While I was in Fort Collins, I placed a mobile order at this Starbucks. My coffee was ready when I arrived, and it was made perfectly! The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The inside was clean, and I loved the spacious layout. There were various seating options, both inside and outside, including tables and chairs. The staff were super friendly! They provided great customer service, even calling me by my name and wishing me a great day. I feel like that kind of personal touch is hard to find these days. read more

I frequent this Starbucks fairly often due to its central location. The baristas are friendly and helpful, a big plus. The indoor seating is more plentiful than other locations, however on a cold day, you'll be hard-pressed to find a table if you arrive around 9:00am. That's a bummer! When the weather is nice, though, there are even more seating options outside. They recently remodeled and now the sink in one of the restrooms is strangely tiny. They've also started offering wine in the evening, though I haven't taken advantage of that. Not sure I will... Overall, this is one of my go-to meet-up-with-friends Starbucks locations. read more

This is one of my preferred Starbucks locations in town. They have a decent size lobby, they have the clover machine for specialty black coffee, and they have nitro cold brew. I come here often to meet with my daughter for coffee in the morning. I also meet with several people just to hang out. The parking lot isn't the most friendly for getting in and getting out, but it is close to where I work and they do a good job here. read more

This Starbuckd seemed to be the modern day Dunkin Donuts where it's the hangout for cops. It started with one and progressively more joined in to hangout at a table where within minutes there were three. I started with wondering if something was going on. but they seemed to be socializing versus working. Guess everyone grabs a Starbucks to get them through the day. As far as Starbucks goes, this location is one of my favorites. It's almost never crowded, the staff are very friendly and down-to-earth, and there always seems to be a spot open near an outlet. If you use the Wi-Fi, check out the free goodies you can download. Occasionally I'll get some songs to try. I always recommend the chai latte, mostly because I don't like Starbucks coffee. The white hot chocolate and passion tea lemonade are pretty good too (depending on the weather outside). read more

I come to this Starbucks probably 5 days a week (it's our neighborhood Starbucks) and recently have had unpleasant experiences with Shannon. She has been very unfriendly and unprofessional. She reprimanded an employee behind me in line as she was behind the counter taking my order. It was uncomfortable for myself and probably him. It's unfortunate because this is my closest Starbucks and have been coming for years. The Starbucks baristas in general here are always amazing. Very friendly employees, but this is one of the most chronically understaffed and slowest Starbucks locations we've ever found. (Picture 2 employees working with over 15 people waiting for drinks- happens a lot) Even when they're staffed up it's still so slow.... lots of talking among the baristas with not many drinks going out.
