    Made me a new one

I dropped mine when opening my car door. The staff made me a new one. this is why I love Starbucks.

This location was just recently renovated and some seating was taken away however there's still plenty of seats for everyone. This is a very convenient location with a huge parking lot right in front. I've ordered coffee and food here plenty of times with no issues at all. Staff is super nice and all orders come out pretty quickly.

Cappuccino with soymilk, minus the actual coffee roast

This is usually my go-to Starbucks even though it's further away, but they're usually the only ones in my vicinity who know how to make basic Starbucks drinks. I'd normally give them 5 stars. The other day i ordered a cappuccino with soy milk, as per usual, but they forgot something in my coffee... the coffee! I got it delivered, so after the first sip tasting wildly off, i opened the lid and there it was in all its glory-soy milk! That's all. This is the second time it's happened in about 6 months, so still averaging better than not. Will still patronize this particular Starbucks... as long as it doesn't happen again. Their new vanilla custard croissant is sweet and doesn't taste bad, but also doesn't have the consistency of custard. It is what it is and still edible and decent, just don't expect an actual custard. The new potato chive thing they got going on right now is pretty good, though it has a "microwave" texture. Iykyk. A great Starbucks when they don't forget the coffee in coffee drinks. And the stickers on the cups really help. I'm a sucker for stickers.

High traffic Starbucks in College Point Mall aka Triangle Center. My bacon Gouda egg sandwich was its usual very good breakfast sandwich. Sticking point: they are housed in a wall to wall glass structure that would be lovely if cleaned more regularly. There is outdoor seating shared with the McDonalds next door, as well as indoor seating. Also, plenty of mall parking.

If you know me... you know I love me some Starbucks coffee :) I used to actually work at this exact store back in 2009. It looks very different now, very clean & modern and spacious. The baristas were very quick & the lady who took my order (Denisse) was very kind, quick & polite. She clearly knew what she was doing as I ordered a semi-complicated order for my wife (pink drink, lite ice, no strawberries, less milk). They got the orders down accurately & it came out so fast. There was an Asian barista at the other end of the bar prepping the completed drinks for people to pick up easily. Very organized and efficient. I was in and out in minutes. 5/5 experience for me!

Won't come back, I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso , a half of my cup was just "bubble". I always drink the same, I know what it is, one of employees there which is a male, told me to order a latte next time because shaken espresso is supposed to be shaken lol I am not stupid, man

Another go-to Starbucks location on my list when I am at the neighborhood. Nice music, SOP(standard operation procedure) drinks(I mean you won't expect surprise, either good or bad), updated drinkwares on the shelf, ...all just like other Starbucks' So, what's special about this one? :) I like the high ceiling structure of this one :) It's not a big place, comparing to its other brothers and sisters, but this one the high ceiling and the lighting both offered goers rather relaxing and welcoming loft atmosphere. And of course it's a plus to the Starbucks experience. I also like the customer service here. You maybe think the customer service is part of Starbucks SOP and all location share the standard; unfortunately it's not always true. We can easily take others for granted, especially when we think they SHOULD... Baristas at this location are kind and pleasant when they face customers, and always patient when drama comes... ok ok, I get it. You would say it's all their SOP. Just because they are doing their job as SOP, doesn't mean everyone at their positions would do the same good job and with consistency ;) This Starbucks location has become many regular coffee drinkers point-to shop!

Won't be coming back, the person at the cashier does not know how to input the drink that I ordered and has charged me extra. She said she'll refund me the difference and has not. (Ordered a strawberry açaí refresher, charged with strawberry lemonade açaí) Also she literally threw the cake pop in a bag. Sucks that I come to this location often, but I rather go somewhere else where the employees are actually paying attention to what their doing.

Starbucks, you know I love you! But why your restroom so dirty?! One star deducted.. I'm sorry but the cleanliness means a lot to me! My cashier was Maggie. She is so sweet and got my order right! as for the baristas, I wish I could speak with them as they make my order but they're usually busy.. Kinda wished that they had more tables or seating.. But it's a small location. The interior design is pretty cute. It's a typical Starbucks. It's close to home and I come here to meet up for mini coffee dates with my friends.

Only ONE person at that table has a beverage. The rest are just chilling and taking up space. #notfair

I love Starbucks but this one just like MOST always has some jerky boy/girl who buys ONE drink and brings their whole damn personal office to the place and stays there seated for hours! Therefore not allowing new paying costumers to sit and enjoy their beverage because there is nowhere to be seated! When is Starbucks going to put a stop to this? Newsflash Starbucks you are LOSING $$$$! Ps. Clean your bathroom!

Horrible location to sit a business on due to traffic and stop lights. Service is so so.

Everything is rich, indulgent, and made to satisfy your sugar cravings. We tried the Banana Nutella Crepe ($11), Oreo Lover Bubble Waffle ($11), and a Hazelnut Frap ($6.99). Both the crepe and bubble waffle came topped with whipped cream, a generous drizzle of chocolate, and a dusting of powdered sugar. It was definitely over the top and decadent. Honestly, my Asian taste buds were a bit overwhelmed. I tend to lean more towards lighter desserts. While it was a bit too sweet for my personal taste, I know plenty of friends who would absolutely love it. The standout for me was the super friendly staff member who prepared everything with care. Plus, with everything on the menu priced under $12, it's a pretty good value. We even received two coupons for free items, Bonus: they're open every day until midnight--perfect for those late-night dessert cravings

Right now it's buy one get one half off. Not sure how long this will stick around, but all their printed menus let you know the deal. The Matcha Milk Tea (Medium) is more milky than matcha, but that seems typical of most bubble tea spots. Not overly sweet, which I like. The Lychee Lemon Tea w/ Crystal Pearl (lychee Jelly) has good lychee flavor. I wasn't sure what crystal pearl was when I saw it on the menu, but the printed sticker and what I got is lychee jelly. It is a bit on the sweet side for me, but that's just my preference. I didn't ask to see if they could adjust the sugar, but I'll check next time! Nice to see a new bubble tea spot in the area. There aren't options here for that. There was one that closed down a few years ago, but that was it. Hope this one stays around!

Best of all, their specialty coffee and tea are surprisingly affordable--most drinks are only around $5 to $7, which is a steal compared to many boba and tea shops. Perfect for working, grabbing a coffee, and picking up flowers all in one stop. *Golden Osmanthus Jasmine $6.5 I love light, floral teas, and this one was perfect. It is a blend of jasmine tea and osmanthus topped with cream foam. Delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. *Black Sesame Latte $6 The black sesame cream foam was so nutty that I literally scooped it up with a spoon. The flavor turned mild once mixed with the espresso and milk though. *Matcha White Chocolate $7 A Christmas special! I was so excited to see they serve "matcha donut latte" which is quite popular last year. The vibrant green matcha latte is topped with a ring of whipped cream and funfetti. A very warm and cozy drink. *Warm Tofu Pudding $6 This tofu pudding comes with either ginger or osmanthus syrup. I added lychee jelly, mixed fruit jelly, and red bean. Warm, cozy, and especially comforting on a cold day.
