Amazing service every single time I come in to this establishment. Love them so much!

They took my order and as I stand there watching I become aware that there are 8 people/orders ahead of me along with a DoorDash order. One employee not doing much and the second one just making the 1st beverage out of the 9 people waiting. Stopped in for a coffee and a bragel staff are super friendly. Store was clean and inviting.

I don't know if anyone has been in there lately, but it is the slowest service. I mean, they don't have a drive-through but unless you don't have 20 extra minutes to spare then go to the one on stadium. They also have free shot Friday and a dollar off for college students.. read more

Got a Christmas gift card for here and went by not expecting much. I was wrong, nice little coffee joint. It is great at what it is, quick coffee and or tea, began and out the door! Ordered the southwest sandwich that no one seemed to know anything about. The Barista read me the recipe "turkey, pepper jack, and avocado spread." I asked them to put mustard on it as well. I drive all the way home and take a bite and as you can see there is no avocado spread. So if I didn't ask for mustard they really would have just gave me a dry ass sandwich with just meat and cheese. If you're going to go here I'd recommend not ordering the sandwiches and stick to coffee. To avoid the disappointment or just go to another location. read more

Drinks were good. Asked if I could "try the turkey sandwich". I probably could have said "the seasonal turkey sandwich" but the girl responded by rolling her eyes and saying "which one". I couldn't find it on the menu other than the quick flash on the advertisement board so I just said don't worry about. Wish she had cared. If she had even asked which one without the eye roll it could have been a different experience. The manager knows who she is; the manager watched it happen, but I'm sure didn't see the eye roll. read more

Unhappy! I ordered a waffle sandwich with vegan cheese instead of cheddar. I was asked if I wanted vegan sausage, I said "no just regular was fine". I got a waffle with only cheese. Went back through only to be told management does not allow food replacement--even if communication error-- without repaying for the item!!! No place does this! Ridiculous! Plus, it had been microwaved too long so my tiny $7 waffle with just cheese was so hard I couldn't even eat it. I will NEVER be back. Total waste of $!!! read more

I was pretty impressed with the way the barista met us at the counter when we walked in. She was clearly busy but was more than happy to chat with us while we picked the flavor of our choice. I got a daily special called lotta love which is like a white lightning with strawberry in it... Ehhh. My son got a teddy bear which is white chocolate and carmel...great! Stay away from a fruity latte... Not good. She asked how they were after giving us a minute to taste them. I was honest and she simply smiled and told us to have a great night. Bi could have pressed the issue and got a new flavor but it wasn't her fault it wasn't great. read more

This review is for this specific Biggby. Now, I usually only get plain coffee at Biggby, because I usually prefer to make my coffee at home in my Chemex. On Saturday Biggby has nice selection of decaf and regular coffee that I can mix and match. I add half and half and WHAM! a decent cup of coffee is born. The tricky part is the cost and the selection. At this particular Biggby the cost was $2.11. At most locations the cost is less than $2. (I should note here, that I bring my own cup for a refill and it is not a Biggby cup.) At this Biggby I was asked how many ounces my cup was and then the cashier asked to measure my cup. This has never happened before. The West Main Biggby takes their coffee prices seriously! The selection of coffee today was really bad. There were 5 carafes of coffee, three regular and two decaf. Two were Biggby Best (decaf and regular), the other three were hazelnut, french roast, and a Rwanda roast (or something like that). Standing behind the counter where the regular coffee is was an employee and her friend/roommate discussing how early they had to get up in the morning, how hard it was to get up in morning and "like, don't you just hate it when you have to, like, get up in the morning!". At 10:20 a.m. I wanted to suggest they save their conversation for another time and place, but their young shiny faces gave me hope so I filled my cup and vowed to simply never return. **At the Gull Road Biggby there are usually between 8 and 10 choices of plain coffee (without repeats) on Saturday morning packed on a countertop 1/4 of the size. It is truly an impressive sight. The employees greet you when you walk in the door. Sure it can be a lot to take in at 8:00 a.m., but it's friendly and it makes you feel important. The barista always asks how you are doing when you're waiting for your spouse's chia latte and, they never measure your personal travel cup. read more

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. From listening to the employees sex lives and orders made wrong and being treated like I was my fault for that it was wrong. I was strung along for a week that an ingredient would be available at the end of the week and only to find out a second ingredient was going to take an hour to unpack even though I couldn't wait because I had to go to work. I am deeply disappointed and will not go biggby again. The staff was rude and offered no solution other than to wait at least an hour. Such a shame! read more

By far the worst service I've had at any Biggby (or coffee shop) in Michigan. With it being close to my home I've been there a half dozen times -- each time thinking that I'll give them the benefit of the doubt -- only to wait a half hour to get one drink or to have my order wrong. I'd strongly recommend going to another location. read more

This is probably my favorite Biggby in town. They always make my drinks the way I want and expect. The atmosphere is great and relaxing, and the staff is friendly. The only way it could be better is if they had a drive thru. read more

I sit at this Bigby's all the time to do catch up on writing projects. Nice environment, always good drinks & friendly service! The only downside is placement of the front door during winter means there's not many seats that aren't cold from a big whiff of cold air every time the door opens. read more

I am a Biggby fan, but will not visit this location again. Everything on the menu is $.50 - 1.00 more than all other locations in the area. (I know .50 isn't a lot, but for $2 - $4 items, that is a 25% increase). I have a discount card that I purchased from a school fundraiser, that offers $1 off a large coffee. I have had absolutely no problems using this card at the Westnedge/I-94 location or at Portage Road. This location, however, made a huge deal about giving me the discount (not that I argued with her, but she got all snotty with me & said she would take it this time, but next time, she would not). I usually end up putting the $1 I saved in the tip jar, but since she was such a snot about it, I didn't leave her one at all. Don't worry about 'next time' because their won't be one! And, now, I will go leave a 5* review for the Westnedge Biggby location, which never gives me guff about my card - and receives that $1 back as their tip. read more

Baristas act annoyed when I ask questions to get the drink I want. They never smile, and are fairly rude when I've been in. I have been a barista for a long time myself, and know that it isn't too hard to care even a little towards your customers. These baristas don't seem to have any ounce of customer service cares. Makes for a bit of a bad experience. read more

I was visiting family in the area and stopped by this Biggby to pick up morning coffee. Although they did not get the order correct, they did promptly correct it when I brought it to their attention. While standing there waiting for them to make the correct drink, the other barista was brewing fresh coffee. She dropped a stack of coffee filters ON THE FLOOR BY THE TRASH, picked them up, and proceeded to USE THEM. I wonder what the health department would think of this....disgusting!! Never going back to Biggby again. WAYYYY overpriced. Their menu items don't have descriptions. I ordered a "chumpkin" expecting maybe a latte or something with pumpkin flavor and it was a pumpkin chai thing. Too sweet and not good. I also got a waffle and my bill was over $7!!! Outrageous! Service sucks, honestly one of the slowest coffee shops i've ever been to. Add that to the fact that it's overpriced and I have no idea what I'm ordering, I will not be back. read more
