My experience is always great with this location. I ordered a big order for my team at work. There were 10 people but some ordered multiple items. Only issue was with the ordering process: There is a limit on the app of 12 items. Also, I originally received an error message that I must use a gift card or reload to order in advance. I went to drive thru on October 18, 2025. I was requesting my drive that I usually get and have gotten at this location if I go inside Or in drive thru many times if I pay extra for it to be done and it does not taste like what I requested. I was told by you lady in drive thru that I could not add extra milk to my drink, it was not allowed. I simply said well that ok and when the car in front of of me drove from the window I kept going. it's enough how high the prices are for drinks now and when you may even pay for the extra for your drink to be customized to your taste and you don't get it. This is crazy the quality of the taste in your with the high cost of their drinks. I use to visit Starbucks daily now I may visit two to three times a month. This Starbucks location is one that I frequent often. It's usually not very busy during the afternoon, but sometimes the line can wrap around the building. The only downside is that another drive thru business shares the area where the line usually builds up. This can cause some "traffic jam" situations with cars from the other drive thru trying to enter/exit the same area where the line forms. The service is usually fast, but I do feel they are sold out of products often. All of the staff have been nice and enthusiastic. I will continue coming to this location as long as I don't see the long lines that happen in the morning! read more

Their overall rating is a two and it is probably because you pay for a whole drink but only receive 3/4 of it. I'm no mathematician, but that just doesn't add up! I don't like to review chains like this, but I feel like I just have to let people know. The people are really nice and bubbly, but the service is soooooo, sooooooo, soooooooooo slow. I've never met a Starbucks this slow for their drive through. No matter what time of the day I come in, early morning rush, afternoon, or night, 1 car ahead, 3 cars, etc. ALWAYS slow. Either this place is understaffed or the employees need more motivation to be more efficient. Either or, it needs work. I think I can recall a drive through wait of 30 mins with only 3 cars ahead ... It's hard for me to be crazy about Starbucks, but it seems to be the only option for coffee in this area. Unfortunately I don't live near any of the fancy coffee houses they have in the Montrose area or the village, so I must settle for this when I am in need of a caffeine fix. The SERVICE is always meh. The cashiers are never to enthused about being at work and I have never been really "welcomed" at this location in comparison to others. I am mindful of the fact that because this is the only Starbucks in about a 7 mile radius that it is pretty busy during rush hour mornings as people head to work. The COFFEE is just meh. It never packs a punch. I often attempt to get the "seasonal" coffees PSL or the Gingerbread latte and they are lack luster with only a hint of flavor. My BFF is an avid Starbucks drinker but she ONLY gets COFFEE. So I thought I would follow in her footsteps and try the blonde roast which is advertised for those who like coffee but a lighter, breakfast blend. I would be offended if I was the person this drink was designed for, it was so WEAK it tasted like water. The COST of these cups of coffee is way more expensive than I would like to pay for a cup of coffee and I typically can only treat myself once a month, so I NEED it to be worth my while! On one occasion I bought my husband and myself lattes and his was mostly foam, he really on got a sip of coffee and I paid 11 bucks for that! The line inside and at the drive thru are so slow...they don't seem to know how in the world to manage them when they're both long. I have been a few times in the last couple months and there were a lot of flies inside. I got grossed out and waited a while before visiting again. My last visit, there was a Wet Floor sign with spilled coffee near the condiment area. This Starbucks is so slow. One day I got stuck in line for 15 mins in the drive thru. I think I have been there 3 times and my order is right all the other times my order was wrong. I went yesterday after church walked inside this time which I never do, ordered right away and waited for my drink and it was wrong. Have been to this location a few times, but only on the way to something in the area. However, this will be my last visit. I know not every drink will taste the exact same as another location, but should at least SOMEWHAT taste the same. I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte, and it tasted like hot milk with cinnamon on top. There was also no whip cream added, which I didn't ask for no whip cream? I'm a huge coffee addict, or should I say Starbucks addict, so when something doesn't taste right, I automatically know.
