On Sunday, September at approximately 1:15 pm, I was next in line. The cashier explained that he was about to go on break, and that someone would be coming to take my order. He literally did not take my order or the next patron after me. It is my hope that this is not a company practice. No one should have to deal with a cashier's poor customer service. I have always been taught the customer is number one. Maybe more training is needed. I certainly didn't feel this way on Sunday. I didn't take the time to wait on another cashier, because I was so taken aback by the funky attitude and customer service I had received. read more

The alternative when the stand alone Starbucks across the street has wore on your patience. All is well here and they will generally have a great selection of seasonal cups. Drinks are made on the sweeter side. Not for coffee drinkers but for people who like sweet drink with a coffee taste, haha. read more

Hello, I really don't want to give any stars. I'm VERY disappointed in the entire franchise right now. I went to the store on Donnell Drive in Forestville Maryland this morning. I ordered what used to be my favorite drink, Carmel macchiato with almond milk. What I got was a tall cup of hot almond milk. I'm writing because this is not the first time this has happened and not only from this location. I'm so over this note. I used to get coffee everyday. Because of this I now only come once a week. I'm gonna start making my coffee from home now. Your coffee is not cheap AT ALL! I'm not gonna keep spending $6 for hot milk read more

Consistently Disappointing!! I keep giving this location a chance but the drinks are never right. its honestly impressive how consistently bad the quality is. Save your money and tastebuds and go to another location! read more

Slow ass heck! Lobby doors are always locked. Poor service regardless of the revolving staff.

You guys will not be getting my money no more !! Worse service they fired they best starbucks employee the lady that had the locs and always had the pretty make up on . I mean she always made sure me and my wife was well served and also made sure our drinks were to our satisfaction . read more

Employee wasn't at the register when I went. I waited a minute before asking a Target employee if he could call the barista. He said "she's probably getting milk. She'll be back." Well that's not what I asked you. I asked you to call her because I came to this Starbucks in Target so I wouldn't have to deal with crowd at the one across the street. And now I'm waiting just as long because the barista is missing in action. I waited a bit longer before eventually leaving because who knows where the girl was and I have a job to get to! Waste of time. read more

Terrible, my husband and I went shopping at target and since I had a Starbucks gift card we decided to use here. My husband ordered chai tea latte and it came smelling and tasting coffee. My white hot chocolate came with dark chocolate and missing the whipped cream. Not much option of what to eat and the food what we got was the display ones. All cold because inside the store was freezing. When returning our drink orders, the associate didn't answer or apologized for the mistake, not a word, she took the drinks from my husbands hand and threw in the trash and she made them again. My husband's order came correctly this time, but mine was still some dark chocolate mixed with white. Tooooo bad read more

Visited last week specially for the Starbucks and the entire store was closed at 3pm on a Sunday unk reason. Visited today again specifically for the Starbucks after calling to verify that it would be opened. Arrived at the counter and waited for the employee who was restocking. She came near me with no greeting and stated "just so you know I can't make Frappuccinos" I asked why and she dryly stated "the blender is broken". I turned and left the location. read more

This Starbucks is always over staffed but slow the management never seems like that no what's going on very unorganized would not recommend this barista to anyone read more

This was my first and LAST time visiting this Starbucks. The entire team outside of the cashier could benefit from customer service training. The wait was unbearable, especially since there was at least 5 people behind the glass and only one other customer. The chairs and tables were a mess and all over the place, several gallons of milk just sitting out on the counter, and one staff even had his a$$ sitting on the counter. I'd never return. read more

What ever you do DONT COME HERE...the drivethru service is horrible. I've been in line for over 20 min for a cup of coffee with 4 cars in front of me. Please note...they rebuilt this star buck from the ground and they knew what they were doing with the drivethru...there's a small median so you can't get out unless you're in a truck or want to tear up your car...they're HORRIBLE....GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.... read more

I'm very surprised that this Starbucks only has 1 review seeing how it's located inside target and always busy... I digress. This Starbucks location is ok. It's certainly not the best but also not terrible. I haven't had a truly bad experience here. read more

I went to this location for my a Caramel Macchiato with four shots of expresso. My order was taken at 4:14 pm. There were several patrons ahead of me so I waited in turn. A man entered the store approached the barista stand and greeted him by name and verbally gave him his order. He told him that he had three people ahead of him and yet proceeded to make his drinks ahead of those of us who were waiting. My order was not ready until 4:41 pm. #unacceptable service #notgoingthereanymore. read more

This Starbucks is very unprofessional and the service is slow! It's unbelievable! Poor customer service! I was always hesitate to patronize this location! My husband ordered my drink this morning, Brought it home and it had cured milk! Very disquisting! Never visit the Starbucks in close to Long John Silver & PNC bank! read more

This Starbucks is terrible!!! They had nothing on the menu. Everything I ask for they did not have even the NEW drinks. How can you advertise something and then don't have it??? The cashier was just the worst, he was not in any kind of rush to get drinks out. The customer service was just piss poor bad!!!I will NEVER go to this Starbucks again. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. You are better off driving five miles to go anywhere else; you'll get your drink faster. read more

The lines are typically long which is somewhat expected for Starbucks. Unfortunately this location hasn't developed an effect process for servicing customers in a timely manner. I placed an online order and it took 20 mins to make my drink. Employees could benefit from customer service training. I only come to this Starbucks when may options are extremely limited. read more

It has been a minute since I reviewed this location, but I must say not much has changed. They are still THE BEST LOCATION in the DMV area. Am I biased?...Well, if you call getting your order right all the time, workers are friendly, making you feel like you matter, especially when paying a premium price for coffee that you really could make at home, but mines never turns out right...probably operator error...great atmosphere, the cafe being clean (including the bathroom), and quick service...then yes I am biased. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to good service and clean surrounding (parking lot aside), I won't purchase food from a place that is nasty...i.e. Chipotle in Waldorf, saw a big roach crawling by the rice some time ago and I left immediately and haven't been back since...but I digress. This location is so on top of their game that even with different workers, at different hours, I get the same service. My favorite person is Tharsus(sp?) but when she is not there it is not noticeable because she has trained her staff well. I came in a few times when she was busy and I almost turned around. However, Niko, Felicia and Joy took good care of me and my boys. Came in another time and she wasn't there, but Desmond and the young lady that was with him were rock stars. Now, I haven't encountered anyone else, so not sure if the negative reviews are when someone else is on duty, but every time I come and I do mean EVERY TIME, I have no problems whatsoever. That to me is the mark of a good business when things run smoothly, and are consistent no matter who is running the show. NOW, the bad....I didn't give 5 stars, only because that parking lot needs some help and the cafe is a bit dated, other than that this team is all the way AWESOME!!!! So, stop by today, or tomorrow and tell them that crazy girl named Trina, whose family has all the allergies, sent you! :-) read more
