So, after being stuck in traffic while fulfilling a vehicle transfer for work. Bathroom, is sorely needed. Everyone loves Starbuck Standards when it comes to cleaning. This place is definitely a great example, plus everything is stocked and people are super friendly. I hope I come back this way again, traffic or no traffic, I am having a much better day. I had my customary doppio espresso machiato with extra foam almond milk with a generous helping of cinnamon powder. And I would have made peace with that, but their well stocked display case and foods and pre-made beverages entice me to enjoy another familiar favorite. The Tomato and Basil Panini, my range of acceptance for how well this panini is prepare is pretty tolerant. Today, it was not needed. Great job representing Starbucks! Lousy the barista have an attitude girl look like she was not happy to be there. If you're not happy to be here fix your situation do something to better yourself. No customer service at all please is being ran by incompetent barista's. Would not recommend stopping by here, absolutely disgusted by the customer service and the heckling hyenas who are just laughing and laughing and laughing and not attending the lobby or attending the customers that we're going to do the drive-through utterly disgusting do not recommend. read more

This Starbucks is so unreliable when it comes to when they're supposed to be open and closed. This is the 3rd time in 2 months that I've gone (and I don't go that often) to this location and they're "closed until further notice". I understand if it's something out of their control but whatever internal problems that store is having need to be fixed soon or just close indefinitely. read more

Location is everything... I stop in once in a while. The place receives a lot of foot-traffic, is in a tough and busy part of the entire parking lot, and customers here don't really clean after themselves. It's a good place to stop in and grab a quick coffee and hit up the restroom. Other than that, I try not to stop in if I can help it. The seating area isn't the best but it comes in handy if you have no where else to go to study. The music is often a distraction for proper studying. On a positive note, the staff always seem friendly enough to get your order done right. That's usually all you can expect these days. read more

Horrible service, the guy upfront has the biggest attitude. Don't come here and if you could cut his hours please. Nobody wants to be serviced by some who you ask what flavors do you have and answers with attitude "nobody adds flavor to the americano" Like you work at a coffee shop, im not here for anything else but coffee. I understand it's annoying when people show up almost near closing, but I showed up an hour before closing. First, the guy taking my order was so quick to finish up so they missed another drink I wanted. Second, I tried to get their attention through the window and was completely ignored. Third, I asked the guy (hefty bald dude with a brown beard) if I can get that drink and said they "couldn't take orders at the window" BUT THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE BEHIND ME. I love this spot! They have the best ice in the vicinity. Everyone here is friendly. I always use my personal cup and they seem to know me by name 'cause they recognize the cup. I love that! It feels personal coming from a franchise such as Starbucks. This location is busy so you must have patience. Driving up through their drive thru can be daunting and a long wait. The location is is in a terrible spot. There is heavy flow of traffic and they have to use cones to guide traffic for drive thru line que. Bathrooms are clean. Hopefully, it gets remodeled. read more

This Starbucks sucks asked for an iced caramel latte and then just gave me an iced latte and it pretty much looks like milk if I wanted milk, I would've gone to staters and just grabbed a gallon of milk. I have been coming to this location on and off over the years and it has always been the same. They are always running out of stuff. I've been here before when they ran out of cups and caramel. The drive thru line are always extremly long. This last time I came I was in lone for 30 minutes before ordering, it would have been longer if 3 cars didn't get out of the line. My drink didn't taste right. And it was sloppy and melting all weird. Like if it was just sitting there. read more

4 out of 5 times they will forget items of your order , and the one time they do get it right , they forget to even put straws in an order of fraps lol I've ordered here multiple times and usually not by choice due to me having to order thru DoorDash I can't really pick a location it gets picked up from, but they times in able to go get it myself if just prefer the locations on Slover next to the target, management here at this location couldn't care less about their customers order they're just tossing them out and hoping for the best I guess. 0 stars if I could. Also seems like their phone line is disconnected or something so trying to communicate with them isn't an option. Save your time, the Slover ones are pretty close just go to those. read more

