I work across the street so this used to be my go to spot before work! "USED to be" are the key words. They hired a new barista and the girl is beyond RUDE!! I thought maybe she was having a bad day but NO. I went in a second time and could not bring myself to order when I saw her obnoxious face. From what I hear from coworkers this is common. I know for sure this Starbucks has lost customers because of HER. It's unfortunate. read more

This is the slice of Starbucks paradise when you want to get away from the customers from the Flushing Main street branch. They have normal customers and you won't have to deal with the non-customers who use the bathroom, eat their dollar dumplings, or pick their toes! Its normal here and you will love it! read more

Happy with the way they blended my Skinny Peppermint Mocha Latte. Baristas were swift with our orders. Coming back because I shop around here quite often... but will probably get my fix in the Target.... entering this Starbucks is kinda wierd and awkward by car. read more

I used to come here all the time. In fact, it was my go-to spot because it is in close proximity to my house and super convenient. Though it's pretty small, they have about 10 tables and some comfortable chairs by the window. They also have a little section filled with the Starbucks paraphernalia they sell, such as coffee mugs, Eco-friendly canisters, and the like. The staff is always really friendly and organized. I never had a bad experience here until the last time I went. So, my cousin and I decided last minute on a Sunday night that we wanted some coffee. We walked into the establishment, the sweet aroma filled our nostrils, and we soon found ourselves ordering large (for the snooty Starbucks customers, Venti) coffees and croissants. I don't see her very often so this was supposed to be a nice opportunity to spend time and catch up. To my dismay, we couldn't complete our "chill session" due to the incident that subsequently followed. We sat down and one of the employees came over to gently tell us that they were closing at 10:30. This was at 10:10. Deep in conversation and eager to finish what she we were saying, we acknowledged him and said something along the lines of "no problem." No sooner did I part my lips that I swore I saw something black move past my eyes. I first caught this in my peripheral, thinking it was a floater in my eye. As my cousin continued talking, this black thing moved again, so I looked a bit closer... To my disgust, it was a HUGE roach scuttling across the floor in all it's glory. Having a phobia of bugs, I nearly jumped out of my skin. We left immediately, all the while scratching ourselves until we got to the car. I don't know what bothered me more... The fact that a huge roach was crawling around in the open... Or that the staff and my fellow Starbucks customers seemed to miss it? This struck me as odd... Either this situation is commonplace for them or they are truly jaded New Yorkers... I won't be back to find out. read more

I am definitely a Dunkin lover but when I have a gift card or some of my friends want to hang out at Starbucks I won't say no. This location is in the shopping center close to my job so I decided to come here and use a gift card I had. Like every othet starbucks, everything is super overpriced. I ordered a cappuccino and a cake pop and spent early half of the amount that was on my gift card. The employees' were all very nice and my order was completed quickly. My barista told me about some Starbucks program they have for frequent visitors where you can earn free drinks. Even though I'm not a frequent visitor it was nice of him to explain it to me and I will probably sign up even though it will take me forever to get something for free, but who doesn't love free stuff?! My cappuccino and cake pop were good, a great afternoon snack. This location isn't that big so seating is limited. The parking lot is huge so you shouldon't have a problem getting a spot. They have a few seats outside for when the weather is nice. Definitely not a bad place to stop at if you are shopping at the mall on 20th avenue. read more

This Starbucks seems quite clean. Everywhere except the floor on the square tables area.. I was there since 11:30 AM. How could it be that dirty already? It seems like they haven't mop the side of the floor for weeks. The service was good and nice staffs. However my poor laptop charger was on the dirty stained floor for 6 hours. Oh wells... read more

Slowest Starbucks ever! Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your drink, even when it's not busy, especially if you order more than one drink.

Terrible service. It takes the staff forever to get your order ready. You're better off waiting in line that placing an order using their mobile app. Mobile app orders take about 2x as long. I went yesterday to get an apple fritter and they were sold out. I went today to get one of their refreshers and was told they ran out of coconut milk and strawberries. They need to do a better job at forecasting their inventory needs. read more

Great location for this Starbucks. Very convenient to get too when I'm doing some shopping at this mall. They are usually always busy but the service is fast. I never had a slow experience here. A bit on the small scale and due to the busyness it can be A bit difficult to study or do any kind of focusing. read more

Lovely baristas. Ample parking and outdoor seating. It is in a shopping center so it convenient for some retail therapy. It's right off the expressway so it is easy to get to. All in all a great place! read more

Rarely busy, the attendants do talk to each other non stop which I dont see as an issue they are human and trying to get through their day. So don't take it personal when they're taking your order and still engaging in their conversation lol. The seating is a bit odd, they have a huge table randomly in the corner and a bunch of small ones on the oopposite side. The parking lot is huge and connects to many other businesses. Its right off the highway and a very convenient stop. They also have a restroom in the rear all the way to the right. But its a starbucks they're all pretty similar, this one just has no wait time..... read more

The product it good but the employee's here need to talk less Ebonics and more English. There should be company rules against that everywhere imo. read more

This is my go to Starbucks since it is closest to my house. I always feel welcomed and I am on a first name basis with the manager Shannon and some of the baristas. My drinks are always consistent and the staff is very friendly. On the weekends it can get busy and the seating is limited. I usually just grab my coffee and go. read more

Worst place ever..I don't usually write a review good or bad..But this place is horrible..They don't know how to make simple cappuccino..Don't waste ur time going there..they don't deserve even 1 star..plus they gotta work on their attitude read more

I absolutely love Starbucks its only was when one a women worker whinned about making 4 Frappuccinos i mean you get paid no? And that was my drinks that she was making other then her i love it read more

Way understaffed.! 25 min for a coffee. During the week not so bad. Saturday's don't even bother.

Although I think all Starbucks coffee tastes burnt, this location makes surprisingly good coffee. The staff is friendly even during mad rushes. This one gets packed and they are still collectively pleasant. read more

For the most part, this Starbucks location is like just about any other. You'll find the same coffee, the same snacks and the same retail items here. read more

I am a frequent Starbucks customer and often visit many locations but this one was definitely the worst. I walked in and it was clear that they were undergoing some kind of renovation (at least I would hope they were) but honestly I think they need to reopen when it is complete. The overall appearance was poor from the moment I walked in the door. The place was dirty from the counters to napkins and garbage around to the bathroom which I opened the door and did not proceed to go in because of how disgusting it was. The staff seemed very unorganized almost as if it was their first day working together because you could overhear them communicating with each other about taking orders and making drinks and it was clear they didn't have a game plan. If it got busy it would have been a disaster. I ordered two grande green tea iced lattes and I waited a grand 9 minutes for them at 3 in the afternoon. When I received them they were barely mixed and the matcha powder was entirely at the bottom and the top was completely white from the milk. This store was just highly unorganized and I will never be returning. Very disappointing to see such a reputable place be so poorly ran. read more

Horrible location to sit a business on due to traffic and stop lights. Service is so so.

Recently I have been disappointed several times with my orders n had to ask them to remake them. I am so burned that I don't want to waste my money to buy something that's not "Starbucks" quality!! I wish they train their staff to make the drinks the way it's suppose to be... read more

This place is an odd spot for Starbucks. Next to mcdonalds. Parking a plenty. Fast service but never find a spot to sit though. Took my chance and took my cranky child there one day, staff were accommodating. Will be a Starbucks patron for as long as I drink coffee I think. read more
