Amazing people! After getting coffee all over me because of another location I stopped to buy more coffee and they applied and gave me coffee to replace. It was right temperature and tasted great. Thank you for also giving me napkins to help me dry!!! read more

I recently used mobile ordering at Starbucks and waited a few minutes before arriving at the store. When I got to the speaker, the barista told me not to approach unless my order was ready and seemed to have an attitude, which I found inappropriate. Not sure if she was having a bad day. When I picked up my order at the window, she was still unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome. I wouldn't have minded waiting for my drink, but I didn't appreciate the disrespect. read more

Ordered ahead on the app, my hot chocolate wasn't even luke warm and tasted like plastic. I had a couple others try it to make sure it wasn't just me, they agreed. Huge bummer because we were in town for the weekend and multiple others would have came to this location but instead we drove further away for better service. read more

I order Vanilla sweet cream cold brew. This location makes it wrong every time I order it. Today I thought I'll give it a try & I would remind them, so I asked them nicely "Please don't stir the foam into the coffee" and what did they do? I'm not sure why they do this, the only location i've been to that does this. Will not be returning. read more

Starbucks - Not the vanilla sweet cream "cold brew" I wanted - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hudson, Wisconsin

I think there was a miscommunication with the cashier and myself because I ordered a venti and they gave me a grande, and when I corrected them they did correct my order however the girl who gave me the correct order back gave me the nastiest look and "corrected me" saying it wasn't what i ordered but she fixed it anyway, wow thanks. I always tip and I love starbucks but her attitude made the experience miserable. read more

Their app needs some improvement. I ordered via the app and it told me there was a 15-17 minute wait. 11 minutes later I arrived to get my extra hot cappuccino... which was barely Luke warm. All the froth had disappeared. It had been sitting for 10 minutes. The coffee beans i ordered for home were out .... And I had to get the house blend - which I don't care for. I wish the app and the store could figure out inventory and wait times. read more

Wi-Fi speed sucks....so very slow. Yelp is also stupid and wants me to write a review with 85 characters or more.

Great Starbucks. Did a purchase with my app. Went into the store snd got my cup o Joe and was in and out fast. Huge line. Don't wait in line. Save yourself some headaches and order ahead or right from the parking lot and u won't have to wait forever. Store has a nice huge inside. I miss going to the local Starbucks and hanging with my friends. People are really nice hear snd inside is clean and they don't waste time getting orders out together. They have a huge line of cars all the time but handle the tasks at hand fast. Great Starbucks. Did a purchase with my app. Went into the store snd got my cup o Joe and was in and out fast. Huge line. The worst drive thru around. Wait times can be 20 min long. The inside gets shut down randomly. Was just there and waited in the drive thru line for 25 min. read more

I'm removing one star because I was given dairy milk instead of the non-dairy alternative I asked for. I double checked the sticker on my drink. It said "soy milk". The drink tasted a little off, but I attributed it to getting a different espresso or more vanilla syrup than usual. I got super sick from just a little bit of the drink. Instead of getting the pick-me-up I needed, it ended up wrecking my day. I was too sick to even go back and have my drink re-made. read more

A blessing from the lord! Although I don't drink coffee, they make the sweetest desserts and the best egg bites, I mean seriously. YOU MUST TRY THEM!!! They're so good if you ever go to star bucks; You must try the eggs bites. read more

The team this morning at Starbucks was amazing, friendly, and fast! Me and 10 other people that I was traveling with stopped in for coffees before heading out on a road trip and the baristas here were very welcoming! Thank you! read more

I used to love this Starbucks. I'd typically go in the afternoon. Loved it. But since my work schedule moved to mornings, I am there right when they open at 530am. And there has not been one time they have made my order right. I ordered a peppermint white mocha. There was no peppermint. So I called and they offered for one on the house the next morning. I go once again at 530 am... and they ended up making a regular peppermint mocha. I haven't gone back since. Not worth my money if they can't even make my makeup drink right. read more

Every time I go to this location it reminds me why I go to Caribou down the street instead.

The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week! Otherwise service was fine

Hudson Starbucks--one of the few reasons I have still have faith in the brand. In my experience there are two kinds of Starbucks--Starbucks like the Hudson one and others where you have to ask the question--"Did they mistake diesel fuel for the espresso?" The Hudson one stands apart from many, hell all, other Starbucks I've visited. I used to routinely drive 45 minutes from Menomonie just to have a Cinnamon Dulce Latte...ahhhh. The people here are friendly and DO NOT mess up your drink--which is a VERY important factor for me. The only thing that sucks is the drive-thru location, but for me piece of mind in not having to have that awkward "you messed up my drink...again" conversation makes a crappy drive-thru alright. read more

The coffee and tea are great, but the hours are random and unposted. Store randomly closes for days or is only open for a few hours.

Just got the best caramel brûlée latee ! They are always so kind at all hours of the day !! Thanks !

