This Starbucks is not up to par. I ordered a caramel cloud macchiato with light ice and almond milk, but I received a glass full of ice with a little coffee and caramel in it. I couldn't tell if almond milk was even used because I prefer it for nutrition purposes, but imagine if a lactose intolerant individual ordered that and they messed up due to the lack of ability to follow simple instructions. The cloud part was non-existent as there was none of the sweet cream on top either. Also my fiancee received a cold brew that tasted like fruit juice instead of coffee. I'm not sure where they went wrong but this place has a ways to go before it meets the standard. read more

I have been here multiple times to this location and visit Starbucks close to every day or every other day. And the amount of times of rudeness from this specific location is insane. The last time I walked in to order, the associate just stared at me not saying hello or anything while I stood there waiting for a simple hi or what can I get for you? He stared at me for a good 35 seconds until he rudely said "what can I get for you" I was in shock from his manners! So then after a drink I name off he cuts me off and says "anything else?" And yes I wanted to finish my order. He was the most rude associate I have ever been treated by. And not to mention the last time I came in here they gave my boyfriend attitude because he needed a specific coffee because he's diabetic. Starbucks always talks about it being okay to customize drinks but the workers always make the biggest deal of it at this location. Very sad about the whole thing. read more

I usually order with the mobile app and pickup in store. Sometimes I order in store. Never had any issues with accuracy or long waits. Sometimes they're out of something (they're not in control of supply chains) and when I asked the baristas about it they let me know when they had an idea that it might be back. I've never gone through the drive through so I can't speak to the speed there. read more

Cute little location outside the mall. Stopped by this location driving back to Indpls for some liquid fuel for the drive. Instead of using the drive thru I actually went in. Its a wide open space with seating by the door and over to the side as well. The main area is wide open and can accommodate large groups of people, or that morning rush of people on their way to work. The staff was really friendly and worked hard to get people in and out quickly. The inside was well organized and clean. It was an overall friendly, warm, and inviting place. It felt like a good place to chill with friends, get some work/school done, or just kick back with a book. read more

This is one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. Even though they're busy with walkins and a drive thru, they're quick and accurate with your order. I always enjoy Starbucks. This location has always treated me right. The service is great one of the better locations I have ever been to. They always have a good selection mugs and other coffee and tea related merchandise. I am usually a black coffee guy but I do from time to time get a latte and I have never had a poorly made drink. I really like the location, and although being at a main intersection its not hard to get in our our of the parking lot. Its a smaller location than most but does have good seating. I'm not one to do this at all but I am currently sitting in my car extremely frustrated. I went and ordered two of the same flavored lattes and when I got them, they did not have any syrup in them (I get the same drink every time). I walked in and asked if they could be remade with the syrup and the young man who was asked to remake them was asking ME how to make them as the other employees stood by. I, again, received the same drink with even more milk and no syrup..... I don't blame the young man at all but I don't understand why no one was willing to help him and I can't get myself to go back in and ask for another one. I will not be returning to this Starbucks but I really hope that the manager sees this and initiates a culture of helping one another when a fellow employee appears to be struggling or has questions. read more

I can't recall getting a burnt coffee or messed up mocha anytime. That means they are pretty consistent. That's a good thing but not very common in other places. Not sure who really reads reviews of places so large as Starbucks, but I felt that this location needed recognition!
