Normally, I don't order holiday flavored drinks. However, this one had me at sugar cookie. This location was clean and quick for drinks. Very quick! The only issue I had was my food order didn't come out quickly. The employee was cleaning the oven and didn't see my food order ticket. Every time I order here it takes 25-30 minutes when you have to get to work this isn't ideal. You can't even cancel online so you have to go in person and ask them for a refund and still you don't have the time for that because there's one person working the register and a line of other people all asking for a refund for the same reason read more

I agree that this is the grubbiest Starbucks ever. The only area that felt clean was the counter and display case. The floors had crumbs and napkins strewn around and all of the tables looked as though they needed to be wiped down. The bathroom was filthy. We were facing a three hour car ride and needed some caffeine so we decided to overlook the mess and place an order. We were glad that we did because our White Mocha Latte's were delicious and did not disappoint. We also ordered two sugar cookies and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookies were very fresh and taste great. There was only one employee working during our visit and although she was pleasant she barely said two words. Fairly typical Starbucks, located at the far end of a large strip mall, a few doors down from a grocery store. This Starbucks doesn't have an adequate amount of seating inside for the amount of patrons who come here to work, read or use the WiFi connection; luckily if it's not too hot (or raining) to sit outside, the WiFi signal is still decent out in front where they have a few more tables on the covered walkway. Though there was one patron ahead of me placing his order, and 3 ahead of me waiting for their drinks, my order was ready within a few minutes. One thing to note is that, I was lured here as I needed to connect to the internet and get some work done, and I saw the signage for this place along the I-95 and an arrow at the exit. That said, there is no signage along Military Trail telling you where this place is, and due to the trees, this storefront is not visible from the main road. There are 2 strip malls in this same area, one on each side of Military trail. This Starbucks is in the one on your right. read more

I love Starbucks. This one is in a great location in a shopping center, on the corner. It has outdoor seating which who doesn't love. The inside is spacious enough. The baristas this morning seemed very distracted. Maybe because it's a holiday weekend. They did not have salt for my salted carmel drink and were just kind of matter of fact about it. Typical Starbucks experience with a long line and crowded establishment. On the few occasions I've visited, the restrooms were less than perfect and that makes a difference. I really don't care about the gender neutral restrooms, but I do care about cleanliness. That's a deal breaker. Coffee was made correctly. My "Bill's Morning Start" off the secret menu - a 6-shot Venti, 4-pump Vanilla, 1-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte was made correctly. Ordered Iced SOY latte last Thursday morning. I have a milk allergy so always order non dairy latte. I go pretty often so usually trust them and the sticker says "Soy" too. A staff who is an old woman made it and gave it to me, however after I drank it, I got a serious milk allergic reaction: high fever, stomachache, headache, etc... I had really hard time to recover for a couple of days. I couldn't work even at home. I complaint a guy (initial D!) when I ordered this morning but he never apologies or listen to me! He ignored and kept asking my order... he just wanted to finish his job. :( All the staff in this store are always very friendly so I liked this store, but I was very disappointed this young guy's attitude, and this milk problem actually happened to me a couple of times before it this store. This time was really bad so I just decided to report. If you need to order non dairy latte, you will have to watch the process while they are making yours if they don't pour real milk in your cup. I will return to the store but hope no more problems in the future. read more

I have been a frequent customer at this Starbucks location for 10 years. No one was every interested before today in my name. This was fine with me. They were polite and got my order. That is all I needed. Today I walked in to order my usual small dark roast and was asked my name. I asked Why. Before I received an explanation I was greeted as " Miss Why". The person did explain that this was new procedure. I got my coffee and then I heard Have a great day Miss Why! Being mocked in front of customers at Starbucks is not the way I want to start my day. Probably I'm ungrateful for giving a mediocre review since the morning service has been pretty friendly but the service efficiency is also uneven in the morning and pretty consistently crummy in the afternoon. I often order using the app and at least half the time I have to ask if the order went through before a barista will check, which often results in unexpectedly long wait times. The afternoon baristas also seem to be bored and frustrated clock-watchers. Add in the crowded store (typical university neighborhood SBux) and the bananas and pedestrian-unfriendly parking lot, and three stars may be too generous. read more

I've gone and still visit many Starbucks. All of them offer excellent service except this one. The line is always long and doesn't move. There are times I've waited 15 minutes for a cup of regular coffee. This happens quite often. There is really no sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. I just wish this Starbucks had the same standards as the rest of them . Just a suggestion, when it is busy and you have both registers open someone should expedite the food orders. This Starbucks is close to my house so I'm in here all the time and I love Starbucks food and some of their drinks but I've just had it with this Starbucks location. The Gouda breakfast sandwich is my favorite but I don't eat meat so I always opt for the "no meat" version. I always mobile order my order on my way to work and today was the 3rd time in a row that they have added meat to my sandwich and I had to wait for another one. Today I asked about requesting a refund on the app because this has happened to me multiple times and the guy behind the counter told me "well we got a lot of orders". That is no excuse for messing up someone's order multiple times. The first time it happened I didn't care, accidents happen but they are careless and insensitive. The guy behind the counter made me feel like I was the one in the wrong for modifying my order. Pretty disappointed this morning at The Abacoa Starbucks. I had just enough time this morning to stop and get a coffee. I don't like anything fancy just a coffee. There were six people working and everything seemed to be fine but I stood in line behind the same three people for ten minutes as the employees all stood at the same two registers. No acknowledgement of the line out the door... nothing. When there still was no sign of improvement and I had no time left for my stop...I just left. I mean at least acknowledge the line.
