Starbucks - William D Tate (Grapevine) They have something special happening here. They have two baristas walking the floor, greeting each customer and checking up on them. I stopped by here for few hours. Once I placed my order, I was greeted and spiked conversation with store manager, Steph. She started as a barista at nearby location. Now, she worked her way up to the manager position. Congratulations‼ It was a rare sight to see that a store manager was cleaning and organizing the store, early in the morning. I've visited over 100 locations, worldwide, so far, and I've rarely seen a manager get down dirty to help other baristas to be the best team they can be. Under Steph leadership they have something special I have not seen at other locations. This store stays very busy in the mornings. They are working hard to resolve the morning rush and it's visible. They have two baristas walking the floor, greeting each customer and checking up on them. They also have iPads in their hands, keeping track of each customer's order that is in queue. As they walk around, they are keeping customers in the loop on their orders and when it will be ready. Hats off to this wonderful and hardworking team. The atmosphere isn't bad. The seating is somewhat limited. When you walk in from the Patio entrance, to the left you will find few seating options, including two lounge chairs, as well as, large leather bench with three tables and three chairs. To the right, one additional lounge chair. As you keep walking towards the Order Counter, they offer large, Conference-Sized table with ten chairs. Additionally, available large tall round table with four tall chairs. Otherwise, open space for customers waiting on To-Go orders. For customer service, I recommend stopping by and experience it for yourself. I'm looking forward returning soon. read more

I enjoy this Starbucks. I go there frequently and my food and drinks is always ready. They always make my drink taste the same (good thing) and they are very efficient. The workers are nice and polite. Definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks! read more

This was my go to SBs until today. At least I won't be coming back in the mornings any more as the lady that manages the mornings (at least I think she's the manager)although she's super nice and quick she ABSOLUTELY NEVER fix my Caramel Macchiato correctly. She must get points for being quick even if the order is wrong which it is every time she's responsible for making my drink. Its not like it's a difficult order given it's one of their staple drinks. The drink is always watered down when she makes my drink and although I order it the same way extra extra hot, with extra Caramel and drizzle throughout the cup she never does it. The drink is warm at best and she puts all the caramel at the bottom of the cup so during the last few sips that's the only time you taste the caramel...I mean it's a Caramel Macchiato I should be tasting caramel while I'm drinking it not assaulted with a caramel sludge at the end of the drink and it's a lot of it so the last couple of sips are thick like sludge totally disgusting. I'm beginning to think that she gets a bonus or recognition when shes gets the drinks out fast even when they're wrong because usually people are in a hurry to get to work and don't have time to turnaround and have the drink remade. The reason why I said I'm NOT coming back in the mornings is that this morning she was overseeing the training of the new baristas and she was directing the young man that was making my drink and per usual it was made the same disgusting way SHE makes it. She should NOT be given poor direction to the newbies in an effort to get the orders out super fast when the person ultimately is not getting what they are PAYING for. I always tip but her actions make me regret tipping upfront. Remember HASTE MAKES WASTE!!! read more

I've been pulling through the 'bucks lately thanks to my students and the holiday gift cards I've received lately. They're close to home and the drive thru is super convenient. They seem to regularly have banana nut loafs in stock, which is a go-to. Many locations are typically out, so that's sweet! Only once did I come and they didn't have what I wanted (very berry hibiscus tea). To be fair, I went to another location and they were out too. So maybe there was a wider spread shortage. The staff is always super friendly and laid back here. I found their tip jar around the holidays pretty comical. I've only been through the drive-thru, so I can't attest to service indoors. The service is amazing the employees who assisted me where so welcoming. The ambiance is so clean this location is a 10/10.

Patio is still open inside is not.. staff is excited to be back and they have taken great measures to insure safety!! No inside seating yet but several outside One door in and one door out. I went to Starbucks to start the spooky season with a pumpkin spice latte. Parking outside the building was very simple. My drink order was pretty simple and easy to complete. Whip cream had already spilled and been smeared on the cup's lid when the drink was delivered. This is unacceptable if someone is spending $6 or more for a latte as this is unsanitary, and the lid could have easily been replaced  I shouldn't have to clean my lid because the barista made a mistake. Additionally, the latte itself wasn't that great and lacked pumpkin spice flavor. I don't believe I'll be returning to this location again. read more

Brand new cafe with outdoor seating and drive-thru. More than anything, I was impressed with the team. It's a scary new world we're all living in, but they managed to be upbeat, friendly, and safe--including masks and physical distancing--all at the same time. Same great service for a fine Starbucks in this area. The #coffee is hot, and this Starbucks is clean. In Starbucks newest edition to the Grapevine area this Starbucks is larger then all of the others. It also has a more open and lighter feel. Possible due to the light marble counter tops and the soft light concrete flooring as well as the very large windows located throughout the building. The service is good, with some bumps here and there due to new employees. I expect this location to be as busy if not busier than all others due to its close location to a lot of corporate HQ's and DFW airport. Overall this is a great Starbucks to get your coffee and snacks while you go to work or just chill in the lounge area. read more

This Starbucks is always slow in service, even if there is no line at Drive through its slow. Staffing appears to be sufficient. Employees are friendly enough, quality is good. Cleanliness is good. Outside not so nice, the plants around the outdoor sitting area are dead, looks pretty bad. read more

This was my first time at this location, I'm partial to the one in Euless because that's my bubble I live in. This location is like all of them; layout is fine, bathrooms are clean, and the employees are rude. However, these employees are more rude than other locations. I went through the drive thru, ordered a grande chai (the same drink Ive had weekly for 15 years) and it tasted like hot milk. I had to drive around get out and go in. They remade my drink but not without making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I gave 4 stars because I paid for the drink not to coddled by the people who work there. I come here every morning before my shift at the hospital nearby and they are wonderful every time! My drink & breakfast is always perfect and they consistently have great service. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Today the Starbucks app was down and I didn't have my physical debit card on me. This Starbucks is the WORST, I live VERY close and go out of my way to go to another one! The manager,I guess she is the manager (red hair) comes out and screams at customers constantly. Makes you feel like crap. Once even a young employee made a mistake and the drinks feel out of the "poorly made" drink holder. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I could forgive the shortages. I could forgive the slow service, but the employees? No way. No one had on a mask like they did the other day, but the girl at the window should've had one. She wouldn't acknowledge me at the window even though I was sitting there for 5 minutes. All she did was talk to her friend. Then she opened the window, and had all these little white heads on her chin. Put on your damn mask. She was messing with her hair and wouldn't wash anything. Service was very speedy! However, I ordered from the manager on duty and she was not listening to me as I gave my order. She had to ask me twice what drink I wanted after I had already said it. After paying, she didn't offer me a receipt or ask my name for my drink. She was talking to another worker while I was ordering. Drinks are good; however, it's the service that's really suffering at this particular store. I've noticed that there's a new crop of employees that don't have that sense of urgency or even the customer service skills necessary to keep a smooth, fast, and pleasant experience going. Of course, to be fair I've had great experiences in the past and this appears to be a new problem.
