Staff is very nice. Wait time is usually not too bad unless, of course, you go during peak times. Drinks are always made to order. Never had issues at this location. Parking is sometimes limited; seems like this place really needs a parking garage for the amount of traffic flow! read more

Dirty Girl. Unkept Starbucks recommend for top dirty list... Bathrooms not clean. But not thoroughly disgusting either. No paper towels. Trash overflowing. Where sugar and napkins are and five (employees) behind the counter, either in ignore mode, or pasted on smile. High chair a mess. Outside tables and chairs need wipe off from prior patrons or the rain. What do the five do? Make coffee only? Clean behind the line? My recommend is drive through and hope that they are more tidy behind the line than in front. read more

Hardworking, nice staff. They are usually very busy so sometimes it takes a while to get your drink, but they are all obviously working hard to get you your drink as soon as possible. Sometimes the napkins are out and it's a little dirty, but this is understandable as everyone is busy trying to get you your coffee within a reasonable time span. Keep up the good work! read more

Coffee Nazi! Forgot to hit continue on my mobile order. Was in line on the drive thru - 8 cars deep - to pick up. Told the order screen of my mobile order and got waived to go to the window to pick. @ the window was told my order does not exists. Explained I must not have completed my order through the app. Asked if I can order on the spot. Was told to go around again to order - now 9 cars deep. REALLY!?! Convenient location, but easy to miss when driving. Parking is very inadequate and entrance driveway too narrow. Otherwise, the building is attractive, seating is adequate, quite clean, and service is good. Nice outdoor seating, more could be added. read more

Great drinks, good light food and excellent service. Everyone who works here is always nice and friendly. They keep it very clean. Drinks get messed up once in a while, not often but they are always willing to remake it and are great with the feedback. Only real downside is the parking lot is small and the drive thru line backs up to route 30 frequently. I think the staff does a great job to try and get people through as quickly as possible. This is the second time I've ordered a chia tea for Starbucks and they completely destroyed the drink, it was horrible. Taste like hot coco powder no sugar. And to add insult to injury they butcher my name after I spelled it out for them smh, I will never return. read more

Hello Drive-thru!! I go out of my way to go to this starbucks just for the convenience of the drive thru (not sure what that makes me). They also make their drinks consistently good at this location... I tend to ask for no or light foam and at some other places i still pick up my drink and wonder where the latte went its so light. 22 more eggnog lattes til Christmas! the countdown has begun! read more

Pretty slow, but relative to traffic, not bad. The barista I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, went out of her read me the nutrition facts. People constantly complain about the speed here, but it is not bad at all. Love the drive thru option. Most of the starbucks I have been to don't have this as an option. They don't mess up your order, not that that is a typical trait at most Starbucks. Will continue to use. read more

This Starbucks is frequently very cold. There is a thermostat on the wall that is the same make and model as I have at home, which is very easy to operate, yet the workers claim they don't know how to work it. Me and my sister ordered separately, I got my drink right away, we ended up having to wait 20 minutes for my sisters, me having to go up to the counter and remind them more than once that she ordered right after me, and people that ordered a long time after her were getting their drinks and leaving. They said they didn't remember getting her order and then didn't jump into making gets right away. They didn't apologize and were snotty when we tried to explain she was right after me. Myself having worked at a starbucks kiosk, with only 1 or 2 on shift at a time, we handled lines well and never gave another a drink if they ordered after someone, this starbucks, with very inconvenient parking, and one of the largest staff I've seen, took so long for the drive thru and were running around inside forgetting multiple orders after ours and were not very friendly if it was brought up that they had forgotten. Rudest staff ever!!!! Horrible customer service and slowest service do not waste your money or time at this joke of a Starbucks. I went in to the Starbucks and ordered a coffee, there were literally two other people in the entire place and I stood there for 20 minutes waiting. The person who walked in after me got their coffee before me so I asked the person working where my order was. They glared at me and were rude saying oh we forgot to put in your order ?? Then this morning I gave them one more try. I went thru the drive thru and it took forever to order. I placed my order and the girl said they were out of croissants. I said how can you be out of them you just opened?? She rudely said oh we didn't order enough. Not even apologizing. When I went to pay she was even more rude didn't even say good morning or hello just blurted out the total. Still didn't say a word when handing back my credit card. I finally got my coffee and the girl working just shoved the coffee in my hand and stared at me when I sat there dumb founded. She goes what did you forget something? I said aren't you suppose to say thank you???? She literally started laughing in my face and so did all the other workers. They were all laughing at me. I should have thrown the coffee in her face . Rudest experience of my life will never go back there . Management didn't care when told about this read more