Ran out of all Frappuccino drinks. Never seen that happen before. Starbucks with no Frappuccinos is like round table with no pizzas or Chinese food with no Chinese food. Like what's that about. Cashier was so rude too. No apologies no "I'm sorry were out of Frappuccinos," nothing. As though it was our fault the6 had no Frappuccinos. This was my first time at this Starbucks location. The inside of the store was very clean, and there were about five employees at the front taking orders and crafting drinks, so the wait time wasn't long for me. I ordered an iced matcha latte for my mom, which she enjoyed. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this location. read more

Rude girl working today 11:40am 11/16/24 reddish hair skinny girl. I asked her why my order was taking so long to come out after 4 customers got in line after me and got their drinks. I had ordered a total of 4 drinks. So when I asked her politely why my order was taking longer than others she rudely told me "well I'm not working on that side" another employee had put two of my drinks by the cash register in drive thru and never put it on the pickup counter. I waited 20 minutes for my drinks, terrible customer service! My young daughter even noticed her attitude and told me "mom I think that girl had anger issues" and she is 8. read more

Worse service I've ever had at a Starbucks. I saw that the line was long at the drive thru, so I got off and figured it would be faster walking in. Well, I was wrong. 3 out of the 6 employees that were there were just walking back and forth and not once acknowledged that I was there. I waited for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. By that time, there were 3 people waiting behind me. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they gave me my drinks pretty quickly. read more

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered ahead on my way to work and the door was closed, noting there was a safety hazard in the store so mobile orders had to go through the drive thru. I ordered at 525am, order was estimated to be complete by 532 and I had to clock into work at 6am. By the time I got through the drive thru it was 610!!! When I got to the window they handed me 2 cold coffees and a petrified sandwich!! Why can't they just turn tht mobile order feature off if they're going to force customers through the drive thru!!!??? Never going back!! read more

The dirtiest bathroom in all of Fontana and Starbucks in history!!!! I frequent 2 other Starbucks in San Bernardino city, and even with their homeless population, they stay on top of their bathrooms. This one, I walked into the 1st one to see the toilet seat covered in urine so I went to the second one and saw the same thing and all over the floor. I hate to leave a negative review, especially because I am a regular here. But.... This is the SECOND time this barista by the name JOSEPH is extremely rude and condescending. The first time I felt maybe he was having a bad day etc. but today I witnessed him be rude to the car in front of us at the drive thru and then he was very rude to us. Besides him being rude, he declined to sell us a cup through drive thru because he was being "timed" he said if I want to purchase a cup I need to get back in the drive thru line and order it. However, he also forgot to give us one of the drinks we ordered which we had to wait for him to provide us... this defeats the "timer" he was referring too and could have easily grabbed us a cup. Joseph has a terrible attitude whenever we get unlucky and have to deal with him. Do better Joseph! read more

Why am I not surprised this place only has 2 stars. These "employees" are so damn snobby. Customer service is so damn bad. You walk in, walk to the register and not one employee acknowledges you, which happens quite often. Walked in today, get to the register, one employee grabs cleaning items, walks past the register, ignores me, ALL three employees at the drive thru window are chatting, laughing, they see me, one is completely just relaxing leaning on the counter instead of doing something or at least saying "we'll be with you in a second" so I just turned and walked away. Screw this place, crappy customer service, DO NOT GO HERE unless you wanted to be treated like crap after taking your money there. read more

Outside of the product is the experience. I've gone enough times to conclude that it varies by employee, as it is a different experience each visit. There are a few instances where employees are disgruntled they must take your order rather than using the kiosk, as well as initial impatience over customers needing clarification over ingredients and allergies. I must say, the older gentlemen are quiet, yet respectful. I'd highly recommend speaking to employees over conduct and customer service, as it greatly impacts loyalty. Given we are paying over $6 for simple teas, please button up the areas mentioned above as we look for top quality drinks with top quality service, thank you!
