i order a very simple, basic coffee that's on their menu and every time I get it from this location it's awful! I order a tall hot white chocolate mocha coffee with no additions or substitutions and every time it taste like warm milk. I really don't understand how they're capable of messing up something that's a regular on their own menu. I understand $5.68 (the cost of my order) isn't much but it is when you're constantly handed a warm cup of milk each time. Can someone please train their employees on how to make a basic coffee. read more

While on vacation in Dallas I needed to caffeinate and this location got the job done. It's a stand alone location with decent amount of parking and a drive-thru. Both times I visited I ordered ahead on the SB app and swung by to grab my drink. My drink came out in a reasonable amount of time and was correct so that's about all I can ask for. I'd certainly come back when/if I'm in the area again. read more

We walked in. We waited about 3 minutes and no one greeted us . There was no menu . We walked out and ordered drive thru. We had no choice.

Only go to this location if you have 30 min to wait for your drink. I feel bad for the Starbucks workers here. They are a very busy location and you can see they are clearly working hard but it is not enough to keep up with the demand. It also doesn't seem to matter when you go, there is always going to be a wait. The drinks are fine - like any other Starbucks. read more

Customer service doesn't exist here. I understand that when Starbucks is busy, it's very busy. I was in the greatest of moods, but talk about vibe killer. The "barista" Lilly was very rude to just about everyone that came in. It was obvious she was a little overwhelmed and possibly didn't want to be at work today. Her response to everyone walking in the door was " you are going to have to wait because we have a lot of orders." It was a very sad display of customer service coming out of a Starbucks. And to end my post.... My drink was wrong and they forgot the cold foam. read more

This location is always busy in the mornings, however they have great customer service My go to drink is a hot nonfat carmel macchiato and this location makes it perfect everytime. My only issue with this location is getting in and out of the parking lot. read more

Unacceptable. After waiting in line for 20 minutes only to get home and see that your product could cause me to get ill because this not just expired a few days ago but Last MONTH. Waited 30 minutes for a drink while the workers watched me sit here staring at them. Finally one person looks at me and asks what the name was for my order, and i told him kindly. 10 minutes after another worker asked me if i was waiting for a drink, and after i tell him he says "oh! okay." and then takes 10 more minutes to make my drinks. They are pretty busy so i don't fully blame them, but when someone is sitting there getting making eye contact with the workers and no drinks, it's kind of unacceptable :( read more

Easily one of the worst Starbs i've ever been to. 6 workers and i'm the only customer in the lobby CLEARLY picking up a mobile order that I see is ready. Not greeted by anyone. Waited patiently at the counter until finally had to ask someone to hand me my order. Not a single thank you. Extremely rude. I went through the drive thru & ordered a sandwich & a venti spice pumpkin latte hot. I was handed my order by a guy with a big Afro & I drove away. I get down 30 heading to my destination before I take a drink & notice it's a Venti Pike Place with cream. Turning around was not an option & I was upset as this drink is very pricey. These guys try hard but they are just to busy. Their manager needs to schedule more people in the morning. I order my drink on the app, wait 15 min then drive 5 min & the drink still isn't ready. That wouldn't be such a big deal if I hadn't ordered my drink 30 min ago & people who walk in after me are getting their drink a good 10 min before mine. They don't prioritize the mobile ordered & I usually wait about 40 min for my drink all together. The parking lot is horrible, it's way to small for the amount of business they do & there is absolutely no sense of urgency with this crew. The drinks are usually ok, but for what I pay for them I want better than ok. Had to return a drink the other day and it became an issue. The machines went down, could not return the drink. However, Brandon came to the rescue! Wrote on my receipt to return this another day, came back this morning and he gave us both drinks for free. As stated in other reviews, taking a left into the parking lot is a bit precarious. The parking lot is shared with other businesses, as in, a payday loan establishment. Seating is minimal. Predominantly a drive thru establishment. Drinks were good, staff was friendly. read more

this is based on 4 months of reaaaally paying attention. service - took 10 min to get a venti latte at 530am and i was the only person in line. this drink was made well though. staff - uppity, sometimes they greet, sometimes they don't, either way it's obvious that you're on their time. they make good drinks though. location - the location is actually great (right off 30 and beltline), they just didn't make the entrance/drive through very thoughtfully and folks don't know how to drive, on the road nor out of the drive through. at least you got a good drink though. look, this is a weird part of gp that they are starting to develop (sports arena, theater, gas stations, etc), trying to connect the northern border at irving to gp proper through that long stretch of beltline. so it makes sense that it's a little off. it's a subpar setup with a subpar staff and good drinks. take your pick. read more

This Starbucks is right off of I-30 and Beltline and it has a drive-thru. It can be quite difficult to get to during rush hour in the morning if you're headed south on Beltline and trying to make a left. They can be a tad bit slow some days, but always friendly, my drinks are always right, and sometimes they give out free samples! One afternoon I got 2 different food samples within 5 minutes! Mmmm...caramel pecan sticky buns. Also, this Starbucks has a special summer menu and they're offering the bananas caramel foster Frappucino (or caramel bananas foster, whichever way it goes) which I've not seen at any of the other Starbucks locations. I frequent this location because it's convenient, right off 30, but I only come here when I know I am not in a rush. It seems that no matter what time of the day it is, it is packed and it takes at least 20 mins to go through the drive through. The space is small so be careful if you decide to park and go inside, you could end up trapped in by the drive through line. On the other hand, the workers are always kind and great you w a smile. I've never had a problem with my coffee or the service but the problem I have is this Starbucks is really hard to get to in the morning. I go around 7:30 and if you need to turn left into it, Belt Line is solid cars. You have to wait for them to get a red light, and hope they are paying attention and leave a gap for you to turn in. Then, to get back on I-30 you have to cross all the way over traffic to be able to turn left back into west I-30. It can be pretty stressful and daunting some days, especially if I'm in a hurry. I wish they would have built this where there is better flow of the traffic. read more

I don't know what happened to this location. I've never had a problem here until tonight. We went inside at 8:45 and order our drinks. It's about 9:05 and I noticed 5 cars had gone through the drive thru and the people BEHIND us in line had already gotten their drinks . There was one girl making all of the drinks, and two guys doing who knows what . When we finally get our drinks after over 20 minutes of waiting, my boyfriends iced white mocha had NO ICE ?!
