    Not what I ordered.

I just left and ordered a caramel craze latte with two extra shots of espresso and a chocolate donut. I'm pretty sure they gave me a cup of milk with no coffee and a three day old hard donut. This is awful. I knew I should have driver a little further down Central Ave to the next Dunkin Donut. A waste of time and money.

Donuts did not look fresh and very little to select from

Went into this establishment for the first and LAST time!!! Came inside and the STAFF was behind the counter talking LOUDLY about customers who had just left. They were CURSING loudly as if myself and the other customers weren't standing there. They were dressed in regular, not-completely-clean street clothes (including zipped up hoodies) instead of anything that resembled a uniform. The available donuts were VERY slim and didn't look fresh at all. I was unable to order using the touchscreen tablet thing. Two staff members (including the manager) tried to help but they couldn't get it to work. One young lady yelled "It's been doing that!! I'ont know WHATS wrong wit it!!" from the back. I told the manager that I wanted food but I'd just take a sweet tea so I could get outta there. She tried to take my complete order but I declined again. I advised her to talk to her staff about their foul (and loud) conversations and she shook her head and said she would. She apologized and gave me the sweet tea on the house.

Customer services for delivery are good but the donuts that I bought are little dry I call to see if I can exchange the 2 donuts and this person was fighting with me over the phone that's unprofessional

Can you see the 'hiring' sign from here?

Got an Iced Latte and it was one of the best I have had! Very rich flavor and velvety texture! Also got the ham and swiss croissant along with the beignets which were both amazing! Definitely wish we had one closer to us!

I wanted to go to Pjs as an alternative to Starbucks but I can no longer. They are way too expensive. I also don't understand how they operate their drive through. You have to ask for everything. Forks, napkins, jelly, butter. I got a bagel which says it comes with cream cheese on the menu, I had to ask for the cream cheese and knife... & this has been several employees by the way. They all do it. Another time I got a biscuit with jelly. I had to ask 3 different questions thinking the server would get it. Can I have jelly...? received the jelly with no knife. Can I have a knife...? Received the knife with no napkins. Can I have napkins...? Any normal coffee shop gives you all of those things with a bag! They don't even give you bags! I spent $25 on a bagel, 1 medium chai latte, 1 medium caramel coffee, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, on top of that I had to ask for utensils and napkins. That was my last time going there. I go to a coffee shop to spend $7 max for a coffee and a treat, Pjs is not that place. They either think they're better quality than what they are or taking advantage of people. Either way I want no part of it anymore.

We were quickly seated and approached by our waitress who also-served as the bartender that afternoon. Because she was genuinely pleasant it made our dining experience inviting. The menu ranged from breakfast biscuits, fried green tomatoes, avocado, toast, etc. so it was hard to determine what to eat, because it was a tossup between cheesecake pancakes and the Biscoff chicken and waffles. Guess who won! With the other combination of soup sandwiches desserts inside you can never go wrong here at milk and honey. This is definitely a land of Milk and Honey! Don't take my advice ... check it out for yourself! Now that I know that this is a takeout diner this will be my first takeout Oh yeah Courtney was a gem of a hostess!

We entered, admired the artwork around the room and were seated immediately to talk further what we liked about it. We were first greeted by our server Tess, who introduced herself & gave us menus. We searched a little, of course hawk-eyed other tables to see what others ordered... and Tess came back a few minutes later to take our drink orders. We got some waters, iced tea, lavender lemonades, and a mimosa flight for the table... but for a Sunday (what I would expect to be a busy day; a day of POST-prep) we received not 1 but 2 dirty glasses that we had to send back. Additionally, it took us over 20 minutes to get not one the flight but the simple nonalcoholic lavender lemonade to the table and was never told what the delay was about. The owner Tiess (I hope I spelled that right) did walk around with a smile, and to greet the table. All tables, and that is always appreciated and noticed by me. We did express to her our concerns and she did ensure us that we'd be taken care of. Tess grabs our orders and later our food comes out. I have been to Milk & Honey before in Bowie, and I say that because I don't remember their menu being so "busy". The grits and fried green tomatoes as an example of said "busy" items. Overall, the food was okay. Their potatoes were overcooked said 1-party, while as previously stated, another party said their grits and the fried green tomatoes were too busy. Not that it was good or bad, just... busy. Too much going on. I personally had the whiting and it was the star of the meal. My side of (plain ol) grits came out and I appreciated them being plain....they were just cold. So... 3 it is. Last few things : 1. Please note that there is a 1.5hour wait time. 2. There is a dj. 3. There is outside covered seating available, overlooking part of the upcoming surrounding shopping center and parking lot. 4. An 18% gratuity is entered for orders over $150.

I'd say the only thing I'm not thrilled about are their breakfast sandwiches - especially their sourdough option. They're all dry! We ate at home and adding some fresh tomato and mayo was a game changer, but without it not worth the purchase. Why 4 stars then? Well, friendly and competent service! We've rolled up to the drive through on a few occasions and I've been filled with dismay, line around the building. But they're pushing orders out the window very quickly, in many instances they had cars pay, get their food, drinks and roll past the window in less than a minute. My kinda drive through. Lattes are tasty, milky, and very inoffensive. I'd prefer a bit more oomph to my espresso, but given Dunkin' is shooting for the common denominator I'd say they're making a real nice acceptable latte. One donut we've gotten was our favorite maple, and it didn't disappoint.
