This place sucks!! Don't go there so rude to you and look at you with disgust in their faces and I feel unwelcome here and I wish I never came here. They don't let you sit there if you have not brought anything and I you can't go to the bathroom or get water with buying something. The food was really bad and tasted like garbage and i saw mold in my food a few times. They all just sit there talking to each other and have no care in the world for you. I had a few times of me just sitting there for about 20 minutes waiting for my cake pop. They also start arguments with you and like to fight over nothing like if you ask for no ice or light coffee and more milk. They try to pick a fight with you and once saw a fight happen with. Starbucks employees are SO BEYOND rude and towards kids especially even the ones who just sit there, talk to their friends and drink a drink of their choice. Their drinks are pretty hit or miss, they are either the best thing ever or they disappoint me. The place is quite loud with all the machines and they are always talking extremely loud to the point where the machines and their voices take over. Although I come here quite frequently I always am greeted with disrespect, disgust, or a weird look. Especially on special days in town or holidays they ALWAYS look at you weird and treat you horribly. During the winter walk kids and adults come in to warm up and get a drink and instead of greeting them and thanking them for coming they instantly kick people out for no reason. Most of the time I'm dissatisfied from their lack of happiness, smiles, and greetings. As well as the loud noises and shouting constantly. And one thing I forgot is that they threaten people with police even for the slightest inconvenience. read more

This is the absolute worst starbucks location that I have ever been to. I always ask for extra ice and yet I still get 10 measly tiny ice cubes that melt in one second that don't even make my drink cold. Every time I get a refresher it is always different but still never ever good. my drinks taste and looked rushed compared to every other Starbucks in a 5 mile radius. This Starbucks is a piece of work. slowest service I have received by far. please fix your establishment to be up to par with literally every other Starbucks. there schools be no reason to be this bad at making drinks so poorly and so slowly when thousands of people with your same job so just fine. Every-time I have come to this location rather it is picking up a mobile order or ordering directly from the baristas on staff, it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. In ordering a mobile order for pick up it is always prepared and ready on time upon my arrival and fresh in that I can tell it was recently prepared and with love lol. The staff here is always very friendly, accommodating, and overall in a positive mood. They are always efficient and working very hard. Always makes my Starbucks run well worth it. read more

Great! I literally LOVE starbucks and they make it so helpful in many ways. First off, if I just need to quickly grab a refreshing drink and quick bite to eat, I can just mobile order ahead. This helps a lot , so when I get there it's waiting on the table for me! The food is great for a snack, lunch, breakfast or on the go meal. Also, my kids like there food options and drink options as well. There is a very wide variety of options for anyone to try. Staff members are extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. This location no longer allows for indoor dining and just serves as a carry out option. When it was open for indoor dining, I found the interior design of the cafe to be very limited for seating. This location used to be great for studying, meeting up with friends, etc. but now focuses on individual seating with limited table space. read more

Greatest staff I've ever had at a starbucks. This one is right by my work, so I come in 15 minutes before they close, but they've never complained. Always friendly, helpful and accurate. Ambiance is okay. Seating can be awkward sometimes. Music choice is on point and the place is super super clean. I would recommend studying or reading at this starbucks. The new design is beautiful BUT they forfeited a ton of seating when they remodeled. Don't get me wrong, there are still a few places to sit, but a lot of the seating has very low tables or no table at all making it impossible to do work without leaning over or placing your Mac in your lap. I come here pretty regularly, at least 3 times a week, and I've honestly never seen it very dirty. I've read quite a few reviews & saw pictures of dirty tables and work areas. I'm happy to say that hasn't been my experience. The employees are always working tirelessly to keep the environment clean, but they get a lot of traffic so I'm sure keeping it spotless is a tough task. If you see a dirty table, I'm sure any of the baristas would be more than happy to clean it off for you. All of the baristas are always personable and kind, especially Miranda AKA Max. She's always smiling and has provided me with a ton of drink recommendations! read more

This beautifully renovated location is already being greatly neglected which is a shame because it's such a nice neighborhood and all the local shops are cute and well kept. I love Starbucks, this location is in the center of the action in town, not a long wait ever that I have seen, thebonly trouble I have run into is the train either making it hard to leave or hard to get there since it's right across the street, but that is not any kind of reflection on the store. Mask policy and enforcement are ridiculous, and staffs' enforcement of it is rude and belligerent. Have witnessed several customers get verbally accosted by staff for not wearing a mask or not wearing a mask "properly", all while being less than 3ft away from "diners" sitting down, and are maskless for the duration of their stay in the unit. I don't write many negative reviews, but this is the WORST Starbucks in America. If there are 3 customers and 5 employees working, it still takes them 15 minutes to pour a cup of coffee. It's unbelievable how lazy and indifferent the employees are at this location. And don't even think about getting an espresso drink because they will screw it up without fail. I have stopped drinking Starbucks altogether, largely as a result of my disgust for the downtown Hinsdale store closest to my home, but for those of you still addicted I suggest you at least go to Western Springs, Clarendon, or the Whole Foods location. read more

Amamzing service. Disgusting that no customers have to wear masks inside. All employees are masked to protect customers, but there is absolutely nothing in place to protect the employees. In addition, it seems as if more seating has been added to the café. Apparently this Starbucks is incapable of making my drinks accurately. Of the last 5 times I have ordered from here my drinks have been incorrect 4 times. I order standard drinks with minimal if any substitutions so not sure what the problem is. I suppose since they're so busy with Hinsdale tweens/teens and hospital staff who go here for the convenience, they can afford to not really pay attention. read more
