnoxious which makes it hard to work because this is one of the noisiest Starbucks locations I've been to. That said, it has a great view of the ocean, a walk across the street and you're literally at Main Beach. It's a prime location which makes it super convenient. I order my drinks ahead through the app, a MUST. Save yourself the time in long lines and grab a seat, then order if you have to. It makes things way more enjoyable and then you don't have to deal with people in line and rude baristas (I haven't experienced that contrary to other comments expressed). If you feel like venturing outside of your Starbucks comfort zone I'd recommend Urth cafe. Prices might be a little higher for some things but you won't have to deal with kids and it's usually not that loud. People are more respectful of others. read more

Love this Starbucks. I'll go for a walk and every time when I'm done I end up at this place to enjoy a coffee. I enjoy sitting at the outside tables or when it's chilly I'll just sit inside. Bathrooms are clean and so is the store itself. The only thing that can be tricky is the parking. I've only ever drove once to this store and I'll never do it again. It's to tight but then again I do have a large car. So now I just walk it. That's my only complaint. Other than that this place is my go to spot. read more

I never do this but this sucked. Fiancé and I went last Saturday 10/12 took our pooch out for his birthday. We ordered mobile and when we got there asked for a puppaccino. It was busy. So we waited no problem after the barista said she'd get it for us. Waited 15 almost 20 minutes. Went back to the barista and asked if we were still being helped. She apologized and gave us a gift card as a sorry. $20. Cool. We didn't expect it just wanted to be on our way with our pooch. Was nice of her to do that. Well we went to use it and it declined.
