My (grown) son goes here every time he comes to visit. I have gone with him a few times and I am always impressed by the very high level of service and also the very low wait times even when they are incredibly busy. I'm sorry that I didn't ever think to take a photo of his drinks! This location is always clean and well staffed. They very obviously make an effort to ensure that you have a great experience there! read more

I had to come back after an amazing experience, and I tried something new. I went there and for my drink, I got a Large Iced Sugar-Free Double Rainbro Black Tea, and it was not only delicious, but it's probably my new favorite drink! A surprising mix of Strawberry, Peach, and Coconut syrups really made this drink great. The best part is that it is 0 calories, sugar-free, and that's for a 24oz. Next to cover: the service. The wait was minimal, at most 10 minutes, even though it was busy with around 6-7 cars total. I got my order in really fast, and I just pulled into the drive-thru. The drink came out quickly, looking fresh and great. Lastly, the ambiance. The exterior was clean, service window was clear, and the menus along the drive thru were nice and easy to see. The people who took my order along the drive thru road were nicely organized, and overall, Dutch Bros. gets a 5/5 stars read more

First time trying it and I Loved It!!! The guy that took my order (I don't remember his name ‍) he was super helpful and friendly. He gave me suggestions pertaining to what I normally like and it was The Golden Eagle with Expresso and sweet cream. It was fricken delicious and the ice is that small crunchable one omg . I will definitely be going back again when I'm in Laughlin. The girl that brought out my drink was also very kind and friendly. Drive thru is busy but they are moving quickly and with a smile. Coffee is great, workers are respectful and very considerate. Dutch bros has a beautiful vibe full of fun joyful people. The only downside of Dutch Bros is there line. Which is good and bad of you get what I mean. The good thing is the fact that you know it is good, the bad thing is the wait. But trust me I ain't complaining, their Golden Eagle is godsend. One time this girl served us on the 100 something degree weather and we tipped her 10 or 20 dollars and she thought we were joking and tried to refuse. Once again, great employees. Who ever this hiring manager is, good job. read more

Nice walk up coffee. Got a Free Welcoming Nitro Cold Brew! Congenial & quick service.

The ladies are always polite and friendly. They always make my drinks exactly as ordered. Prices are as good or better than Starbucks. Definitely a fan of this place! I have been coming here for a couple years now. read more

I absolutely love them, the coffee is delicious and the staff are awesome! I ordered two annialitors the other day because it was bogo.

I was heading down Interstate 40 and needed coffee for my long drive. I was actually heading to another chain coffee place when I stumbled onto this location. I was entered the line that appeared worse than it was. I was greeted by a extremely friendly young lady who pleasantly took my order. I was quickly on my way with a delicious Kicker to keep me going on my way home read more

Well let's start off by saying this ..when someone is paying 20+ for 3 coffees you expect 1. Good customer service 2. Your coffee made abruptly, especially in a drive thru ...I experienced NEITHER! Then this chick has an excuse and says " the thing is the decaf coffee..blah blah...we are just trying to give you a good coffee" I waited almost 20mins! Had 4 cars behind me get there drinks! There's no excuse...I would not recommend this establishment to anyone...better off going next door to McDonald's! And please girl, lose the attitude..I wish I would have gotten your name because man you were the definition of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Drove through and got the Double Torture (large. I had a long drive ahead and wanted the extra shots). This thing was huge, wouldn't get it on a regular day but for thi hours long drive it was great. First time trying this place and It was really tasty, not too sweet, well blended, & easy to drink. Drive through is convenient and the staff was friendly. Would like to try some of the other things on their menu. read more

These people are rude and have no idea what they are doing. I ordered a coffee and they gave me an energy drink and when I asked for the correct drink they said they had to charge me again they would not fix it. When I asked for my receipt they could not provide me with the receipt so then they gave me a receipt with zero dollars saying it was an employee discount even after charging me because they said they didn't know how to print the receipt. This place is a joke read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Should have went to Starbucks! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Kingman, Arizona

