There's a young man who takes orders whose voice is great and genuinely upbeat; he always sounds excited when he says, "Welcome to McDonald's," and it actually makes your day a little better. Like many neighborhood spots, there are often local men hanging out inside, but they're harmless and part of the everyday rhythm of the community. Overall, this is a typical neighborhood McDonald's that delivers solid service, familiar food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I got a hot Chai latte later on since the a/c was on full blast - the chai was also a little overpowering - almost too spicy tasting. If they even this out with the milk it'd be perfect. After 2 unexpected comp'd drinks and an inviting atmosphere, I can say this is a great place to hang out and get some work done.
