However the restock was a shambles, the hot cases keeping the pastries fresh and warm were ransacked and empty. There were options, but for opening honeymoon period, way too many empty cases. As a chain restaurant, it's very good. The pastries are not made on site, they are baked fresh, but they are foodservice freezer packed. Perhaps the bread itself is made on site, will have to return and try that next time. Could have been five stars if the stock was maintained, but also, popular items so it is understandable.