Visiting in Kingman, saw that Dutch Bros was around and had to stop by! It just so happens, we came on opening day! When we got there, there was a long line (expected, of course). Location was very easy to find! The line came out to a small street and exit out of a major street (good set up). Poor Starbucks, they were just around the corner so definitely some competition. We drove up, a girl was out there directing traffic to speed up the lines as there were 2. She offered a sticker and a menu, then we moved onto the next guy for our order. Let me tell you, I don't know his name, however, he was very energetic and helpful! He was patient and very welcoming! My kids wanted more stickers, so we asked. He didn't have any on him, but went to ask his colleagues for some. Came back with several stickers and made my kids happy. The wait was not too long. We love the fact that they bring our drinks out to us (so we ALWAYS tip)! They labeled the drinks correctly so my kids knew which was who's as one of them HAS to have peppermint in their drink. We didn't get to the window, as we already have our drinks, but gave them a thumbs up on our way out for a smooth transaction. One thing I could recommend would be to open another window on the other side. However, that might not be a possibility, I don't know their laws or setup here. I'll be stopping by again on my way out! Thanks, DB Kingman! Btw, forgot to take pics. read more

Love the reliable quality no matter where you go to a DB! Thank you Team Members for all of your hard work and Magic!!! #templemastery read more

They seem to be very aggressive about tipping at a coffee shop. Not very hood specialty coffee that is overpriced with long lines of people waiting to buy their overpriced coffee. read more

Please...if you are going to serve identical drinks (kid frosts, different flavors) and we ordered multiple, please make sure to remember which one is which flavor and/or label them. Poor job ladies and gentlemen. Work out the kinks. By that I mean get rid of the girl that told me I don't know and offered no assistance to find out. Hate this place already. read more

Came on opening day. Super fast service with friendly staff. Ordered a chai latte with soy. Delicious. Definitely will come back.

This was our very first time at Dutch Bros and the guy taking our order outside in the drive thru line was really nice and helpful. He gave us recommendations on what to try and was really patient with us. The lady at the window was very friendly too. The drinks we chose were very sweet. Next time we will add extra shots because we love coffee. They have dairy alternatives too! If you've never been here, the large is LARGE! About 30 oz. read more

Just like I will write a bad review when you deserve a good review I will give you that too! The last few times I have been here the drinks are amazing and the customer service has changed Wow. Always good any Dutch any town love Dutch always friendly staff every location I have visited a lot of Dutch Bros

This place is the bomb! To quote my teenager. We were fortunate to try our Dutch Bros on a recent road trip and made it a destination to stop along the way in other towns. Their selection of coffee, tea, and blended drinks is insane and ensures we can all get what we want. My favorite is the Double Rainbro black tea. Yum!! We also loved the blended coffee and energy drinks. Again, a big standout here is the friendly staff. They are all super nice and energetic, which adds to the appeal. We need these in Ventura County please!!! read more

Excellent Customer Service. Amazing Quality of Products. Reasonable Prices on The Menu.

Service is great! but I have tried 5 different locations and never found a drink that was good even with the employees suggestions.

Another outstanding visit. Friendly staff, Excellent service. Clean store.

Learned about Dutch Bros about a year ago and have been to multiple locations in multiple states. I've always enjoyed the engagement with people taking orders and at the windows. Until today. We came when this store opened last year when leaders from other locations were training the new employees. No issues. Today, the young lady taking our order was nice and personable. However, the young lady at the window greeted us gave us one of three drinks then turned her back to us and began speaking with her coworker. No engagement with the customer. To be honest, that turned me off. Never had this experience, even with the new store that just opened in Eastvale, CA. She did that after she gave us the first two drinks. There was one car after us and it was Monday at 12:20pm. I hope this is not a sign of a downward trend. We weren't even offered to provide a trend like at other visits. Don't know if that's a change in policy but I'm glad I didn't. I was not satisfied. Drinks tasted fine but I had come to expect the great conversations while waiting and was disappointed when it didn't happen read more

This location is the worst! We have been to at least 7 Dutch bros in 5 different states and avoid this location at all cost! No flavor to the foaming blended ice! Very disappointing! read more

Look, I'm going to be completely real with you, don't bother. They get almost every drink wrong every time we go, their coffee tastes terrible, their drinks are either too sweet or taste like nothing, they miss things on orders all the time. On top of that, I've overheard how some of the people talk to each other in this store and it is dreadful. There is such a negative attitude in this store it's no wonder we wait in like for 20 to 40 minutes some days. Get it together, seriously. read more

40 minutes in line on a Tuesday even in unacceptable. The line was contained in the parking lot. There is literally no excuse for this.

Very sweet workers :) asked for a drink recommendation as it was my first time going, and the girl taking my order was so kind. I loved the drink she chose for me! read more

The girl at the window was really rude. They made both of our drinks wrong and we asked for them to be remade before she even handed them out to us. She kept making faces and rolling her eyes. She didn't even talk to us either, just turned her back to face her coworkers and talk to them read more