Drive through time is incredibly slow unless Jon is working, its sad because I feel as though the only time my drink is made right and the line is moving at a decent pace is when he is there. I ordered a tall soy cappuccino and got a shot of espresso with light soy foam at the top... come on guys... read more

I was in the Hudson Starbucks on Sunday, Dec 29, about 8 AM. Four or five employees behind the counter, about six customers in the store who had already been served. No one else in line waiting to be served. No one acknowledged me at the cash register/order desk. After a bit of a wait I checked the time on phone. Five minutes later, no one had looked up from what they were doing to say they'd be with me soon, or provide any indication they knew I was even there. I walked out. There were three cars in the drive thru. I'm generally pretty patient, and if one person had said "We're swamped, but will be right with you," I would have waited. But the complete lack of customer acknowledgement or service is unacceptable. Caribou in Hudson did much better. read more

Despite some of its questionable business decisions, I enjoy going to Starbucks on occassion. This specific Hudson location however is probably one of the less desirable locations. I came here to meet a friend but there is very little seating, most of which is squished closely next to other people and quite uncomfortable. The staff would rather talk and laugh amongst each other rather than prioritize their customers. I have no issue with coworkers who want to talk or even be on their phones, but not if it means being ignored. I ordered their peppermint mocha coffee and after a wait was able to snag a tiny table. Unless I am desperate for Starbucks, I dont see myself coming back to this location and would recommend maybe going through the drive through. read more

Multiple times I have driven to this starbucks and they are closed for the day. It's so disappointing! They tape up a sign on the drive thru screen and this most recent time it happened, they were closed for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday! How is that allowed? Very Frustrating. read more

This Starbucks was very pleasant! The lady at the drive thru even complimented my dog! One time the messed up on a drink so gave me a new one. Both for free! read more

Slowest Starbucks in the multiverse. There could be fifteen baristas and one customer and it would take them ten minutes to pour a coffee. Quality is all over the place. The only reason I haven't sworn this location off entirely is there are a few (FEW) staff members who are delightful. read more

It's Starbucks. You know what you're getting, which may or may not hold appeal for everyone. But the service was friendly and timely via the drive-thru at a busy time in the morning and now my Caramel Macchiato has me fully caffeinated. Life is good. read more

It's really just a donut shop not a specialty coffee shop. Order light or dark roast forget it Pike medium roast is all they have. So just like the donut shop one type of coffee is all your getting. read more

This location has dissapointed me for the last time. I'm the only one standing in line with at least six people working and not one person bothers to greet or ask if I needed asistance. I understand the importance of maintaining and prepping for the upcoming afternoon rush, but everyone seems to be waiting for someone else to take my order. The piece that really bothered me was how extremely vocal this staff needs to be while I finally sit with my work and coffee expecting a slight degree of relaxation. Everything from the daily operations to how loudly they need to make their conversations heard while trying to promote the inviting atmosphere is self defeating. It's a good thing they offer drive-thru service. Maybe this location should permanently stick to this business model as their form of self-sustainability. read more

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Cheese and veggies were smeared all over the inside of the bag. It was a mess to eat in my car. Someone behind their counter sure was sloppy. I would never give something in that condition to a customer. read more

I've been a fan of Starbucks for decades... Since they open their first stores in the US. This Hudson shop is one I cannot recommend. Food quality at the drive-through is uneven, Ranging from port to really terrible. I keep remembering the quality of the Starbucks I have been to in other locations in years past, and keep returning hoping for that same quality again. Not only is the quality gone, but so is the courtesy. The manager told me that she didn't care if Food was undercooked or stale Since she had plenty of business regardless. I think it's time to stop giving her some business. read more

Ok. It's Starbucks. Regular. NOT. Blonde guy behind the counter could not care LESS about anyone walking through the door. If he does, he does not show it. Gave me SERIOUS attitude about ordering a Red Eye, which, fine, they don't have on their menu, but nstead of being nice and saying, that actually is not on our menu anymore, what would you like 3 shots or 4? He tried to belittle me and then I watched him treat every Customer after me the same way. The questions he asked me and the others behind me, instead of - "what siez would you like with that?" He said - " and...is there a SIZE??" I went back for a refill, waited 7 minutes, he (nor no one else) seemed to notice that I was waiting, just kept cleaning f the smoothie machine, I decided to go and the nice manager asked me if I wanted a refill as I was headed out of the door and I said , no that was ok. She said, I saw that you were waiting and I said "I was waiting for a long time for anyone to notice that I was there, but thank you." She knew what was up, but this guy was SO salty to everyone who came in the door, I finally decided that was enough, I don't need to go there again . read more

In my experience, Hudson Starbucks 10123 is the best Starbucks out there. Yes they are quite slow once in awhile and occasionally have moody workers, however at the end of the day the staff is human and are oftentimes understaffed and overwhelmed by the number of customers each day. If you experience a situation here that you did not enjoy, you have the right to notify them and they will go out of their way to do their best in correcting the mistake. I have been coming here almost daily for roughly three years now and have made so many memories at this location due to the wonderful, amazing staff that they have here (simply the best). You will not regret visiting Hudson Starbucks 10123. read more

My family got together today for Mother's Day and for a bit of fun we bought 7 different drinks from Starbucks to do some taste-testing. Not only were all the drinks overpriced but they also all tasted watered down. They were horrible! As my nephew commented on one of them, "It tastes like they ran a peach under the faucet and served the water." If all the Starbucks have this same quality I am very surprised they are still in business! Do yourself a favor and go to Dunn Brothers. read more

great people! I get so much work done at this place I like to think of it as my 2nd office.

Good, fast service. I wish you didn't have to walk through the line of cars waiting for drive thru to walk in. It also was slightly annoying to have one stall restrooms. The food selection was broad, giving me more options than in my hometown. It was also nice that the baristas made conversation with you while you waited. I give it a thumbs up. read more
