Lots of people seem to stop here on their way to Vegas. The lines are usually long and the bathrooms are hit or miss.

The drinks here are fine but the service is a slow as molasses. I was driving to Las Vegas and wanted my favorite Starbuck's drink, a Trenta Black Tea, no water, no sugar. In essence they just needed to pour the already brewed tea over ice into a cup. How in heck does that take 10 minutes? It's because they don't make the drinks in order. Well shoot ..they make my drink and sometines its "pretty" and other times plain . . . Today was PLAIN ..no sprinkles .... And the available tables were all too dirty to sit at ..but it was only 99 degrees on the patio thankful for the breeze. read more

Better have a lot of time here, waited 20 min in line to make it to through the drive thru! I don't know how long it takes to make a coffee, but I won't go here again unless I have ample time! read more

A great savior in the land of no-wheres-ville. Route 66 requires caffeine. Especially if you plan on waking up early. Bound for Oatman, I needed my daily dose of 4 shot Americano to get me going. This store did the trick, and with lightening quick speed. Bathrooms were tidy and customer service pleasant. read more

Out of the 3 in town this is my favorite! Their drinks are always the best and done right. The service is great. They recently remodeled and the atmosphere is great. There is one young guy that works early mornings I didn't get his name but is always so cheerful and happy and speedy it really makes my morning! read more

My favorite thing about this place is the outdoor seating. I am not use to having an actual starbucks in my area that isn't connected with a grocery store. So when I am in Kingman, this is the place for me to be. Everyone is bubbly, nice and the place is clean. 4 stars is because the bathrooms weren't cleaned very well :-/ other then that I like this place, great coffee! read more

Stopped here on our road trip from California to Texas. It was the best Starbucks stop the whole two day trip (we stopped at another in Lubbock)the coffee was excellent and fresh! Perfectly balanced. Val took my order, she was very friendly and gave some great advice. Lindsay (I believe I remembered her name correctly) made a fantastic white mocha and latte! read more

A stand alone drive-thru Starbucks with a great location. For this Starbucks it's all location, location, location. Kingston is a great stopping place on the drive between Las Vegas and Phoenix (or anyone doing the sites in that area). With that in mind, I'd much rather stop here than a Starbucks in a grocery store. This location is also drive-thru, so it's perfect when you're in a rush. The location is also just a few minutes off the highway. As for the venue itself... it's clean, it's new, it seems like any other Starbucks. My husband and I have dealt with numerous Starbucks across the United States: from the Bay Area of California to Savannah and Hinesville, Georgia and throughout Texas. Having said this, I must say that the crew here at the Stockton Hill/Kino Starbucks is one of the best: Valerie, Faith, Lindsay, Travis, Jesie, Jessica, Juno, Nicolas, Danny--the morning crew is awesome! My complicated hot chocolate has been memorized by all the crew. I simply walk in and Voila! Magnifico! Yummy! Besides my drink being perfecto, I must say that the kindness, attention to detail, professional yet personable communication makes me feel like I matter, and that's how Starbucks should be. No social distancing and a lack of communication with the customers is the reason for the poor review. Understaffed. There was one person ahead of us, but it still took 1/2 hour for our 2 items. Many customers came in after us and the whole restaurant filled up because they were prioritizing the mobile orders. Walked in and ordered 2 drinks... literally 15 minutes pass by and i get one drink, 2 minutes pass by and i ask one of the workers if they knew how much longer for the second drink & she told me it was the one she was making... she hands me a totally different drink than what i ordered and when i told her she starts looking through cups trying to find my order and she couldn't find it... i was so fed up & tired of waiting that i asked for a refund & i was given attitude about it! i told her they need to pay attention to what they're doing! In from San Diego. Stopped by the only Starbucks drive through and waited for 30 mins to get charged for someone else's order and to get our drinks messed up. The employees did not even attempt to apologize for the wait time either. If it was any other city they would all be fired for slow service. It is sad that when you're traveling this is the kind of poor service you get. read more

If you go through the drive-thru, bring a book to read because you'll be waiting a long time. That doesn't mean you should go inside for a quicker experience because it's just as slow in there. Go to one of the Starbucks in Safeway. The service is way quicker! read more

The 4 young employees were working their tails off to meet the needs of each drive-through order while also ensuring that the requests of each cafe customer were completed with accuracy and care. I stopped by hoping to sit out on the patio where I could read and enjoy my White Mocha, but ended up inside. There is nice patio here however when I first sat down out there all I could hear was the different cars in the drive-thru. The line in the drive-thru was long and the sounds from the cars just made reading outside not so enjoyable. One plus side, the patio is dog friendly and that's always a great option. I went inside and it's spacious and they have plenty of options for seating. I found a table and soon forgot about the noisy patio. The baristas were friendly and even though they were busy, I didn't have to wait long for my drink. I have stopped by again since my first visit and found the experience to be consistent with the previous one. With all the terrible luck I have had finding good food in Kingman, I'm glad I found a reliable Starbucks and I plan on visiting again when passing through town. Super friendly today. Like 50 hellos/good mornings as I walked in. Everything tasted great and was made just as asked!

Two stars because the drinks were made right. However after placing a mobile order and arriving in the suggested time, I still waited 15 minutes for the drinks. If they were super busy and I saw employees working hard that would be understandable-but there were at least two employees meandering about wiping counters while one employee was frantically making all the drinks. I felt bad for him as people were complaining about the long wait times. I'm not sure why you would have only one employee making drinks while others wander around wiping a counter here and there. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time. Go to the Starbucks in one of the Safeway's or go to the human bean. The service is the slowest I have EVER experienced in any Starbucks store and when I addressed it the barista Valerie was extremely rude and snarky. She then walked over to her coworkers and they began complaining about having to work and help their customers!! If you don't want to help then don't work there! After she was done complaining about me to her coworkers they continued to give me dirty looks until I left. The bathrooms were gross and not properly stocked and the lobby was FILTHY. Stopped by here on my way to Laughlin and Kara the barrista made one of the best caramel macchiato ever had. normally ask for extra caramel and no foam and usually always still get too little or overboard crazy. But extra time for lovin to my café and it was delicisioso. Highly recommend you coming instead of being in such a rush to go through drive thru, its worth it. read more

I try to support local coffee shops but you really can't deny the quality of sbux they are a big company that remains respectable however the staff and cleanliness of this particular sbux is top notch. This Bucks has never failed me. I have been to dozens and dozens of Starbucks around the country and this one always gets it right. This store is the only "Store" in the area; it gets very busy, but they are never to busy to be polite and friendly. I have become spoiled by my barista Travis B. He has helped me with using the app( of which i gave up on until he helped). I know when he is at the counter my stuff is perfect. Great place to stop for a fix on the way to Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, or Williams. Not to far from the freeway exit. Easy in easy out! Place is clean and the barista's are great. Not too far from other food joints and Wal-Mart if you need something for your trip. read more

I have been frequenting This Starbucks for a few months now, and don't know how they could improve on their service, from what i have seen. They have a very friendly, and receptive staff, and are managed very well.
