Some associates are nice and helpful. Some associates are better suited to working in a barn. The associate that I pointed the insect carcass to left it on the counter while she retrieved my items from underneath the counter. Thank goodness my items were sealed. read more

Well, sad to say our neighborhood, Starbucks has quickly gone to hell in a handbag. I have given this store, so many chances over the last 10 years to pull it together and get some sort of organization for us, the residents and neighbors of this area. However, today with nobody in line, no Tickets, they still cannot get my order right. Then when I tried to correct my order with the shot that I wanted in my drink, the manager proceeds to tell me I need to pay for that when they got my order incorrect and nobody seem to know what was going on. I pray that Starbucks will get this in line. The new manager Luciana was less than helpful, and as I turned around to come back and get my coffee, her and her young lady are talking poorly of me and calling me names. This is unacceptable in our neighborhood. read more

It's the time, and I do mean my time!!! To get a small coffee have to tell this young punk and a cowboy hat behind the counter went to put my egg bites him because he did didn't do it or forgot, or was stoned or whatever, so after 20 minutes of waiting, I say to one of the very nice young ladies, which were two I have no complaints about that that I needed my coffee and it was taking too long. The young lady wife skin African-American immediately apologized and got my coffee , the young guy with the cowboy hat was standing there with a glaze look on his face like he just smoked five joints. Not sure what the heck is going on, but I will never ever ever ever set foot in the Starbucks again and you should neither place sucks.!!!!! read more

I just placed a mobile order at this Starbucks. At 7pm. The store both on the app which is the accurate of the store hours and on maps it said the store did not close until 8pm. I got there at 7:30 to pick up my order. For them to be closed. With the door locked. And unresponsive to me standing outside. With a note on the door saying "call about mobile orders in the morning". This is not okay. The least they could have done is open the door instead of standing inside looking at me like I was not a paying customer. So I prepaid for a coffee that I did not even receive. They terrible service with incredibly rude employees. read more

Really need to work on coffee training skills. This very busy Starbucks make mistake after mistake when making coffee. From not knowing how to mix the coffees correctly to serving hot coffee cold..taking forever to make the coffee then having to wait for them to remake it again after they make it wrong. Service is great here. I love the staff who always seem to truly enjoy their jobs. That's a hard thing to find in the service industry. What's very unique about this location is quite literally the location. It's across the street from a popular park and nearby suburb neighborhoods, which creates a lot of foot traffic. This is also a popular spot for the local high schoolers. This place is very popular and busy, yet the wait time is always managed quite well. I've never waited more than ten minutes to receive my order, from the time of walking in, waiting in line , ordering etc. Since this is a chain business, there is a lot that continuous across the board that I don't need to go into - the product, options, interior etc but this location excels. I was getting bagels next door and felt like having a Soy Iced Latte. I usually stay away from the Starbucks but sadly I'm not finding a lot of great coffee out here in the Atlanta area so I'm getting used to the Starbucks. Here's what I thought of this one. Coffee: Standard Starbucks coffee, they only have sweetened soy milk, no almond milk, making it sweeter than I'd like and of course the coffee is over roasted as always. Still, it was enjoyable enough and killed the craving. Service: For some reason I got the impression I was bothering them asking for a coffee. Very flippant but it's a Starbucks and the baristas here today will be different than the ones you get as turnover is usually crazy. They didn't screw up my order and so that make it acceptable service. (I don't have a very high bar for Starbucks service) Ambiance: Nice and airy and bright. Lots of table to study at and a really comfy, rather large sofa seating area. All in all, this is a nice Starbucks and if you like Starbucks you will like this one. read more

Hmm, thought I've reviewed this before, but I guess not. Baristas at this location are very friendly, remember their regulars, and are quick and efficient. Nothing to complain about. What I LOVE, absolutely LOVE about this location, is their wi-fi. I can spend my lunch hour watching YouTube or NetFlix and not worry about the video going slow or stopping to load randomly. I do wish they had a drive through for when i'm in a rush in the morning. Parking can be a pain. read more

This Starbucks is AWFUL! I go there from time to time, and it's always busy. Usually they have one barista trying to manage drinks for a line out the door. Here's a thought; hire a new one? Today, in particular, the line was excessively long. The lady at the register was friendly, and was addressing her regulars by name. Then you come to the baristas. To my surprise, they actually had 2 working. Usually the same guys, and they are easily the most unhappy individuals I've ever met in retail. No smile. No thank you. No acknowledgement of life. This poor little girl was trying to find her drink and the man wouldn't even address her. The nail in the coffin for me, however, was my cup was not full. This is not the first time this has happened. The cup is 1/4 foam, and it turns the grande into a tall. So, why did I order a grande and pay almost $6??? Never going back!: read more

The rudest staff I have ever seen. When we walked up she just starred at us. Barely acknowledged our order while she was working on something else and talking to a co-worker. Just rude. No wonder this location is never busy. Update- they have a new manager named Elise and she has changed the place. Service is excellemt and I now drive out of my way to visit this location. The struggle is real to find a good barista who can make a good frapp. $7 for my drink and the barista assistant still failed. I had to ask multiple times to add extra caramel and I asked for a salted caramel frapp and she didn't add the salt. Will never allow her to make my drink again. read more

I love this Starbucks. There's always space to sit whether you want to chill out or work, the internet is fast and reliable, and the staff is top notch. Elise and Brandon are rockstars -- always super friendly and they go out of their way to make sure the drinks are just right, even when it's a crazy order. 5 stars here for sure! read more

I frequent this location on my way to work, and every time I do I wonder why. There is only one girl working the register that is friendly and helpful. Anyone else seems impatient, and one in particular completely ruins my experience. If she rings up my coffee it's a guaranteed mess up. I don't know if she just doesn't listen, or doesn't care but every time she helps me my coffee is wrong. Top all that off with a minimum 15 minute wait time for coffee. There is only ever 1 person making anything, while others seem to just float around. People are always lined up everywhere in the morning obviously stopping in before work, and they don't care about speed at all. If I ever stop in the morning I'm almost always late to work because I have to wait forever. If only I passed another location on the way to work.. read more

This location is right outside my neighborhood. Very busy. I like going there as I always run into friends. It can get a little crowded at times. They handle crowds week and the line moves quickly. The only negative is that it can get a little dirty, but not much different than most busy Starbucks. Coffee is always good and around Christmas, I love the new blends read more

Line to get coffee is literally out of the door. Small neighborhood coffee shop in a shopping plaza next to Brooklyn Bagels.

I usually go to this Starbucks location but I won't be going anymore! I ordered a strawberry acai and asked for light ice: when I relieved my drink the cup was almost filled all the way with ice. I told the batista, "I ordered light ice" and he ended up dumping the drink in another cup straining out the ice and strawberry topping and just splashing more "strawberry acai" ontop. He then slid it on the counter and walked away. I will not be back here. If I order something and it's not made correctly, I'd hope to see polite service when the item is sent back and returned. read more

Worst starbucks I have been to. The baristas here are so rude. The guy making the drinks barely mutters your name/drink and scowls at you if you couldn't discern his snarl as the English language. This location is convenient to my job; that's about the only positive attribute I can give them. Even when it's not busy, they still struggle to get my order correct. There seems to be an issue in communication between not only the staff and customers, but the staff themselves.
