I have been going to this location for eight years! I live across the street practically so it's not only convenient location but It feels like family to me. This is one of the top locations in the Kennesaw/Marietta area. Employees are extremely friendly and always make the coffee right, they have good attitudes and you will usually find several people who visit this place daily. It's a little far from me but one of my favorites to go to. Some baristas even call me by name and they are super friendly towards each other as well. Culture is good, environment is good, and it's close to lots of excellent food options if you're also hungry for some lunch. This location deserves every star. read more

This Starbucks is located on Cobb Parkway, but more specifically along Crater Lake Drive in the shopping plaza alongside Whole Foods, MOD Pizza, Burger 21 and several other shops and eateries. I have swung by this location many times, but have never stepped foot inside...as I always hit the drive thru. My latest trip was no different, as when I saw the drive thru only had one car, I was quick to make my entrance into it. I have a few standards at Starbucks, but lately I have been on a purest kick with getting an iced coffee, no classic and add almond milk. That is what I was after and what I got here...and it was delish per usual! Sam was the barista who assisted me at the speaker and the window. In both interactions he was friendly and helpful! Overall, solid Starbucks location that I find myself at when in the area...which is often. So, in short, I'll be back! read more

We came to this Starbucks at 8:58 pm, they were set to close at 9. This was the best experience we could have possibly hoped for at this time of night- the team was quick and courteous and they even made sure our drinks had the toppings that make them extra special. Sometimes you won't even get them during the busiest part of the day. We felt that they really went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. This Starbucks location is so consistent! I come here regularly and they always do a great job and being accurate with how many scoops and pumps and shots I want for my drink. It is very consistent. It really makes me want to come to this location more than others because I don't have to worry that my favorite drink is going to be made wrong period also, Tanya is often greeting guests with a great smile + awesome customer service... she really goes out of her way as many of their crew do to give you what you need in a refreshing experience while you're at this location. Come on Starbucks, I purchased the maple butter chicken sandwich. When I took it out of the warming bag it felt hard as a rock. I bit into it and it crumbled. Absolutely no taste. This is the newest Starbucks in the area. It's in Kennesaw Marketplace on the opposite end from Whole Foods and NFCU. This store is clean and has an open feel. There is plenty of seating and outlets. (Look on the underside of the big tables.) The baristas here are great. They are personable, professional, and good at what they do. You are in good hands with Shelly, Tanya, Sean, Brandon, Josh, Kharee, Anne, Zoie, Katie, Lanie, Lowe, and (anyone that I missed). The only "downside" is that they no longer use separate non-dairy carafes. HOWEVER, if you ask, the will pull a clean one from the back for use in making your drink. That's why they get all 5-stars. (Perhaps, with encouragement they'll get back to having them up front. ) read more

I don't frequent Starbucks, I have a "I can make this myself" "nickel and dime" mentality lol, however November 11,2020 I came to this location and they honored my veterans ID for a FREE tall black coffee. Tayana was so sweet, fast, and personable. Yes the transaction was only but 2 minutes but it was a great 2 minute experience. She thanked me for my services and said this is the least we can do! Ever since this Starbucks location has opened, I've been going here a lot instead of the other one further down Cobb Parkway. The store is big and bright with a great industrial feel. All the baristas are very friendly and though the drive-through can get busy, the turnover is relatively quick. Because it's unpredictable, I normally do mobile-ordering, which makes the experience so much more pleasant. The only negative is the small parking lot. It is next door to a dental office so most of the time, you'll be parking there instead. But I normally only go in the morning around 7:30-8:00 and there's always at least one spot available. read more

It's not everyday you're accosted by a strange man while waiting for coffee, but today was my day apparently. After I told this man I wanted to be left alone a few times, an employee, who I assume is the manager, stepped in and politely asked the man to leave, only to endure a string of profanity and insults slung at him before finally getting the guy to leave the building. The employees were all very professional and kind to me after this scary situation and even gave me a gift card for my trouble.... Not necessary since the trouble wasn't their fault, but very appreciated... I never leave reviews, but I don't know how else to thank the staff, and in particular the manager(?) who stepped in and the girl who made my coffee and chatted with me to make sure I was ok. It's unfortunate that they had to deal with that at their workplace... but I appreciate them making a very bizarre situation less scary. read more

Like every typical girl, I LOVE Starbucks. This particular store has a very industrial and low-key vibe, which makes it enjoyable to work on homework or just simply have a coffee date at. They also have Nitro Cold Brew, which is not available at all locations, and it's SO DELICIOUS! I highly recommend trying it out if you like a strong coffee flavor. I am surprised that the Starbucks isn't on yelp yet. This is the one store in the area that actually gets my order right every time and is very quick and efficient to get my order to me. I've noticed that a lot of other stores will take over 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink ready whether you're in the drive-through or you order via mobile and arrive after your pick up time. This is getting 2 stars for the convenient location and that it's new. I've gone here twice now and both times my order has been wrong. The first time I came here I ended up with a caramel frappuccino with no caramel. Today I ordered an iced vanilla latte and I got a hot vanilla latte. On the bright side, at least it had vanilla. Super disappointed today. First of all let me start off by saying I frequent this Starbucks and many others more than I'm willing to admit and usually receive NOTHING but great service and drinks. For that I gave 3 stars. Today however I ordered a grande cascara cold brew substituted with sugar free vanilla. There was some confusion at the speaker that I thought had been cleared up. However upon receiving my drink I got a drink in a venti cup with foam. Looked similar but by reading the tag I could tell was not the drink I ordered. She took the drink back, walked around the corner, and quickly emerged with what looked like what I normally order, only much lighter in color and much frothier. I took the drink and upon appearance and taste am willing to bet that they just poured whatever was in the venti cup and strained it foam and all into a grande cup and topped it with fresh foam. Super disappointed because it's as easy as correcting the drink. read more

The guy who took my order was very helpful and pleasant. The person who made our order... Let me take you a few minutes back. My son and I (it was his birthday the day before and he got a starbucks gift card from one of our guests) went to starbucks. It has several people seated and working on their laptops and we were the only ones standing to make our order. Anyway, we placed our order with a very nice gentleman. And then we stood aside as we waited for it. The guy who was making our order, initially stood by and listened to what we ordered; and proceeded to make it. My son and I stood quietly waiting. He gave us no indication that our order was ready as minutes continued to pass by as we started to grow impatient. It took a lady who was seated working to get up and walk over and pick up a cup and loudly say it was not hers. All this time, the brewer has been looking (more of glare) at us. Not one time did he mention that our order was ready!! Almost 4 minutes our order sat. No other person came in to make an order. He knew it was ours!! No name was called out. The guy who had taken our order, finally walked and looked at the cup and informed us it was ours; and the brewer continued to just look at us. My son went home and poured the hot chocolate because the brewer "did not look at us in a nice way" (to quote my son). My conclusions quickly turned to race but I am bigger than that. read more
