I ordered a falafel wrap and a chamomile tea. I got a jalepeno chicken wrap. When I tried my tea once it cooled down, I could tell there was more added to it. Lemonade and honey? I did not ask for a prepared drink, I said "tall chamomile tea". I would have given the benefit of the doubt, but I am a vegetarian so I wouldn't order a chicken wrap. I really am trying to avoid the Green Siren people and their overroasted coffee but there just wasn't another coffee shop open at 6:30 this morning and I needed to get some internet done. Even this early, it's too hot to work from the van! So here I am and darn it if these weren't friendly baristas in a clean coffee shop that was super busy and yet, it all just hummed along. A stop into the restroom and it was stocked and clean. Four hours working from this Starbucks and I didn't hear a single raised voice and I didn't see a single customer unhappy with their order. And I hate to say it, but my coffee was good. I have found the Iced Shaken Espresso hold the syrup has so much milk and so much ice that you can't even taste the burned coffee. This was a super friendly and super clean location. In true Starbucks form, the customer service was excellent. I'm visiting family for the holidays here in Gainesville and decided to stop by for a caramel macchiato with almond milk. I also grabbed a lemon loaf which was simply delicious! I opted for the drive thru versus inside due to personal COVID precautions. They do have outdoor seating as an option. The staff did have on masks and were super attentive. This Starbucks is very new. I was studying here around 9PM- closing and I received about 3 free drinks. Since the place is new, they were having employee training and so some of the drinks were given out for free. The best drink that I got is actually not coffee. It was their Strawberry Açaí Lemonade. It was super refreshing and not too sweet or sour. Perfectly balanced and refreshing. This place can get packed though. Came to this location for the first time recently. MUCH LESS CROWDED than the location beside Oaks Mall but it was PACKED. Being in a college town, Starbucks aren't really meant for professional meetings because they are filled with college students taking up one person for each table. this also makes WiFi hard. If you're looking to have a meeting I would advise the Town of Tioga location. This place also seemed a little louder than others but it didn't have the bar in the front of the room so it made for a lot more space. The parking lot was so full I had to wait for a spot but the drive thru seemed much quicker than the other starbucks and was easier to get in and out of if you go to the light by Cracker Barrel. I go to so many Starbucks that I had to look back and see which location this was :). This is the new location by Celebration Point! This location has a different Vibe than any other Starbucks I've been too. It is usually filled with professionals eating, drinking, and conducting business outside of their office. Every time I've been in I see many of the same people working bringing a different culture to the space. I met Summer my ADP payroll Rep here for this meeting and honestly I forgot that I was in a Starbucks (except for the Chai tea latte I was drinking, of course) Even though this location seems to be a working corporate hub, the folks that work here are great! They are fast, precise, and two people I've talked with have a wicked sense of humor. I liked it! I must admit I travel past this location often and spend time in their drive thru. Recently opened past the ramp onto I-75, this place is the standard run of the mill Starbucks. There's tons of tables and chairs to study from and there is a drive through if you don't want to stay. It gets relatively busy here to the point you have to park on the sides for additional parking or in the back. My only two complaints about this Starbucks is that the WiFi connection is really slow and hard to connect too. There also no electric plugs in the center tables! So it's better to sit on the side tables. read more

I honestly think I've been to all Starbucks in the Gainesville area and I would have to say that this is my go-to spot. Though it is still new in the area, I believe they have genuine customer service, great hours, and it's pretty spacious! I went in to order a grande almond milk mocha latte and the barista had some issues scanning/redeeming the happy hour special so he ended up paying the drink for me which was really kind of him! The other Starbuck locations (besides the Butler Plaza Archer one) close a lot earlier and since the hours here are from 5AM - 11PM, it allows me enough time to sit down and study! They have inside and outside sitting and both areas have outlets. Plenty of tables and good amount of lighting (not much outside though)! There's a drive-thru if you don't want to go inside. Parking spots also are adequate! I believe there are some spots in the back of the Starbucks too. read more

One of my favorite Starbucks locations in Gainesville! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My drinks come out tasting exactly how I want them to. The inside is more spacious compared to other Gainesville Starbucks locations. The only thing I don't like about this location is its physical location; this Starbucks can be found down Archer Road near Celebration Pointe, so you might find yourself stuck in traffic just trying to get to the area. The parking lot is small, too, but I've seen cars parked in the dirt/grass area whenever the lot gets full. It's been a hit or miss whether the inside is packed, but recently, it's been on the busier side as more people discover and convert to this Starbucks. read more

The baristas will help you figure out whatever you like and have no problems with making you a new drink if you don't like the one you have. I understand that they are new but if you're an avid Starbucks customer I wouldn't suggest getting your daily "regular" here as they do not know how to make many drinks. I had to repeat my order a few times which is fine but once I had to correct the price because it was way to low to be right I knew my drink wouldn't be right. I essentially paid for 1/2 a cup of product. It wasn't shaken there was syrup (asked for 2 pumps) was sitting at the bottom like Dunkin sugar does. I get the drink at least 3 x a week and was told it's correct yet it's never looked like that or had incorrect pricing so stick to archer other side of 75 for about 6 months till they know what they're doing unless you want a simple iced coffee and not espresso with modifications. read more

Just spent $5+ dollars on a pineapple matcha drink. When I picked it up from the drive through window I mentioned that the drink didn't look as if it had been thoroughly mixed. The answer, "Oh, I think that's just on the cup...". I was left sucking lumps of matcha powder through a straw. Not pleasant. So, shame on me for not insisting that the drink wasn't right. This is the worst managed Starbucks I have been to. I only gave one star because negative stars isn't available. The line is always long inside and out. Poor employees are run like crazy fulfilling the orders. Crystal, who gave me my order was the only bright spot. She was super polite and very professional. I should have known when I walked in and saw the incompetent guy at register I should have just left. He mucked up my order twice previously. Three people got out of line and left while I stood in line. Besides the incompetence of the guy behind the register, everyone else seems to be trying. The first time he messed my order up, I blamed it on him being new and being trained. Then I went back several weeks later and he messed it up again. (Wrong size, wring drink) today he had to ask for help twice on the order in front of me. Today, I asked for ham and Swiss and received sausage and cheddar. Another complaint: why are you out of your dark roast by 10:30 am? not having a dark roast after 1:30 and offering to put a shot of espresso in a pikes place isn't the same. Get your act together or you will lose more customers than the ones I saw leave today. Manager take notice of how a properly staffed and run Starbucks is supposed to be run. Where to begin; I am truly appalled by the service displayed to us at this location! This has been my goto drive-through Starbucks most mornings for the last 4 months as it is next door to my kids daycare. I would typically go between 7-8am and thought the staff seemed unfriendly; but did not phase me as it is early in the morning and I its just a drive though experience. Well a couple Mondays ago one of my little ones was sick so we decided to go in for breakfast after dropping off his siblings. There were 5 staff present behind the counter, who appeared "busy", without a single person in line and possible one car in the drive trough- from what I saw driving in. We were not greeted at all which was not that big of a deal we were in no rush. We waited a few mins for someone to finally address us/ come take our order. She seemed agitated and incredibly rude as if we were inconveniencing her day. She did not ask my name but I figured our items would be called out. Well 2 more customer came in, got their food/ drinks and left. I noticed a few items sitting on the counter and one of the staff saw me walking towards the counter so he decided to pick up the items and call them out (of course they were ours). To make matters worse, our bread was hard and my chorizo sandwich was simply disgusting! I understand some level of bad service in the morning but this is just beyond unacceptable!
