HAPPY SATURDAY STARBUCKS--Yes plzzzz! Love this location! Always the kindest most efficient team!! They gave me a free oatmeal for breakfast in the drive thru too along with my coffee orders. I've been going to this location for about 10 years at least and it's very convenient for this area in a small shopping center. Inside they have a nice wall structure of merchandise and very cute nooks to study, meet up with people or hang with groups. Also, the front patio is always a nice place to hang on sunny days. The team here has been a solid 100 every time and always genuine and generous! This visit they really made my day extra special because of the breakfast I didn't expect. Thank you, again Starbucks!!! Starbucks used to be my "go to place," for coffee each day but over the years it has changed. The cost of our coffee drinks has increased dramatically, but the service practices have not improved. I'm that picky individual that orders their coffee a certain way and for the cost that they charge it needs to be correct every time. What's your drink? My go to is a Venti quad cappuccino with added whip cream, and caramel drizzle on top. Half the time they forgot the whip and drizzle of caramel; but they don't forget to change you for it. What can we do about our coffee follies? After your down the road from the drive thru it's too late truly. Trust, you just drink it and hope that when you find the need for Starbucks it's correct. Anyways it's not healthy to sweat the small things. Life is a struggle already. Just be glad that you coffee in your hand and it's enchanting vibes are coming to the brain. Coffee vibes, nice it's time to begin day. The service at this particular Starbucks location is amazing with the staff always having smiles, but the chances of your drink being correct are a hit or miss! The ladies at the office enjoy the experience of Starbucks too, so in addition to my own personal coffee usually I'm bringing drinks for a few co workers too. We can Starbucks or not Starbucks that the decision that we are granted. There is something nostalgic about the coffee from Starbucks taking me back to the first time it's healing properties graced my lips and enchanted my brain in Seattle, Washington. I'm writing this review not only as a customer but on behalf of my dog. This is easily the best and kindest Starbucks store! I'm a teacher, so I've been to a few in my lifetime. We started coming here about a year ago and now they know us by name, they know our dog by name and even customize his pup cups. Whether we come at 5am or 8am, they are happy and kind to all. They are patient with every customer and situation and truly look like they enjoy working with others. We do mobile order in both drive thru and cafe and they are always prompt with our orders. Visited this morning around 6:30 and the line was just out of control, but it was early and the winter menu comes out soon so it makes sense. I get up to the order screen and it takes a woman over 2 minutes to click the button for a cranberry bliss bar, while making it seem difficult. I get to the window and it's an older lady, grab my bar and my drink... I taste my drink and for some reason this drink is just not right. This is the closest Starbucks to our house, which is so convenient! My fiancé and our two dogs came here to get some breakfast before heading to the park. We ordered a Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon & Cage Free Egg White Sandwich with cheese, cinnamon coffee cake, a ham and Swiss cheese sandwich, and a puppuccino for our pups. The staff who helped us were very kind! Our order was up and ready super quick! Our sandwiches were very delicious! The breads on our sandwiches were soft and chewy. The cheese were melted which made the sandwich even more tasty! The cinnamon coffee cake was super delicious! It was light and fluffy, but at the same time very moist and dense. It wasn't too sweet, which I liked! Our pups enjoyed the puppuccino! I love how Starbucks offers this for dogs and it's complimentary! It was a nice treat for them to share! Clearly I still have toxic childhood issues. Why else would my mother give me a $150 Starbucks card for Xmas? It's the one place that never fails to make my day worse. Today was no exception- even free was unbearable. I watched over 15 minutes as every drink in and out of the store was made and delivered. But the cashier seemed so unsure about loading the dollar value into cards that I actually had to visit another Starbucks and verify the gift cards were loaded properly. No confidence was inspired, and I'd hate to give a zero balance Starbucks card as a gesture of gratitude. In a few years a hologram of the card balance will solve this problem. read more

Just got back from the Drive-thru at this Starbucks on Bicentennial. The girl who took the order and who also was the person at the window has TERRIBLE customer service. An entitled worker who doesn't understand that we, as the local customers, are the reason that she has a job. She provides her customer service with an attitude when she greets you at the window. If you don't order your drinks in the 'correct order', i.e. Iced Carmel Macchiato vs. Carmel Macchiato Iced, she'll argue with you and state that you didn't say it correctly. Management needs to fix this young employee before she turns away more customers like us. So glad there are more Starbucks stores now in the area. After getting done having breakfast nearby, I was in need of a strong cup of joe for the drive home. Hence, I stopped by here on my way out from Las Vegas. This Starbucks location is located in the vicinity of Inspirada. It's is a nice, family friendly, and clean location. The baristas were super nice, and took the time to ask about my day while they took my order. I asked for a recommendation, as I was popped after partying too much, and I had a five-hour drive ahead of me. The barista kindly recommended what she though would do the trick, so I went with that. After less than five minutes, I had my drink in hand. While I waited, I noticed that this place was kept immaculate. They also have it set up to stay consistent with Covid 19 precautions. This was a good way to top off my stay in Las Vegas. My drink definitely kept me wired the whole way back to LA. I will keep this place in mind the next time I come visit my buddy in Henderson. read more

