I had to come back after an amazing experience, and I tried something new. I went there and for my drink, I got a Large Iced Sugar-Free Double Rainbro Black Tea, and it was not only delicious, but it's probably my new favorite drink! A surprising mix of Strawberry, Peach, and Coconut syrups really made this drink great. The best part is that it is 0 calories, sugar-free, and that's for a 24oz. Next to cover: the service. The wait was minimal, at most 10 minutes, even though it was busy with around 6-7 cars total. I got my order in really fast, and I just pulled into the drive-thru. The drink came out quickly, looking fresh and great. Lastly, the ambiance. The exterior was clean, service window was clear, and the menus along the drive thru were nice and easy to see. Coffee is great, workers are respectful and very considerate. Dutch bros has a beautiful vibe full of fun joyful people. The only downside of Dutch Bros is there line. Which is good and bad of you get what I mean. The good thing is the fact that you know it is good, the bad thing is the wait. But trust me I ain't complaining, their Golden Eagle is godsend. One time this girl served us on the 100 something degree weather and we tipped her 10 or 20 dollars and she thought we were joking and tried to refuse. Once again, great employees. Well let's start off by saying this ..when someone is paying 20+ for 3 coffees you expect 1. Good customer service 2. Your coffee made abruptly, especially in a drive thru ...I experienced NEITHER! I ordered a coffee and they gave me an energy drink and when I asked for the correct drink they said they had to charge me again they would not fix it. When I asked for my receipt they could not provide me with the receipt so then they gave me a receipt with zero dollars saying it was an employee discount even after charging me because they said they didn't know how to print the receipt. Visiting in Kingman, saw that Dutch Bros was around and had to stop by! It just so happens, we came on opening day! When we got there, there was a long line (expected, of course). Location was very easy to find! The line came out to a small street and exit out of a major street (good set up). Poor Starbucks, they were just around the corner so definitely some competition. We drove up, a girl was out there directing traffic to speed up the lines as there were 2. She offered a sticker and a menu, then we moved onto the next guy for our order. Let me tell you, I don't know his name, however, he was very energetic and helpful! He was patient and very welcoming! My kids wanted more stickers, so we asked. He didn't have any on him, but went to ask his colleagues for some. Came back with several stickers and made my kids happy. The wait was not too long. We love the fact that they bring our drinks out to us (so we ALWAYS tip)! They labeled the drinks correctly so my kids knew which was who's as one of them HAS to have peppermint in their drink. We didn't get to the window, as we already have our drinks, but gave them a thumbs up on our way out for a smooth transaction. One thing I could recommend would be to open another window on the other side. However, that might not be a possibility, I don't know their laws or setup here. He gave us recommendations on what to try and was really patient with us. The lady at the window was very friendly too. The drinks we chose were very sweet. This place is the bomb! To quote my teenager. We were fortunate to try our Dutch Bros on a recent road trip and made it a destination to stop along the way in other towns. Their selection of coffee, tea, and blended drinks is insane and ensures we can all get what we want. My favorite is the Double Rainbro black tea. Yum!! We also loved the blended coffee and energy drinks. Again, a big standout here is the friendly staff. They are all super nice and energetic, which adds to the appeal. Learned about Dutch Bros about a year ago and have been to multiple locations in multiple states. I've always enjoyed the engagement with people taking orders and at the windows. Until today. We came when this store opened last year when leaders from other locations were training the new employees. No issues. Today, the young lady taking our order was nice and personable. However, the young lady at the window greeted us gave us one of three drinks then turned her back to us and began speaking with her coworker. No engagement with the customer. To be honest, that turned me off. Never had this experience, even with the new store that just opened in Eastvale, CA. She did that after she gave us the first two drinks. There was one car after us and it was Monday at 12:20pm. I hope this is not a sign of a downward trend. We weren't even offered to provide a trend like at other visits. Don't know if that's a change in policy but I'm glad I didn't. I was not satisfied. They get almost every drink wrong every time we go, their coffee tastes terrible, their drinks are either too sweet or taste like nothing, they miss things on orders all the time. On top of that, I've overheard how some of the people talk to each other in this store and it is dreadful.