Ashley is the star that shines at this location. I have lived in this area for over 10 years so this is my home Starbucks and Ashley has been here for as long as I can remember. I order several different drinks that I like with various customizations and she always makes my drinks correctly 10/10 times. Not only is she efficient but she is also very fast. I have never had to wait a long time for my drink when she is working and if I mobile order it's always ready when I walk in. Shes super friendly and hardworking. She remembers my name and acknowledges me every time I walk in no matter how busy she is (which not all of the employees do) with a smile. This place has no consistency. Sometimes they do well for a time, then completely fall apart for multiple visits. I estimate that they will get the order correct about 40 % of the time. I mostly blame management for the dismal performance. Today, my son drove through and picked up a drink for me, and of course it wasn't even close to being correct. When I drove back to get the correct drink the girl working the drive through was rude and insulting. With a smirky grin, she told me that I would have to contact the corporate office to complain or get a refund. Inside, the restaurant is clean, but seating feels limited because they are always so busy. The drive through is hit or miss and sometimes it moves quickly and other times it takes longer than anticipated, so I only stop by when I have a few extra minutes. Every time, without fail, the staff is rude, annoyed, short with their words, and obviously not happy at their job. It is sad and I always leave feeling turned off. Your supposed to leave a Starbucks happy!! (I should also mention it is always a female at the front so I have not interacted with any male employees at this location. Maybe they are great?) The drive thru line does go fast, I'll give them that. But I will be driving out of my way going forward. People go to Starbucks for a reason and a lot of it has to do with customer service. It makes me so sad that the present crew cannot get an order right and now have a crew member who is just flat out rude and nasty. One of the better if not best locations! I purchased 2 bags of espresso holiday roast, which is on sale B1G1. I used my Starbucks Gold card (insert coffee snob joke here) and also had a $5 gift card. The savvy employee said he'd add the $5 to my Gold card so I'd get full credit (stars!) using the Gold card. What an angel! I'm so thankful. This is my "home" Starbucks location and I love it! The staff is always friendly and upbeat and most of them remember my name and my favorite drink order. There are quite a few tables next to outlets for working on a laptop/tablet and the typical large table in the middle for larger groups to hang out. A couple of comfy lounge chairs grace one corner for those pursuing their reading career. The location is great and is typically really busy. With the amount of new homes being built in this area, it will only get busier. I've rarely had an issue with any of my drinks and, if I do, they take care of it without question (as expected). The Wi-Fi is free, but it's also slow (1.5Mbps) so don't expect to be streaming video too much. The great thing is that there is a cell tower (hidden in the flagpole) in the parking lot so if you have a great data plan, you can always hotspot your laptop/tablet and get speeds upwards of 35Mbps. The drive-thru is long enough to support the morning rush, but I've found that it's quicker to go inside if the drive-thru is packed. When you're on your way to work the last thing you want is to get out of your vehicle, but it's well worth saving 5-10 minutes. Outside, there are plenty of tables/chairs with a couple of umbrellas. The drive-thru wraps around the outside seating, so it can get loud from time-to-time. There is also a Subway and Roberto's next door if you're aching for lunch. read more

Never have I sat at a drive-thru completely still for several minutes. Drink tasted fab (typical coffee frappacino) but it spilled some and the lady wiped the counter, then my drink... in that order. Hate to nitpick cleanliness but that's just a little wrong. They were very friendly here, but just wasted $10 and an hour of my busy day. I ordered two decaf peppermint mocha Frappuccino's. I'm not sure what I got tasted like weak chocolate milk, no coffee, no sugar, definitely no peppermint. I drove back to exchange hoping it was just a mistake. They explained because I asked for decaf they had to make it differently. So they tried again, it was just bad no peppermint taste no mocha. So I said can I just get 2 regular peppermint mocha Frappuccinos (not decaf). I thought that'd fix the situation and I'd get the delicious drink I've had every year around this time. So this one looked like a peppermint Frappuccino even had the chocolate drizzle unlike all the others. But again tasted like chocolate syrup with cream no peppermint whatsoever. I never had a "bad" Frappuccino until today. I had no more time to waste so I couldn't try one more time. I wish I had just asked for a refund but literally didn't have to the time to sit in line any longer, had to go. So $10 in the trashcan and no peppermint mocha Frappuccino.
